Sir, this is to notify that I have been mentally harassed by matrix for an incorrect bill made under my name for the Sim card and data card usage in Singapore. I have been to Singapore on a business trip ofr 18 days. I got a Sim from matrix which was a plan for Rs. 5000 as a guarantee. I got an email during the trip for a payment of Rs35000 and on the failure of the payment my services were disconnected in the mid of the trip. It was a worst hassle at that time since i was alone there and it was late at night. Incorrect information was provided by their executive and they also did a forgery on my credit card for the re payment. After I returned they mailed me the bill of more than 100000/-.I am in shock and could not understand that how someone can get a bill of more than 1 lac for using a sim card just for 14 days. Since I got relocated, they also hacked my naukri profile to get my new number. They tried to swipe my credit card but were unable to do so.Now that they aren't able to charge from my credit card becoz of no balance they have again started calling me and mentally disturbing me.Latest they mailed me to pay the total amount else they would file a case against me.I am really pissed off.How can i make such payments when I have not used it? Kindly help asap. Thanks and regards, Khushboo Was this information helpful? | |

My experience with matrix. I bought a matrix sim card from t3 on 4th f3b 2013 from Mr. Shahnawaz. I specifically told him where i was going and what i wanted( free incoming and bbm service). Mr. Shahnawaz told me that there is one plan in which incoming is free in Europe and 125 minutes of outgoing is also free. After taking that pack he swiped my credit card and told me to sign the receipt. Now when i came back i was charged Rs. 3100 for incoming and after lodging the complaint after about 1 month I received a call from Mr. Yogesh Pandey saying that your plan included only 125 minutes of free incoming and nothing else and when i asked him to call Mr. Shahnawaz he informed me that he is no longer working with matrix and now i will have to pay for incoming.
Thats how matrix is cheating their customers.
All i want is that Rs. 3100 should be waived off.

We got Matrix SIM cards for our travel to Bali via Singapore.
1)They told us our Singapore SIM would come with no extra charge - It did!
2) We were supposed to get some kind of tariff card by the sales guy - We didn't
3) To save on calls we were supposed to use some other code instead of country code - We were not informed about this.
4) In the info sheet, the only way mentioned to call any number in India was by using the country code followed by the phone number
5) People who called from India was supposed to be 6 per minute - They were charged Rs90 for 3 minutes
6) For a total of 25 min calls that we made we were charged Rs.3000
