Dear Sir, I am receiving mail from by Msn/Yahoo Lottery inconjunction with the MICROSOFT WINDOWS that I have won (750,000.00GBP). After submitting courier charges they have despatched my parcel to India and the diplomat arrived today. He has deposited the cheque after giving the currency transfer money and the RBI deposit slip is attached for your reference. According to him RBI is asking to deposit UNODC declaration form for release of amount. (1) Now he is asking to submit "United Nations office on Drugs and Crime. declaration form for which he is asking Rs 300,000.00. (2) Is it really essential to pay these charges before claiming the fund or before the fund is credited to our account? I have instructed them to deduct the charges from the proceeds, but they are not accepting to this - so I really doubt the genuineness of this transaction. Kindly reply me as soon as possible.
