sir i have made double payment of my mtnl landline bill on 08/11/2009 with a transaction no.MHDF[protected] BY ONLINE NET BANKING.i talk to account manager , he told it will get back to your account but it dosent come. so i request you to please do my favour. thank you. i m enclosing the copy of account statement. Respected Sir,

Our landline phone number is 29811299
The bill date is 19/12.2009
In our bill it is mentioned Rs. 661.77 as other debits
Amount to be paid Rs. 1222.00
But when I our bill on online it is displaying Rs. 661.77
Now, my question is why our bill is showing double amount what is menat by other debits?
Please, kindly tell us why?

I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

our phone no[protected] customer [protected] there is extra charges on our bill for doubt installation and Wi-fi modem while installed is normal one. There is extra charges in every month. in our bill. kindly reverse all the extra charges and obilge.
