Hi,
My no is[protected] i was charged of Rs 500 as installation charges of VOIP which was never installed at our place and due to non payment my phone was disconnected due to which we were forced to pay the whole bill.

I am been chasing all MTNL officials from the last 2 years.
Taking few steps and then they dissappear like anything and still my bill is not adjusted.

Nextday I received only one recharge of Rs.750/-. Both the recharged amt have deducted from my account. i hav complained the same to the call centre but tilltoday the amt. is not credited in my account. the OTC no. of both the transaction is attached here with
    OTC 9821641 & 9822030 dt. 9/9/2010.You r requested to kindly do the need ful.

    MTNL, Mumbai — TRY BAND CONNECTION.

    For weeks ago MTNL people come & install the modem but they don't know how to connect the try band connection in computer., and despite numerous complaints to the helpline 1504 and calling up the exchange folks, all we have succeeded in doing is piling up complaint numbers at home.
    also i have personally spoken to charkop telephone exchange Mr. Yadav ( [protected], tel[protected] several times. now he is aking that i don't have any person with me to sending at your residence.

    You will think in these days of stiff competition MTNL will at least let us know what is wrong with our connection (if at all) and how much time it will take to set it right, but till date we have been fed various theories from various authorities.


    This, you will think, should lead to the problem being solved, but no, it has taken week and our triband line is not start. And worse, we are none the wiser for the reason behind it.

    My wife even wrote about our triband woes in the widely circulated Mumbai Mirror which you will think should spur anyone in MTNL with some self-respect into action. But no!


    But does anyone in MTNL care at all?
    Online trump recharge of Rs.65 was tried, but only money got deducted from my bank account (internet banking) and the recharge is not yet done, WHAT TO DO IN SUCH CASE? PLEASE TELL ME ANY NO FOR COMPLAINT OR GET MY RECHAGE .MY CONTACT NO IS [protected] AND EMAIL ID IS arun.[protected]@gmail.com.Thank you.
    Sir, I have done online trump recharge of Rs.65/- on dt, 14.08.2012 through bank maharashtra net banking. The amount of Rs. 65 got deducted from my account but recharge amount is not added to my trump balance amount. Please check and add it at your earliest.       My mobile number is [protected]. just 2 days back MTNL sent me a SMS that you subscribe for M-junction and 30 Rs will deduce on 26-oct. then immediately i complain to customer care regard this but they said we dont have any info. On 26-oct 30 Rs from my account deduced automatically but customer care are saying we dont have any info regarding this. what goin on here. i post complain for the same but i know no action will be taken regarding this. please refund 30 Rs

        Tel no[protected].

        Problem faced - Frequent Link Failure of DSL Router. Unreliability of connection.

        The Main incoming telephone cable is hanging on a piece of PVC pipe without any proper Terminal box. We are facing problem of loose connection which is resulting in frequent failure of Broadband connection and line disturbance. The same was shown to the line man but he expressed his inability to do anything.

        This is quite surprising that MTNL has no terminal boxes which should have been used for a better and permanent line connection.

        We are really struggling in Broadband connection due to this problem and have already registered so many complaints but in no vain. If it continues then we have no choice but to discontinue MTNL Broadband connection.

        Pl forward this message to the concerned deptt / officials so that proper action can be taken.

          Bill Dated 06/05/10 is exorbitantly high, which shows the download charge of Rs. 3819. Request you to kindly recheck the same and reverse the charges. If you'll claim that the charges are correct, then I would like to have the details of the sites visited and details of what has been downloaded, without which I will not accept that the charges are correct.

          Please do not send me a standard reply saying you'll cannot do do anything, as I am a very old customer and have never defaulted in the payments.Expecting a quick and favourable reply. A call would be appreciated

            Sir,

            On 4th September 2010, I paid Rs.1995/- cash at the Sanchar Haat, Hauz Khas, New Delhi and bought the MTNL 3G Jadoo Data Stick together with 3G Card (IMEI Number [protected] and Mobile Number [protected]). Under the scheme, I was allowed unlimited download for the first 2-months from the date of its' purchase.

            Since the date of purchase and until today, I tried to use this Card and the Stick to operate internet. But I regret to say, that except at one occasion (within the 1st eek of its' purchase), this stick and the card never worked. With great difficulty, I am able to connect to the net but the download never starts.

            I tried to seek MTNL help through emails, phone calls to 1503 and 1504, and the technical assistance number [protected]. Each time, my call was disconnected with rapid comments that "who suggested you to buy this product of MTNL, because MTNL is still in the age of developing support for this product".

            As the money against purchase of this product is not refundable, will you please help me in resolving this problem of connectivity.

