[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I am using Micromax Q5 cell phone in 18 july 2010 but i am unable to connect webcam pls tell me details how to use it. And one thing tell u that some time my cell switch off automatically but it's too rear i am too wared about it. Pls tell me how can i solve this type of problem. I am waiting for your valueable reaponce.

I have purchase micromax x225 and after 15days it start giveing problem so i have given it for repair in service station and it was all most 40 days pass out but still i m not getting my cell, and if ask they are saying that they send it to Dheli but im not getting response from there side, should i have to go consumer courtnow?

is it micromax is not bothered about consumer?

Maxx Mobile — HANDSET WITH COMPANY FOR THREE MONTH OUT OF SIX MONTH & NOT REPAIRED

I HAD PURCHASE ON HAND SET FORM MAXXMOBILE AND THIS WAS THIRDTIMES REPAIR IN LAST SIX MONTH. IN FACT THE MODEL IS TOTALLY DEFECTIVE. I WANT SUIT A CONSUMER CASE AGAINST COMPANY.

HOW I CAN GO ABOUT IT?

i have Q5 and due to its track ball and low out going voice issue i have submitted that handset to service center (Dynamc Enterprises) and after 34 days i am getting same reply that, your handset is not yet repaired we have forwarded it to Delhi service center and it will get repaired very soon.
i am fedd up now, no idea how much time it will take...please do something, i am going out of station very soon bt it seems prob is not going to resolve before that...

I purchase a micro max Q3 on 17th July, 2010 and gifted it to my wife for to impressed it's features and handsome look. But after 20 days it came the problem in it's. I checked to the shopkeeper he told to me that it's camera damaged, I am shocked infect I am also planning for to purchase to buy micro max.So you are requested to remove this problem urgently so that we will believe in the micro max.

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on[protected] from M/s Balaji Mobiles, Kanjurmarg ashok nagar Mumbai. It isnot working properly since[protected]. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

While connecting the USB cord, after some time it give an error " bad connector" or new hadrware is not "working properly"

I purchased Micromax Q5 set in the Month of May 2010 and faced problem of poor voice quality when playing songs. Given mobile to micromes auth.ser.centre at Faridabad. After keeping the mobile for 10 days the service centre returned the mobile unattended saying the job has been finshed successfully. Now ringer does'nt play at all and is bound to keep the mobile on viration mode...If some from Micromax is really interested to solve the problem, pl call at my mobile no.- [protected]...

Micromax X114 — complaint for handset

I am ravi nandal from gurgaon and my mobile no is [protected]. On[protected] i submitted my micromax handset to shree sai telecom which is authorised service center in gurgaon. My phone was not working properly at that time.But after one month and 12 days i have not recevied any satisfied answer from service center. The behaviour of service center authority is also not good. My job sheet no is 371105.

i purchase micro maxQ5 from MOBILE POINT RAMA MANDI JALANDHAR(Punjab).On date:[protected].in the mobile ball type key not function properly.than i go to your service center phegwara gate jalandhar on date:[protected] .Than they correct the problem .now i am facing same problem.Now today same key is not working again.I am not satisfied with your product performence with in 4 month of purchase i am suffering too much.Detail of mobile given below.

Dear friends! i want to tell you that never buy micromax mobile,i bought micromax X332 before one year. within one year hi is phone ki battery fool gyi hai or jab mai iske service centre mei gya to vhan pehle to pta chala ki ye bandh rahega 2 din rakhi ki vjah se dobara gya to pta chala ki iski battery nhi hai unke pass,maine internet se or service centre ke no nikale to vhan se bhi yahi jabab mila ki ye battery nhi hai hamare pass kisi dusre centre mei jayiye.Microax ek choti company hai jisne product bechne per dhyan diya but uski service ke baare mei seriously nhi socha. So bhaiyo aaap kal ko aapke sath bhi ye problom ho skti hai agar iska koi alternate aapke pass hai to micromax kharid lena,but thik before buy this company's mobile.agar aapko pta hai ki iski battery kahan milegi to please mujhe mail kriye

This message is to notify that the micromax service centre of ghazipur (UP) is charging excess money on Micromax Q1 and Q2 sets. The r charging 3000 and 3500 for respectively for these sets on 30-AUg-2010. Can the company take some action on the customers behalf.

Micromax — problem in opera mini

The opera mini browser in my micromax q3 mobile doesn't starts whenever i open opera in my set it show error to contact operamini.help or contact to your operator bt connection of internet is already activated to my number and i able to access the net from WAP but not from opera mini.So kindly help me to sort out this problem.kindly plz reply me at my id ashishmalik.[protected]@gmail.com.

micromax mobile x235 — no proper reply from services center

dear sir/ madame,

i had brought a micromax mobile on 23.07.2010 and there was a camera problem the picture was not clear so i went to the services center in miraroad east shanti shooping center B100. the handset taken for serviceing on 24.08.2010 and i was told that the service will be done in 2 days but when i went on 02.09.2010 the replay i got from them is the problem not solved the plet need to be changed an it will take more then 25 days. they should had inform me by callenging me but they dint do that. i asked for new hanset which they sad no and my handset is in warrenty period and i have no cell to use the job no for the services is 543971. kindly pls hepl me to get the mobile as soon as possibel i would like if i get the new hand set of the same.

Micromax Mobiles — softwares not run

I HAVE PURCHASED 1 MICROMAX Q3 MOBILES FULL QWERTY PAD LAST YEAR 2009 WHICH HAS INBUILT MASSENGER (MSN), OPERA MINI & NIMBUZZ . BUT I CAN'T CHAT BY OPENING THROUGH NIMBUZZ OR MSN. IT IS NOT OPENING IN MY MOBILES. IT ALWAYS TELL CHECK YOUR CONNECTION OF SERVICE PROVIDER.I AM USING BSNL SIM.ON THE OTHER HAND OPERA MINI IS RUNNING WELL. TELL ME IF THERE IS ANY SETTING WHICH I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD FOR CHATTING .

I have purchased one Q-5 mobile set from Rituparna mobile Store, Khagra, Berhampur Dist. murshidabad on 21/5/2010. IME - [protected]. After two months the scrool of the mobile was not working properly. On 23/08/2010 I deposit the mobile to your authorise repair center (Red Hat, 1/101, Prangan Market, Berhampore, Murshidabad. Tel no :[protected]. They says it is a water logging problem through sweating in this case gurrantee will not cover and the cost of repairing to be born by the customer. I become agree in his proposal and deposit the set on 23/08/2010.

Today i.e.04/08/2010 I went to Red Hut, they said the set can not not be repaired. It will be repaired changing the mother board and the the cost of the mother board is same as new set.

Seeing the add at TV & Net I have purchased the Q5 Micromax mobile. If the performance of this reputed co is such type, How this Comany will exist in present competetive market.
