micromaxmobiles — related to service center

As i have purchased a micromax Q3+ handset on 18/10/10 from Shri krishna Communications (at vikas bajar mathura) but after a week it's track ball was not functioning properly than i contact dealer for replacement he told me to contact service center for replacement but at service center he said replacement is a very long procedure of two or three months as i was in need of mobile so i said him to repair it and he did that n gave me.
Now, it's track ball again not working properly so i contact service center for repairing but he refuges to repair it as he said during the time of first repairing he stick a slip at the back of mobile and it was not there so he refuses to repair it.but i remember very well he didn't stick any slip at the back.Now I want it to be repaired as i got warranty of 1 year during the purchasing of mobile.

I have purchase a MICROMAX Q6 mobile or Tension on 28/09/2010 from TRIPUTI MOBILES, BHILWARA. After 7-10 days various problem happened in this piece. I have many time goes at your service center but the problem cannot be solve. After I go at your dealer and it promise to change this piece from company but his dealerships cancelled and your service center also change. Then I goes at your new service center and it said this piece goes at Jaipur for repairing and it comes within 15 days. After this when i goes your service center to collect this piece but the LCD is broken and he change this but the problem is continue. I have also send a mail to you on 30/11/2010 but no response comes from you. This mobile is lying at your Jaipur service center from 01/12/2010. But it could not repair and yet not delivered to me. Now I did not want to collect this piece I need my money back. So please look this mater kindly and inform me. Otherwise there is no option for me to go at consumer court.

This is Muzaffar from Noida and i have Micromax X510. still in underwarranty. actually! my charger jack was not working and i deposite my cell phone to LGF-72 HDFC Bank Basement Ansal Fortune Arcade Sec.18 Noida (U.P)
Noida. but service centre person told me that it has already opened so i will not be able to take the responsibility of this cell phone and he charged me Rs.400 for solving that problem but my cell phone is still in underwarranty. before that i deposite my vell phone to ANA Communication

Janakpuri. that time charger jack was working well but after two or three days suddenly the same problem was enabled even though after repairing that my cell phone is not working as usually and battery is also not working properly... so can you tell me why does it happens with me. tell me. i wanna to know that. why you will not take the responsbilities of the cell phone. if i am talking about your service. that's very bad. i bought it last 14 october 2010. plz! replace the battery. you should take the responsibilities of any phones or accessories.

X265 — SOFTWARE PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

i had purchased your mobile X265 on 23/12/2010 & after 10 days mobile phone has accured in problem.
i think it is realy bad feel me. Ok we can realise some time machine can not perform well. But when your service center person has told me your phone will be receiving you after 45 days it is rediculas.

Please do something kindly they can send me my mobile within 10 to 15 days. Cell has going to NASIK.

Micromax Mobile — Ignoring my complaint in service center

I bought Micromax Mobile 2 months back, and i was not able to open internet in mobile so i given my mobile in belgaum service center , they telling daily , it will be done tommorrow, and after 10 days, they telling, nothing can be done in this handset, use like this only,,,, only one service center in belgaum, karnataka,.. plz help me what can i do in this, [protected]
I purchased mobile phone model no.Q1 bearing sl no.[protected] @ Rs.1650 including mobile theft insurance through Univer Cell, Coimbatore on December 16, 2010.
The set has created a problem within a month low battery shut down and automatically switched off. I handed over the set to Univercel Mobile at Ranganathan Street, T.Nagar recently and after a weeks time, they have given me the set stating that the set has been repaired. They have not got any signature from me for the set which has been repaired by them.
I was asked to pay a sum of Rs.400/- being the charges for changing the charger pin point for which no receipt is given to me by your Service centre at Mahalingapuram. The technician has told me that a new charger will be provided to me free of cost in exchange of the old one.

I STATE THAT DUE TO POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT THIS HAS HAPPENED.

I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY EXCHANGE THE MOBILE ONE WITHOUT ANY ADDITIONAL COST.
AN IMMEDIATE ACTION IS AWAITED.

I have purchased my Micromax mobile Q5 last year from it's showroom located at laxmi nagar Shop no. S-529, school block. From few months my mobile suddenly switched off during calls. due to this, many times i missed my important bussiness calls.My mobile is in warranty period and so I gave my mobile for repair to its company service centre at Shalimar garden near S.M World Shahibabad, Ghaziabad(U.P). but again i have same problem persisting in my mobile with in next day from taking it off from Micromax service centre.
I am very much disagreed with this service. So please help me out for this problem as am loosing my important calls.

I purchase micromax x600 gravity phon in Jan 2011 in nasik maharashtra i was a problem this handset ( pcb problem) your nasik service center give 45 days and repaired . but within 15 days i was seffaring another problem ( spiker ) your service center tolled me give 15 days. so i fill your service is not good pl. look at this mater and solved my problem.pl. contact me [protected] .

I am very upset with micromax mobile .. worst mobile I ever purchased.. within 2 days charger not working and after 1 days mobile creating problem in charging " Bad contect with charger" g8
now I submitted my mobile after 1month i got my mobile and the condition of mobile like 1yr old mobile the keypad numbers and other keys are removed and the sides of mobile are full of scratches ..
whats else i said .. i didn't accept my mobile and returned the mobile ..
now dont know what they will do with my mobile and still i didn't get my charger replacement ...

Micromax — problem in mobile in one month

i bought a micromax mobile x505 from timtata.com , after some days i fill that the touch screen is very bad but i compermise with that but after some time the handset have a problem the massages are not open or write , i went to service center he said to me that it is a software and hardware problem and it will take 15 days to repair , i bought this mobile of its brand like micromax but now i feel that i want to go to consumer cort please help me on this thanks.

Micromax Mobile GC360 — Newly purchase Mobile is more than 1 month in service centre

I have purchased Micromax Mobile GC360 in the month of January 2011. i have hardly used it for 1 month it stop working. I have given it to service centre(M/s IMI Mobile care, Shop no B-100, Shanti Shopping Center, Meera Road. Dist Thane, Mah). The job id for this is 4326.


After continuous followup with this, still not receive my mobile. Then I raise a complain to main service Centre (Plot No 21/14, Block A, Nariana Industrial Area, Phase II, New Delhi-110028, INDIA: Ph. :[protected] and[protected]. The complain No for this is MMX-[protected]. Initially I have been told that I will get mobile after 1 week. But now they are say It will take another 2 weeks.

I am getting shocked the kind of service Macromax is providing to its customer. Don't know whether I will receive my mobile or not.

I have a in warrenty Micromax X265 mobile. I deposite my mobile to THE MOBILE CARE D-61, Gali no-3, Laxmi Nagar service centre on 12/03/2011 for reparing. Service centre person told me that it will take 15-20days for repair my mobile.i call him again & again but he did not repair my mobile till date.

Micromax — I have given my mobile to service center for repairing but i have got from the past 2 and a half month

I have purchased Micromax A-60 Dated 15.04.11 of Rs.6500/-. It, s battery backup is so bad also automatic it gone sleep mode and it, s open again when i remove my battery and there service center provide their contact number but they are not taking my call. I am not getting any response from their side.
