[Resolved]  Micromax — mobile phone not working properly

this is very serious issue and company not even want to listen their own consumer..

plz dont buy micromax phone i am suffering say no always to mmx.

Micromax Mobile — price

I am a retailer my firm name is baba mobile i hav a complain that micromax mobile dont hav any kind of price list the distributor says that the rds decide the price of the product that's why there is no perfect price list . what ever they say that is the price. because of that there is a huge gap in the prices of here and other cities.

I got micromax x2i mobile my battery was down at about 5 days before and i ask for battery to your service centre at M/S GLOBAL MOBILE at DHANBAD they told that you have to book order for the same and will take minimum 7 days. In this setuation i was forced to take another new mobile from nokia dual sim. I request you to look in to my complain.

i purchased one Micromax X 450 model
Bluetooth fixing arrangement was not good
A poor design by manufactures
Life of the Bluetooth is max 6 month
after that it may missed. Because of poor fixing arrangement.
After that mobile looks ugly.

I bought micromax X118 mobile in january 2011. I got problem regarding mic. When I visited MUHURT micromax service centre in Jalna, Maharashtra but he asked me to give rs. 250/- even though my micromax mobile in warranty period. What should I do?

I am regularly going to service centre he said that, it will become with infew days but almost completed two months.Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange mobile immediately / a new set.Otherwise i will go to consumer court.

I have purchased micromax cdma mobile handset model C350 on 07-4-11 from M/s NU-YOURK Teleworld, kolkata. It isnot working properly since purchase. I am already going to service centre and it is repair but its defect not clear. my customer job card no.1875282and order no.GE/04/0428 dt.21-4-11 I told the service center about the same.
Now i don't have any cell phone due to which i am suffering a lot.Kindly arrange to exchange it immediately.

Micromax — same mobile not received after service

I purchased "micromax Q5 fb" model mobile phone on[protected]. After using 10 months
navigation key of mobile not worked properly so i went nearest company service center "ahuja mobiles gwalior" , and submit my mobile for repair(on[protected]. They gave me 20 days time.
But when i went after 20 days they told me that they need more time to repair. Again after
i went to service center every 10 days but they did not gave satisfactory response. After around 70 days[protected] when i went to receive my mobile they gave me a old very poor condition another hand set which i did not accept. they do not giving my mobile and also misbehaving with me and communicate with cheap language .

sir i have lost my micromaxq3 mobile with a vodafone sim and tata docomo sim. what shall i do now???

micromax/x 505 — poor service

i have given my micromax x 505 handset ,which has incorporated problem in its touch screen ,to one of your service centres located in malkaganj new delhi. i was told it will get repaired within a week or 10 days but now its over a month and i am yet to get my phone ,the store has its own time table(most of the time its closed). now its over a month that i am without any cell phone which caused unstability in my life. your company has lost its credibility amongst us ,the customers. and being a member of student's union now i promise to promote against your company or i may take further action against the company

I have a Micromax Q7 mobile purchased more than a year back and the piece is excellent and very very handy & easy to use and I am addicted to it, it is one of the best mobiles in dual sim, the only problem is that their customer care dep is very very lax and almost all of the centres do not function in mumbai/thane, citing spare parts not beiong available from the parent company to service centres, they should improve on this and take care of their clients. Micromax Pikex510 — no response from the service center

I have bought a mobile handset of your company of model PIKE - X510,on14/7/2011,and facing problem touch calibration.So i took it to the service at Veerabhadra Agency which was authorized by your company, since five days i have been making a call to him, he is not able pick the phone and up-date the status.And now also i made a call but they are not responding.I just want a conformation that your company is capable to give service .this is the bad stuff of your service.

Micromax — bad contact of charger

when im charging my mobile it appears as "" bad contact of charger "" and i cant get my mob charged i've also tried with new charger but again same msg displays

I HAVE PURCHASED A MICROMAX MOBILE MODEL NO.360 FROM RELIANCE WORL,S-37,GREEN PARK MAIN MKT,NEW DELHI-16 ON 14/1/2012.THE COST OF THE MOBILE IS 4099/- AFTER A WEEK THE BATTERY IS NOT CHARGING PROPERLY.SO I HAVE TO KEEP CHARGER IN MY HAND ALWAYS.
SO IT IS VERY DIFFICULT TO ME .I APPROACHED THE DEALER FROM WHERE I PURCHASED THE MOBILE .THEY GAVE ME THE ADDRESS OF THE SERVICE CENTRE.LAST 9 YEARS I AM USING THE MOBILE SET OF DIFFERENT BRAND.BUT THIS TYPE OF COMPLINT IS THE FIRST TIME.
SO PLEASE DONT LOOSE THE REPUTATION OF YOUR COMPANY.AND RECTIFY THE COMPLAINT
AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
