[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

i have purchased micromax gravity from mobile links, amritsar vide b.no.3013 dated 10.12.10. From last 2-3 months the touch of the phone is not working properly.since then i have submit the phone 3 times to micromax authorised service centre cell hut in amritsar. Lastly i have submit the phone as on 31.08.11 to the authorised service centre cell hut vide their job card number 2592750 they have promised to deliver the phone after replacing touch within 10 days but till date i have not yet receive my phone till date. Evwry time i have called the service centre they always told me that due to online & non availability of the touch they are unable to replace it. Pls help to resolve the matter as soon as possible coz without phone it is not possible in todays life to move on.

I WANT TO REGISTRER MY COMPLAINT AGAINST MICROMAX LTD for cheating the customer for selling bogus phone and causing lots of inconvenience at their service centre and providing bad service along with providing false date of returning phone.

I have purchased a phone of micromax ltd model no. Q1+ on dated 19/01/11
After few days of purchasing, my phone start showing its real colour, first echoing of my own voice starts than then it starts switching off automatically. Then after few months it totally was gone and unable to switch on. I deposited my phone at micromax service centre in malviya nagar, New Delhi. First they told me they will return my phone in 10 days, after 10 days I went their but they said they will return it on next week. I went at their service centre at least 4 times burning my petrol, and wasting my time but they always have same answer. They had given me written guarantee to return my phone on[protected] and even I have received sms from micromax ltd saying you can collect your phone from our service centre. But when I went there they straight away said that they will give my phone on next week. And also they have talked very poorly with me.
I cannot explain poor service rendered by Micromax Company and how much I have suffered from it.

I request you to register my complaint against the micromax service centre because even after giving me written guarantee and sms they had not given my phone back.

I too agree on the point the servicing of Micromax mobile is very poor. But the problems is very high. According to me, don't buy micro max mobile.
According to me, Micromax mobile problems very huge. But coming to service in service centers is very very poor. My friend bought a mobile in Ameerpet and she got many problems with that like the first one is charger is not functioning even 5 months. When asked in ameerpet service center near elephant house, they told to go to some where(service center opposite Charmas in paradise). When we have submitted our charger and asked for new one, they says no stock come after 10 days. If she goes after 10 days, reply is same. 3 months are over like this, no charger received. She managed to charge using some data cables..
She got another problem with the micromax that the phone is not charging. When we asked in Ameerpet, they told us the problem is with the phone charging pin. they have taken for some days and given us without problem solving and advised us to go to another service center in paradise. If we went there they are not ready to service our phone and not ready to give us a charger. They are telling they will buy a charger for us with some money. We are soooooooooooo irritated with those people.
So, according to us, not to buy Micro max mobile. We will advice others also...

Micromax — Technical error in Q35 mobile set of micromax

I visited Micromax checkpoint center already 7 times. every time they (Micromax employee) keep my set for a day or two and format it. Again after minutes o[censored]sage mobile start showing sign of technical error like auto restart and after restart CDMA SIM stop working. This process repeated in every 3-4 mins. I like to repaired my set which is purchased only on[protected] just a month before and within 20 days it start showing of technical error and actual usage starts on 20th day of purchase as before that I am using my previous set.

I gave micromax checkpoint brand new mobile set and they returned me mobile set with a scratch while opening which they accept it. As it is a small scratch so I do not care much but main problem remain as it is .

How many times should I show my set to checkpoint center, is there is any ending process.

I need value of my money or replacement or refund of money.

i purchased X550 cube handset .my handset hanged then i submit it at service centre--global mobile centre lg-24 bank more dhanbad (jharkhand) on 18-7-11 . after one month the service centre person told me that your handset sent to patna (bihar) for repairing come after 10 days then they gave me only date not handset .they told me why you purchase micromax it has many fault you have to buy nokia samsung etc i told that its not a service centre language kindly solve my problem . but they gave me only dates instead of handset

please solve my problem as soon as possible

Micromax Mobile Q5C — phone is not repaired by mmx

Today (7.11.2011) when i reached to service center to collect my phone they told me your phone is return back and company will not repair it and give my phone without repair and told me you have broken the seal.
but when i saw my phone, its condition was really worst two key was broken with pad and lots of sketch marks on front and back panel so i have denied to receive my phone and left it there on service center, initially they told me, you gave the phone in the same condition but later they told we will prepare your keypad but not today we don't have this keypad now. my phone is still submitted there because i can not take unprepared phone with broken keypad. what i want from ur side i[censored] can provide me the same amount of new phone or repaired my phone with no problem condition. Please help me soon i am physically and mentally disturbed by mmx behavior towards their consumer.
