[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one micromax q2 on 24.08.2010. Since then on my mobile set internet and video recording is not working properly.

I contacted the shopkeeper M/s. Shree Sai Electronics, Nr. Express Highway, Kurar Village, Malad ( E), Mumbai-400097, for remedy of the problem but he failed to reply me properly.

I want to purchase micromax q5 in exchange of my present one micromax q2.

Please guide me properly.

I have purchased micromax mobile phone X250 on[protected] from Manish Communication, Raipur Rani. It isnot working properly since[protected]. firstly i was going to service centre in Sector 18 Chandigarh. They would tell me that our service centre shifted Sector 22. Then I was going to sector 22 where they does not treated me well and not considered my complaint.
Now i have problem with my cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

Mera ear phone jak 16/08/2010 se kharab ho gaya hai or maine apke distrik centre, janak puri service centre mai 18/08/2010 ko phone Q5 IMEI NO – [protected]

Service k liye diya after 10 days wo thik nahi ho paya. Mai us phone ko ese hi service centre se lekar aa gaya. Unhone mujhse kaha ki humne email send kar di hai

Abhi harmare pass parts nahi hai ye nahi hai wo nahi hai. Wo logo ka pagal bana rahe hai.



Apke service centre ka phone no [protected] ye hamesa band rehta hai agar on hota hai to wo recive nahi karte agar karte hai to recive kar k phone kut kar dete hai.

Agar aapki company ki itni bad position hai to aap market mai phone kyo sale kar rahe hai aap ki wajah se maloom nahi kitne logo ko paresani hoti hai.



Mai pata nahi kitni baar customer care par phone dial kiya hai meri sirf ek baar unse baat hui hai…..



Mere pass abhi bhi aapki company MICROMAX ka kharab phone jiski condition usi company k employee ki vajah se kharab hai usko use kar raha hu.

Dear Micromax,

I had purchased a Q3 micromax on 06/07/10. Now I am facing various problem and annoyed with the poor service of customer care. Battery is not working despite changing it twice. Incoming voice is too low. I don't have alternate mobile and all the number is saved in the set. I unable to get those the number since it is switched off.
I went to service centre thrice and surprised to get poor service. I will be happy to get a call from micromax if they really think about their reputaion & customer.

I have purchased micromax GC275 mobile phone on 12.08.10 from GABA TIMES (P) LTD, Camac street, Kolkata - 700016. It isnot working properly and its bettry so poor.i go to Micromax service centre for repair dated on 9.9.10. On 23rd sep. i received the mobile set from Micromax repaing Center at central avenue but it is not working properly.

Im really dissapoint to read so many complaints regarding Micromax and the funny thing is that all complaints are related to the same problems. Here I also wanna let you know that I purchased MICROMAX X 250 in[protected].middle and within one week it started getting problem.
1.] In GPRS Show X 225 model .
2.] 300kb after video player not see proparly .
3.] 100kb photo is not see.
4.] Since now I'hv been to ur service centre but there behaviour is really funny. your Dist;- kolhapur coustmer care say that, that not our problem contact to company.
5.] This problim of 6 month. Nobody's got the proper solution for this set. Please tell me is there another way other than CONSUMER COURT???????

I ve purchased one Micromax Q1, mobiles from Nu York Teleworldby exchangingNokia 5300 under cash memo no: 86926 dtd: 28.07.2010, but after using 8/10 days, the battery is not charging and at last after roaming from the dealer i came to know their Service Centre TECHNIQUE SERVICES, 84A. Central Avenue, Kolkata - 700012, with Tel: no:[protected]. Forthwith I went their and showthem all the recored along with the set, they simply bring out the Battery and Sim Card and say we will call u and gave me a Job Card No: 2252 Dtd: 15.09.10. Yesterday they called me and insist me to write on the job card that Set is Ok and get it signed. I denied 2 do so, then there Manager ask me to write my findings and advise me to charge at least 8 Hrs. Yesterday i charged whole night from 23.00 Hrs.till 7.00 Hrs today, but the same are as before and faults. Today I ve again sent somebody with the set to abv. Service Centre, in turn they suggest me to contact Mobile no which is at present not working. Entire facts has sent tyo their corporate office, Ms. Deveswari, but no reply.

Now, I suggested MY FREIONDS NOT TO BUY ANY MICROMAX AND/OR ANY LOCAL MOBILES. I[censored] ve extra money u may sail it in Ganges, but not go 2 such dealkers and / or Mfgs.

I m very much dissatisfied with their behaviours and responsed I hd received.

Micromax se ghatiya koi company nahi hai, My mobile is at their esrvice center since last 3 months. I have send mails to Customer care many time, but they never reply and still my mobile not repaired.
I will suggest never think about micromax. they invest onlly on advertise not on customer spport and quality

Never think about micromax, even u r getting free...
