[Resolved] Micromax — mobile phone not working properly | |
I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company. Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |

i have purchesed micromax q5 on18.04.2010, from Amit enterprises E5 kamla nagar delhi-7. on 20.7.2010 the phone is auto swich off.now i am unable to call or receive any call.i visited to the dealer from which i have purchesed the phone, he gave me some no's, but after contected them either their phone is swiched off or not responding. now kindly let me know to whom i will contect to get my phone redey to call. as your company has a reputation in the market. if this type of service you are providing than who will purchesed your phone? hoping for an early faverable responce.

the mirror at the back of micromax q55 has damage so its very delicate
is their any solution for reparing or exchange the mobile of micromax q55 because it is very delicate and the mirror at the back of the phone is als very dilecate

we have given phone phone for service on dated:22/7 /10 but we have not recd till today,
when we called to service centre..some time its ringing...some time busy..nobody give proper reply that when we will recd the phone.
when we called to service centre..they told us that come on 24/7 ..then 26/7 then ..28/7...they told phone sent to vasai..i want to know why its take too much time?????
i am very sorry to say that so many persons told us that dont buy micromaxx because th service centrte of micromaxx is not good like others...but we purchased.
we have trust on this company BUT NOW WE FEEL...
REALLY THE SERVICE CENTRTE IS NOT GOOD .WTLL NOT GET PROPER REPLY .AND AS YOU KNOW IN MUMBAI NO BODY HAVE TIME

Microma Xq3 — Micromax Q3 Display Problem [Purchased On 11-05-2010]
Hi Sir/Madam i am purchased MicromaxQ3 at Q.T. Mobiles shop near kothi, Gujarati Gali Date :[protected]. For mobile display problem, I went to the Service Center At Ameerpet, Elephant House. So Technecian has not take my phone to repair so i request repair my phone in any other service center Plz give me address or call me in my number [protected] or E-mail. It's Urgent plz call me. I have Micromax Q3 Mobile Phone( which is under warranty) its working well starting two month but latst few month i have facing two problem.
1- SIM 1 NETWORK GONE AUTOMATICALLY AFTER RESTART IT WILL WOrK NORMALLY.
2- My call is not cut on simple one press "call cut button", it will taken three or four times to cut the call.
i have checked my SIM to other phone, also launch the complaint in network provider, he says that there is a problem in your handset.
So i here by requesting you to please replace my phone as soon as possible.

I have puchase a new Q3 model on 11.05.10 my phone display has gone so i go to the service center at Ameerpet, elephant house. They are refusing to repair my phone so what should i do, The service center Technecian told it is not warrent to the display plz refer my problem and call me at my phone : [protected].
Even I have a problem with my Micromax Q5 and it's not even a week since I purchased it from Alpha stores in Irla, Mumbai.
I had locked my phone as usual and kept it in my purse. When I took it out to make a call and tried to unlock it, it was not unlocking.
I called the numbers of the service centres in Mumbai given in the book that came along with the instructions manual but all those numbers were out of service or those service centres were not servicing Micromax any more.
Finally I got the number of a service centre in Kandivli but it's very out of the way for me to go there. Besides, being a sunday his centre was closed.
I am feeling very cheated. It is frustrating to not be able to retrieve your missed calls and SMSs.

Misty — serviceman not working properly
Dear Sir,I had purchased one ‘Misty’ model water purifier of your company on Dated[protected]. The unit No. GP-117692, Membrane No. 563236 & Pump No. 117692. The unit was installed by your dealer Sri Gulzar Singh Mb. No.[protected],[protected], and[protected].
The filter units of purifier stopped working around 2 months ago. Sri Gulzar Singh was called for service. He took away the filters for further repair/ replacement. Now, He is not attending the phone & we are forced to drink non purifier water.
The warranty o[censored]nit is up to[protected]. We request you to kindly intervene in the matter & get our purification system repainted as soon as possible.

Q2 on 2/3/2010.After 3 months i noticed that some problem had ben arised in my mobile phone set, and I went to your service center A.G TELECOM(47C/1B, ballygaunge terrace, kolkata-29) to show my problem and I deposit my set on 15/6/2010, after asking he replied after 2 weeks he would handover my set, after 2 weeks I call him and he said your set got major problem and it was sent to Delhi.Then I called MICROMAX Instant help line service from there I get your athorised agent TAMAL BARAN MONDAL(Madhyamgram, Srinagar gate, North 24 parganas), he commited to me that in 2-3 days I would get my set, but day by day I was hazzards with your dealings.And still now I didn't get my set.So I decide to take a legal step.And I want to share my problem with the people and the necessary step already i have taken.

I Have purchased a Handset Micromax Q5 but only after 3 months of purchase my phone is not working properly as the track ball is simply not working at all. As the service center in Ravi bhawan (Raipur) has also been closed so I am facing deep problem.
