Micromax — servicing of tablet
I've given a tablet for servicing on22 july & the company said that i can take my tablet in 7-10 days but today it's passed about 2 month & 10 days . But I don't get any satisfactory response from the company. I want extra warranty period for this ... Plz provide me Solution...Micromax — Micromax A89 getting too much heat without any reasons
hi, I'm thomas ..i have been using micromax a89 smart phone.The phones having heating issues and most people using this phone is facing the same problem.It effects to ear causes pain due to radiation., the company has not provided any solution to stop the heating problem..Please do take the matter seriously ... Micromax — Doodle 2 stopped working with in 1 month
Dear Sir, I bought Doodle 2 micromax canvas mobile on 2nd Dec 2013 from Poojara Telecom Pvt Ltd Rajkot. Camera has stopped working now. Dear sir i brought mi doodle 2 before 1 month its camera is fake as it is specified that it has 12 mp camera but its quality is not better it gives quality like 8mp. Wht is the reason behind this.

I bought the micromax bolt A67 on October 2013. From
the very first days it was not working properly. I thought this may be
temporary issue. After that it became regular issue on daily basis. Finally its
sensors are not working. Last to last Saturday I gave the at Micromax service
center and they said that it will take 3-4 days. I said I know you guys are
very lazy and you can't fix this on time. I said give me the correct turn
around time. Then the representative said that mam you can take your phone on
Saturday. I called them and asked about my phone. The girl picked up the phone
and said that the status is 'Awaiting for Parts'. She has no idea when the
issue will be resolved. I asked her to give me an address where I can complain.
She said I don't Know. Then I asked her to tell her name so that I can trace
each and everything. She denied to tell me her name. I am very upset with the
service that you are proving to us. They even don't bother about their
customer. I need my phone in working condition ASAP or give me a new phone.
