[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I had purchased a Micromax GC275 in July -10, the previous day before travelling abroad, but after i landed i am unable to use the cell because the ring tone does not work if a get a call it does not ring, need help urgently

I have got micromax q7 which i purchased on 10/08/10 from surat it is not working properly from 17/08/10 and it was taken by service station for repair on 14/09/10 which i have still not got back so if i dint got back i will definately go to consumer court. and i want new phone i dont want k u give me the same phone get it repaired . so kindly requested to take step as early as possibel.

Micromax — micromax mobile servicing is poor

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought a Micromax Q55 model on last July 07, 2010 and within a month automatically went to DEAD.I submitted my mobile to service centre on 07/08/2010 for repairing and Service centre person told me that it would get it repaired soon as it was in warranty. I Called them up several times, even had called to customer care (Delhi) again & again but could not get repaired till date. It’s been more than two months already and no progress at all.

After facing lots of problem, i was forced to complain in cosumer forum against micromax services.
Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.

I have a complaint against your service center ( CARE ZONE Northern western railway, mens union office Olympic road, jodhpur rajasthan.). I had Q3 mobile Display glass wasn't broken therefore i was submitted my request at above mansion service center for servicing.
They are very care less since 30 days .
sir 30 din pahle gaya tab bola hamne note kar liya hai jab aayega tab call back kar dege or aaj 30 35 din ho gaye hai na too unka phone aaya . or ha mene phone kar ke puchne ki kosis ki too mera phone hold per rakh diya gaya jab mene dubara lagaya tab kaha gaya ki aapka handset jaipur bejna padega 10 din ke baad aayega jab sir aapka services center display glass bhi nahi de sakta too yaha service center kholne ki jarurat bhi nahi thi or muje sahi jawab bhi nahi diya gaya jab mene micromax ke officer ya service center ke no. mange too mana kar diya gaya.

can anybody post authorized (good) service centers for micromax mobiles. The charging pin is faulty and needs to be fixed. i am located in hyderabad. thanks for your post.

i have purchased a micromax q3 phone on feb.2010.but after one month front mirror was damged i went to ur service centre in ludhiana(pearl palace basement)but he not response properly then i call ur agent mr.ajay[protected] he give me another number o[censored]r senior agent mr.pawan[protected] he said that please some days wait i call u after arrange the mirror but no one call on till date and not pick my phone now my phone is auto on/off condition. i am unable to call or receive any call. I GOT MICROMEX X 505 LAST TO LAST WEEK & I STARTITED GETTING PROBLEM AFTER ONE WEEK (TOUCH SCREEN NOT WORKING, INTERNET NOT WORKING, SPERKER NOT WORKING PROBERLY). NO BODY IS READY TO HELP I WENT TO THE BUYER AFTER ONE WEEK HE TOLD ME TO GO TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AFTER 14DAYS. BUT NOT RECEVIED ANY REPLY TILL NOW. I CALLED UP YOUR ACOUSTER CARD (LINES ARE ALWAYS BUSY) AFTER 15 MIN GOT CONNECT BUT DIDNOT GET SATISFACTORY ANSWER THEY GAVE ME NUMBER OF AREA MANAGER BUT THE MANAGER DISCONNECTED THE PHONE & THE PHONE IS COMING STICH OFF AFTER THAT. IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO CONNECT TO YPUR COUSTOMER CARE I LEFT SO MANY VOICE MAIL BUT NO BODYU BOTHER TO CALL THE COUSTOMER BACK. NOW I FEDUP & PLANNING TO GO TO CONSUMER COURT.

I purchased a micromax Q3 just a week back and not able to hear the voice of incoming calls. It is a useless cellphone
