[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

I have purchased micromax mobile phone on 25-1-09 from M/s Govind Enterprises, saharanpur. It isnot working properly since 20-03-09. I am regularly going to service centre and it is closed. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange a service provider immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

No updates and status from Micromax about this complaint . how poor service they provide.
I will go to consumer court or else they have to change my phone with new one.

I had bought one mobile Model No. X510 dated 26, April 2011.

After one month (19th, May) Touch Pad is not working properly. I had contact retailer and his recommend go service center for repairing.

When I was going on 20th, May 2011 to service center, he told me mobile is not repairable.

After that, again I had contact retailer, he advice me drop mobile for 20 days and he will try to repairing at their end.

After 1-month, retailer person tell me, you come after 1 week.

After 1-week, retailer person tell me, you come after 4 days.

After 4-days, you again go service center for repairing. I am upset.

When I was going on 2nd July 2011 to service center he told me mobile is repairable and you can collect after 1 week.

After 2-week, there is no reply by service centre and when I was contact by phone he again told me contact after 45 days.

After visiting so many times to go the retailer as well as service centre, I did not have any satisfactory answer.

Now I don't have any cell phone due to which I am suffering a Lot.

Please look into the matter on urgent basis as I had already mentally tortured; I want to replacement New set of mobile otherwise, I have to take the help of Consumer court.

micromax c2i — phone not working properly

i have purchased my micromax C2i mobile phone on 15/08/2010. since last 6 months it is not working properly. i have made a complaint many a time to its service center but i didn't get proper responce from there. pls help me out where can i get a proper responce and solution for my problem in mathura.

I have Purchased a micromax Q5 dated 16th Dec.2010 and within 2 Months ( ie. 26.3.11 ) there was a problem in Charging ( Not charging ) I showed it to the service centre who registered my case . My Job Card No. is 1662846 and my compliant No. is [protected] .
It has been 5 months now and still they say NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK, NEXT WEEK .



I believe it was my pathetic choice to go for Micromax Q5, its better to use brands that are there in market for a long time as they have better service centers. when i receved my micomax q5 handset

please reply as soon as possible.

I want 5 Months warrantee otherwise refund my money immediately.

Micromax Mobile Handset X510 — Handset Not Working

Dear,

(1) I have purchase Micromax Mobile X510 dated[protected]Tony Mobile) G-3 City Plaza Shah Market Agra uttar pradesh this mobile already under warranty due to as per company rules but my mobile touch automatically not working on[protected] so i m going to the company service centre (Jainsons) 3 a Raghu Shopping Arcade M G Road Agra uttar pradesh.

Micromax — Faulty Handset not received after a long time(50 days)

Dear Sir,

I was facing problem with speaker/headphone in my Micromax Q75 mobile, so I bring it to service center and deposited on 20/06/11. But, still now it is not reached in Siliguri(from Kolkata, as per service center executives). what is the maximum time limit they will take to repair a mobile? Should I buy new mobile without waiting for their service engineer? Since it is long time gone.

I had purchased a MICROMAX X550 mobile on[protected]. (IMEI NO - [protected]) from M/S SHIV MOBILES, G-25, 26 SHRIRAM TOWER, 13, ASHOK MARG, LUCKNOW (BOOK NO- 254 & INVOICE NO.- 12686). I statrted facing problem with the battery since JUNE - 2011. it was told to me that there is six month warranty on accessories. I went to the Service Center ( PRINCE COMMUNICATION, AHLUWALIA BUILDING, OPP. BHOPAL HOUSE, NEAR MAA DURGAMA RESTAURANT, LALBAGH, LUCKNOW - 226001) first time in the 1st week of July. They told me that it has nothing to do with the battery. It is just a software problem & they just changed the software.
I asked them that "what. if I stlill face the problem. They said that they will change the battery, if the problem continues. I again went to the service centre the very next day & told them that problem still exists. Between 2nd week of July till 23rd of July, they kept me running to their service center for at least 10 times. As the warranty of battery was ending on 24th July, and since 24th was a Sunday, the ownner of the SERVICE CENTER Mr. PRINCE said to me that he is noting down a complain, and he will provide the battery in two to three days.
THE COMPLAIN WAS WRITTEN ON 23/07/2011, COMPLAIN NO.- 7957.
Again from 23rd July till date today (11/08/2011), they (service center) are continuosly making me run to their service centre, and giving the same excuse, that they dont have the accessories with them, come in 2-3 days.
Now tell me what to do. I do hereby request you to kindly solve the problem within a week, else I am going to CONSIMER FORUM.
There is a minor problem in display also (A BLACK SPOT).
Kindly take the action soon.

I saw the advertise in internet site and I impressed the qualities of Micromax Phone X – 505 for their quality that 2 MP camera and other qualities. I was read their quality from the Internet and the Micromax website.

So I had purchase a Micromax Phone X – 505 phone from the local shop on July 17, 2011. I was surprised after purchase the phone that the Camera quality of that phone is very poor and look like lower than Normal VGA Camera.

I decided to visit for Micromax Service Centre and got address from customer service number for the complaint of Micromax, they provide me the address of Ramesh Nagar service station.


