[Resolved]  MTNL Dolphin — ACTIVATION PROBLEM

I HAD PURCHASED A TRUMP SIM CARD FROM A STALL WHICH WAS PUT UP IN CHETANA COLLEGE , BANDRA (EAST) ON 23rd FEBURARY 2010.
I WAS GIVEN A SIM CARD NO. [protected] AND A 91 VALUE PACK AND WAS PROMISED THAT THE SERVICE WOULD RESUME THE NEXT DAY.
I MADE THE RECHARGE WITH THE COPUN OF 91 AND SMS COUPON ON Rs.30 WHICH I PURCHASED FROM THE SAME STALL.
ITS 5 DAYS DOWN THE LINE MY SIM CARD SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED. I CANT MAKE OR RECEIVE CALLSON THE NUMBER NOR SEND OR RECEIVE SMS. MY CELLPHONE IS SHOWING BALANCE BUT THE SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED YET.
I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO. 1503 WHERE THEY SAID I HAD TO GO AND VISIT MTNL EXCHANGE AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS THERE. BUT THE EXECUTIVE CSC IN EXCHANGE IS NOT READY TO ACCEPT THE DOCUMENT. HE QUOTED ME WHAT WILL HE DO WITH THE DOCUMENTS AND HE DOESNOT KNOW THE PROCEDURE FOR THE SAME. I IMMEDIATLEY CALLED YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND ASK THE EXECUTIVE TO TALK TO AMIT SHINDE WHO WAS ACROSS THE LINE. BUT THEIR TALKS DID NOT WORKED OUT AND STILL THEY DID NOT TAKE THE DOCUMENTS AND SAID ITS NOT THEIR DUTY TO DO SO AND THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE DON’T KNOW THE WORK IN EXCHANGE AND THEY JUST PASS ON THE DUTY. IT WAS BAD TO HEAR THAT TWO DEPARTMENTS IN A SAME ORGANISATION IS NOT WELL CORDINATED, AND THAT TO THE DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH ARE VERY VITAL FOR A ORGANISATION.
AMIT SINGH REQUESTED ME TO BE PATIENT AND HE GAVE ME THE NO. OF MALAD EXCHANGE. NOW WHAT AS A CUSTOMER SHALL I DO , SO MY CARD GETS ACTIVATED. I AM READY TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS WHEREVER THE CONDITION DEMANDS BUT AM I ASSURED I WANT BE NEGLECTED THIS TIME ?

MTNL — about activating a service

I have ported my from vodafone number to mtnl on[protected].My number is [protected]. I want DND to be activate on my number.I made many request to the customer complaint no 1503 and 1909.And i personally went to the MTNL excahnge EIDGAH but there was no response.So please sir I want you to look in the matter.As im very much fed up of recieving unknown mesages .So Sir i want you to activate the service of DND on my mtnl no.My alternate no. is [protected]
My sim is deactivated in May due to covid-19 I was unable to activate the sim how I activate my sim again
