I have faced three time zero network singh in Ghaziabad City (with two months) from evening and upto the next morning but when i entered in delhi all signals works properly. but when i ask at my home the other dolphin mobile were not having any signal. why such type of problems are occurs while MTNL is having so big network and engineers.

I am very much agree from ur wordings because I too also suffering from same problem.Last two days zero network in my mobile I am just cut out from all of my friend and my family.
I am using Dolphin from 7 months.I residing in Hauz Khas Area. .Last two days zero network in my mobile I am just cut out from all of my friend and my family.I am facing lot of problem and I have no time yet to go to sanchar hat to complaint about this because of my Examination.

I am using a dolphin as my network provider and from last three days network has became pathetic and i am suffering a lot from this problem as my all calls are been kept on halt

This is my request to the concern department that if they could investigate and try to solve my problem as soon as possible.

i am a resident of RAILWAY COLONY, kalwa, thane, mumbai.
in our locality wen the electricity goes the network also get closed & network becomes unavalable, so majority o[censored]s face problems due to cuttings, so we r planning to change our brand frm DOLPHIN.
please do the favorable acts.
I am really very sorry to draw your very kind attentions towards the my numerous unattended complaints few of which: Complaints Numbers are.: 18300012, [protected], 18301841, 18300871, 18300780 & 19200002 wherein I have clearly requested to put on the record about my complaints regarding my bad experiences like ‘Low Signals’ – ‘Message Sending Fails continually’, Non-receiving of the SMS Delivery Reports’, ‘No-Signal during Power failure’, ‘Dis-connecting Calls during conversations Continually’ and also facing of problems for connecting Calls to any of the Networks.
Your call attendants sitting at your Call Center really don’t know how to handle the customer properly. Most of the times, your Call attendants talk in a very rudely, insultingly, un-ethically, immorally, unfaithfully to its principals or even against our National integrity.
Sir: Not going in to much details at this time, may I request you to please let me know:
Do you think if it is proper by your attendants to abuse if I dare to register my complaint?
Do you think if it is proper by your attendants to suggest me to go for some other available mobile companies like ‘Airtel, Vodafone or Idea?
Do you think if it is proper by your attendants at numerous of times do canvassing for your other competitors i.e. Networks?
Do you think if it is proper by your attendants to threat me for dire-consequences if I shall dare to approach his seniors?
