i have purchased micromaxx p300 product i have used this product for 15 days the problem arises in micromaxx with lots of problem...........There are approximately 500-1000 complaints on micromaxx u can enqiur @ mobitech @secunderabad..........micromaxx is not solving my problem from past 3 months..................

micromaxx a fraud company should be banned from india...

This is a request n not a complaint that I purchased you newly launched tablet funbook talk p350 on 13/10/12 I was very happy on purchasing something at my budget which I dreamt, but after operating I found the mobile battery very weak, network goes automatically then starts after I switch ff -on, this is really hectic and this is 1ghz proccesor still play shop downloads or starts so slow that full chgd battery finishes on 1download of 4mb game.volume also very slow at maximum level, tablet gets heated very fast on charging as well as using .The headphones are so cheap and nameless of company so hard sorry to say but not expected all this from micromax ...Pls try to resolve my problems also inform me the status of same

I brought MicroMax A75 before a Month from past 2weeks im suffering a lot bcoz of mobile ON/OFF switch problem. I went to serrvice center to repair it they told they are not having stock and they asked to handover my mobile to them for 20days to repair it. Is this the process to service a new mobile Truly Im very much disapointed from there after sales service. Now Im keeping my handset in show case bcoz of no use will any one help me to close the issue soon pls contact to my Mail Id [protected]@gmail.com..

Micromax — Support not provided

I have buyed micromax a85 handset. This handset is based on android operating system. Since android is open platform operating system, every manufacturer has to provide its customer the source file of android. Micromax is not providing the source file to any of the Android mobile it has sold.
I want the source file to be published on its website so that a developer can download it.

Hi I Purchase Micromax A75 on Oct 12 From Poorviga Mobiles. From Starting I Facing lot of problem in the hand set Charges Not Standing More then 3 hrs And I conduct Service Center from M/S Skyway Technologies Kilpauk Chennai. on 5th Nov 12.Till Now Not solving the Problem and Not Give Proper Answer When they Return. they Simply Ask Spare parts not Available With them??? ten Why its called Service Center????or Said Conduct Customer Care. I do that But They Didn't Pickup the call What to do I ?????????? What is the Action you take Them And What is the Answer to me?????

Micromax — Shoddy Products

I purchased Micromax A110 30 days ago, today morning it developed touch screen issues. On taking it to their service centers I learned that due to a small barely noticeable bump on my phones cover, my warranty was void, and that if i wanted to repair my phone i would have to pay Rs 8000/- which amounts to 80% of the cost of the phone.
I explain that this bump occurred in the very first week and that there were no performance issues then, these issues developed today. But, their policy was that my warranty was void.

i am purchase a mobile phone ms soni electronics jhansi u.p. i am regurarly going to repairing my mobile through handset warranty on micromax center but he didnt repair my phone. and he talking very badly sometime he talking abusing with me. kindly repairing my phone thanking you mr. azhar ali [protected]

Micromax Mobile Model A85 — Worst service

I have purchase micromax android mobile for seven months before (04.04.2012) but three time mobile circute board changing and after fully problem. so i will continuous to be given services. i have use this mobile maximum two months. then after my phone battery blooming and destroyed. i was again go to service center and i had informing with the battery problem. two month passed ago. no response and very worst service. this time mobile is dead conditions and authorized service center and local service center are no care with the service and not cooperating. totally eight time i was given to service centers. this time battery problem

(Micromax A85 Model Battery ) local shops and online shops fully i have already finding out. A85 model battery not available.

i have purchased a Micro Max-A-70 model mobile phone on 15th November 2011 from Delhi my complain is that this mobile phone's touch is not working properly i have submitted my Micro Max-A-70 Mobile at micromax service center Noida sec-18 but after two months he says me we can't arrange the touch of your phone please pick your mobile from our service center.
one question to you now what can i do this time i am facing lots of problem can you tell me the problem by sending a mail to my ID or call at [protected] Please help me.

My Name is Rameshwar Seth, I bought Micromax X455 model and it was factory Default and i showed This to service center in (M/S Infinity Solutions) Pune and Service Center people told me to you must come wiThin 7 days for replace This.

I told him That in 7 days its 168 Hour and still its only 162 hours so you must replace my cell phone and Then he replied me to talk to call center for The same.

I called to call center (Spoke Manoj - 1 time and Spoke Varun - 2 times) and it took 30 minutes to get connect and The Micromax representative told me to get This Replace as it is in wiThin The time period.

But service center was not ready for The same and he wanted a Mail from Micromax Country head to Replace This, I asked service center Person name, Mobile no. and Email id but he did not tell any details.

I again talked to Call center people and They were saying That it will be replace and now today is The 8Th day. I buy This mobile on 29Th Jan. around 4:PM and and went to service center in morning around 10:00Am and he was telling That today is 8Th day from The mobile purchase but i told him That its only 160 hours and in a week There is 168 hours.

So i request to micromax company That please get me revert here or i support oThers who have bad experience wiTh micromax.

For all General concern - lease don't buy any of The Micromax company mobile as its really very bad experience wiTh mobile + Service center + call center (no one help).

i dont know how Mahendra Singh Dhoni and Akshay Kumar is doing advertising wiTh This company where - There is noThing to call as Support. (if This is really not supportable)

customer care are not attend the call so please survey this prob and please repay the money
no of calls coming from company and then they deduct money if it not possible so i disconnect the network

i have micromax a44 bought on november 2012. due to my foult touchpad of my mobile broken, when i went to service centre they asked Rs 1100 for new touch pad which i can not afford what should i do.

i would like to type in hindi so that you can better understand my prob..
Me faridabad ( haryana ) me rehta hu. mere mobile me touch properly kaam nahi kar raha tha or battery backup bhi bahut kam tha.
jiske liye maine apna mobile faridabad sec-29 me cosmos communication naam ke service centre me submit karwaya or unhone mujhe 20 din me mob return karne ki commitment ki but fir bhi mujhe mob 29 days me return kiya. or mob return milne par ab bhi mere mobile me wahi touch ki problem aa rahi hai jaisi problem pehle thi... i think unhone mujhe chinese touch laga di hai or original sell kardi... mere mobile ka touch bahut bekaar kaam kar raha hai.. unhone mere mob ki battery to change hi nahi ki. or mujhe purani battery dedi.. jiska ki backup or bhi jyada kharaab hai...

Micromax — instrument not repaired by company in time limit

i gave my mo. phone canvasA116 to micromax check point on date 10/08/2013 for tuch screen problem but still company don't repaired my instrument and don't give me any time limit for repaired my instrument. my instrument is in warranty period.my request no is w[protected].