I reached the Ramesh Nagar Micromax Service centre at 04.30 PM. I found there are 2 peoples one is a female, I don’t know her name and one is a male, but he is not in customer service officer, so after 5 minutes a customer service office came from the cabin, and his name is Nitish Ranjan. I requested to female officer that I have a problem in my phone that X505 have very poor Camera Image quality she told me the male officer will check your problem. But the Nitish was busy with his phone with some body since 15 minutes and I was waiting. They are not giving us good customer service and more peoples were waiting.

After his call I told to Nitish that I have problem with my X505 and his camera quality is very poor looks like lower than VGA Camera. He checked my phone and reset all the setting and said the camera is correct and image is ok. I told him that the camera quality is very poor and image pixels are not cleared. He told me if you want to change the camera we will do it, but we don’t have the part right now.

I asked to how many days you will take for change the camera, he told me minimum 10 days or more, He said they will ordered the part after 30th of this month
I said, I can’t my phone more than 10 days and more, he was giving me the reply very rudely. I said after 30 when I will leave my phone for change the camera he told me again 10 days. I don’t want to leave my phone for 1 month, and said please take my complaint
And give me a reference# or complaint#, he refused me for take my complaint and said if you submit your phone then he will take the complaint and he didn’t take my complaint. We have the rights of giving us complaint if we not satisfied with any service of the company.

I said you can take my complaint only for that my phone’s camera has a problem only complaint and after part will come I will submit my phone he refused me very rudely and he was not taking my complaint very seriously. I was very surprise with his rude reply and he is not taking my complaint.

I asked for provide me the Ombudsman office number, email ID and contact person name, he gave me the number[protected] and I asked for contact person name he told me that the number is customer care number not Ombudsman office number and he said that they don’t have Ombudsman office and number he have only the customer service number and he was giving to me very rude reply.

I think every company has their Ombudsman Number and in the service customer service office have also, but I was surprise that he is refusing that he don’t have the Ombudsman number.

Please take the action and reply me over the email with in 10 days, other wise I will be submit a legal case to consumern court for that the Micromax don’t have the Ombudsman office and their poor quality of customer service and cheat case also.

ON today Aug 20, 2011 still I didn’t received any single call from the Micromax Customer care I had already forward to them 4 or 5 reminders.

I called on Aug 19, 2011 and prior to customer care and told the all over problem.
But still resolution not received they told me that please visit the customer care office at Ramesh Nagar I went and tell him Nitish he told me still part is not available it will be come with in 1 week. They provide me office that please confirm on next week that the part has been delievered or not.

I called to service centre at 19 Aug, 2011 again he told still part is not available and will be available after 1 week, I called to customer care whole the problem and the reply from service centre, they told me please submit your phone to service center and they will followup and resolve the problem with in 7 working days TAT.

I again called to service centre at Ramesh Nagar and speak with Nitish he told and not giving me any suretly that part will be come and phone will repair in 7 working days, he said “kitne b din lag sakte hai repair hone” I surprised the reply from that a customer service officer can give the reply to a customer.

I am very upset from the micromax service and the customer service, I want to file a complaint aginst the Micromax Company through Consumer court, could you please suggest me how to file a complaint case in court, that they are fraud and showing the advertise in the internet and the box of the phone that they are providing 2 MP camera, but its not true, I am really sure the camera has only a VGA camera its picture quality is very poor.

I am very much desappointed with the service of micromax mobile. I am live in District Pilibhit(Uttar Prades) I bought micromax A60 mobile about two Month ago. I faced many Problom. The camera of the Mobile is very ruph. it make spot and colour fed and not make a clear picture. it has very slow sound. This phone does not suport Hindi language or font. I can not see Hindi text, sms, pdf file and other office file in hindi. when I select of convert Hindi language the text sms or file cacector or words convert in box box. I have registered many complaint in nearest service center bot no action has taken. Please changed Camera and install software who saport also Hindi language and font. Kindly short my problom early, Otherwise to go consumer court for solve my problom.

Micromax — delay in service and no reply for service

Respected sir, i would like to request to u to solve my problem as earliest possible

I have purchage micromax Q7 and micromaxA60 anroid which is very new. i have gave that both insturment on 9-6-11 They have promice to make it cleat in just three days but still today 23-08-11 They do not make it clear and return to me. still today my both instrument with them. He behave like owner of micromax and never gave any satisfactory answer. he always promice for next three day. i have intimate them for legal processior even though ther behave in same manner. and they do not atleast return my insturment also.

i bought the micromax mobile x600(full touch screen) in october 2010, now i realize it was my money wastage, several times it's touch screen hangs, i did the complaint in service center a negative answer was given to me that the touch screen part of this mobile is not available it will come after some days, when i strongly complaint to the micromax customer care no. after two months when mobile stopped working totally. them my miobile was submitted to be repaire after about 45 days touch screen part was repaired or changed, now on july 2011 it was hanging again and again, then i went to service center where they told no part of touch screen is available, after 10 days it will be available i have called several times to micromax call center to be repaired that set he told after 15 days it will be repaired, now now twenty eight days have been spent out service center is telling that no part has come while micromax customer complain is tellin that your set is ready, you can take it.

what i have to do?

this set has the problem of touch screen from beginning but no replacement.

please help me.
