i have purchase micromax mobile on 31 jan 2012 but very soon the set is not giving back up i have deposited my mobile thrice at your lucknow service centre ms PRINCE COMMUNICATION NEAR DURGAMA LALBAGH LUCKNOW on 12 april 12 now they are not either getting my mobile repaired nor they are giving me the same i dont know what to do .kindly do theneedful ASAP

i miss riddhi raote took a micromax x222 model from shree khetesawar mobile center in chembur on jan 1 2012 but it is not working propley the service centre is too closed its shifted from chembur naka to kurla they take 6 mmnths too return mobile so pls help me

Hi,
when I charging my mobile it appears as "" bad contact of charger "" and i cant get my mob charged i've also tried with new charger but again same message displays.

I bought micromax X78 on 27th May 2012, from past few days mobile use to hang automatically. Today its screen became white. Is there any solution or not. If not then also tell me, i will go to consumer court.

Sub- For Replacement of faulty New handset & Poor Service provider

I have purchased a handset of your company Micpmax-78 on 10th of May.2012 form M/S Sataym Electronics S-3 Jayanti Bazar Jaipur. After 7 days I found a problem in this handset which was hanging and slow operating system I went to the shop told the all matter but they refused just told me hanging problem may be automatically stop after few days, but its appearing again n again. But after 20th june.2012 handset losing network on both Sims in day or on 26th june.2012 it will be totally dead no network shown in this handset I was helpless on this day my all business work held up due no mobile services. Again went to your retail counter M/S Sataym Electronics S-3 Jayanti Bazar and told all matter they shown to me way of service centre.

The Service centre of this handset M/S Salora international limited checked the mobile and said to me your handset mother board is now dead it will be replaced with in two days but still no mother board changed and no handset. They did not provide me a standby handset so that I can continue my work with standby handset. I purchased a new hand set of Sumsang on this date 26th june.2012 for this all troubling situation.

Dear Sir I am working with a NGO company I have to go to tour all rajasthan for 20 days int month. I have no more time to spend this troubling to visit your service centre
Again and angin in jaipur. I live in kishangarh it too far distance form my house.


This is to request to you Sir that its only one month old hand set and I m facing trouble in this handset I self purchased this handset being your reputed company now I not feeling good attachment with this handset I shall be thankful if you can replace this handset with new one ok handset not this repaired handset again I shall be thankful to your if you oblige me.

Micromax — replacement of mobile or refund

i Sushil Sarang,mumbai purchased a micromax mobile on 05.05.12 from andheri, but the same was stopped working on 25.05.12 and the same was given to the service center. after so many follow-ups they replied on 28.7.12 that the same has been repaired, but i want either a new piece or refund of the money.

I have purchased micromax x-231 mobile phone on 04-08-12 from M/s cell sell, chennai. It isnot working properly since 10-08-12. I am 14-08-12 going to service centre at 2oclock. I told the dealer about the same and he said that i will talk to company.

I have purchased micromax TAB P-300 on 15/8/2012 from Mobile Bazar Sakchi, Jamshedpru. It is not working properly since 20/8/2012. I am regularly(approx 5 times within 1 month) going to service centre .Presently he send it to Ranchi service centre . I told the dealer about the same and he said that I cannot help in this matter