            The stick is Teracom make.

                i have mtnl broad band connection for internet(Rs 495 combo pack).........according to the scheme of plan my download speed must be 250 kbps(kilo bytes )......but it hardly reaches 40..it not connected proper it take 30 minutes to connected after it connected but speed is very slow like 40 to 39 kb only.please help me about this problem

                  i have MTNL broadband connection and i was very setisfied with it until it broke down.I registered complained atleast 20 times on IVR,went to their office and complaint 2 times but looks likes they are not bothered .Its been allmost 2 months now and they even sent me a bill and i dont know what is that for.It is not possible for me to go to their office everyday as i am a working person.I dont know what to do so m registering a complain here.Thank you

                  I surrendered MTNL landline tele-connection No[protected] and deposited Wi-Fi Modem alongwith other accessories/instrument at MTNL Bikhaji Cama Place Exchange, New Delhi against thier official receipt No 1636 dt 31.1.11. I was assured that the security refund of Rs 3, 000/- will be refunded within 50 days. As I could not get the refund order, my husband approached the said office to know its status. He come to understand that besides reduction of last outstanding bill, MTNL is levying charges upto 04/2/2011 against disconnection on 31/1/2011. On approaching Comml Officer, Accounts Officer and Officer Incharge Policy Sec, no reasons could be established as to who is responsible for overcharge of 4 days inspite of the fact that my husband was shuttling between these three office bearers for about 2 hrs on 01/4/2011. I request the MTNL authorities to kindly look into the matter and refund my security without overcharge for 4 days.

                    MTNL — Broadband connection disconnect

                    I am sharing this painfull expreance of having MTNL broadband on my home PC. I got this installed around 4 monhs back and truly speaking this only works for few days and after that it did not worked. I made sevral compliants and visited Rohini Sec -6 sanchaar haat also to make everyone aware of this problem but till now no progress. I have no connection from last 2 months and receiving broadband monthly bill regularly.
                    How come MTNL charge for the services thay are not able to give even after lodging the complaint.
                    My complaint get closed without any resolution.
                    This is a hight of frustration and MTNL should stop making fool of people if they can not provide service.

                      Dear Sir,
                      This is with reference to my complaint made to MTNL vide complaint no. 1870 dated 29 sep 10 on MTNL complaint telephone no. 26302198.
                      Despite a dozen or more repeated attempts, i have received no response from MTNL.
                      I have an unlimited broadband plan on the landline no. 26303356 since 1 Oct 2010 and have barely used it for less than 6 hours in past 11 days due to the erratic connectivity.
                      What is ven more frustrating is the sheer apathy shown by MTNL.
                      Further, i strongly suspect some foul play on my landline as the phone is dead but if the receiver is picked up, there are noises in the background (People talking or a TV being watched)
                      I am unable to fathom what could result in this kind of a trouble.
                      This cyclic phenomena is happening since 10 August 10 and the phone suddenly becomes functional for 2-3 days and then goes dead (or with extraneous voices) for a week.
                      I am unable to get this issue addressed and I request you to please help me out.

                      Complaint No. 2650 dated 27 sep 2010 against tele No. 27931930 refers. Fault not cleared but complaint No. is cleared. Again complaint lodged No. 1219 dated 19.10.2010, hope for the best as, i am tracking the complaint No. regularly and planning further to disconnect the above mentioned tele and switch over to other. Thanks to MTNL DELHI for the support and for waking me up.

                          My MTNL Landline phone is not working for last 3 months. I have given 100s of complaints on phone and emails. Still no response.
                          To add in the pain, they are sending continuos bills for the monthly rentals.

                          MTNL — Internet not working for the past 2 months

                          After complaining, the line man came to check and suggested wi-fi for speedy connectivity. We agreed.The line - man tried to install it but said that our laptop was not accepting a particular key. He then took our original modem where Internet was still working(although the speed was slow) and instead installed a new wi-fi modem. Now, we get internet connection for about half an hour in the entire day. We called up the customer care department "N" no. of times, they even assured us that they will be sending their men the very next day. But their so- called next day hasn't arrived as yet. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                              Sir / Madam ,
                              i have a mtnl line phone no 25373068 ...i have taken this connections as i wanted a internet connection... i have taken the internet on the 21 aug 2010 ... but the internet is not working properly from day 1 ..i have the the following grieveances with mtnl for the internet ...
                              1} i had taken the internet connections for 749 unlimted plan where the download speed should be 752 kbps ...but the download speed that i recived was not more than 30-40 kbps ....i have raised a complaint from day 1 regarding the same ..which i was said will be looked into and the speed would be increased ...unfortunately i did not happen ..
                              2} also the internet is not working from the last 3 weeks ...i have called numerous times to the technical support on 1504 and 198 ...i have also made call to Mr chudi and Mr singh who handle the dadlani park and balkum area in thane ....who said that they are going to send the engineer ..but every day for the intial 2 weeks the engineer would call and ask whether the link light is stable ...which is usually blinking ...when we inform the tech about the same ..he says that he will come and check ..but unfortunately o engineer has arrived till date ..
                              3} for the past 2 days the internet comes for 5 mins and then the link light again starts to blink in the modem ...and i loose internet connections ..i have to reboot everything and still am not able to go online ..the link light is intermittent ..ie sometimes it is stable and sometimes its blinking ...

                              hope that you will look into the matter and get the issue resolved as soon as possible ..

                                  I got new connection on 17 Aug 2010. And from 25 Aug 2010, I registered a complaint that internet is not working but, I am soory no body is taking care of it. All seniors people are busy in office even they dont have time to pick the phone. I called them more than 200 times but still no response. Pls dont do that. we are your customer, pls serve us dont tease.
                                  Its very painful. Pls resolve my issue.

                                    MTNL — Non-functional MTNL Triaband connection

                                    I am having MTNL 256 unlimited plan phone no. [protected], for the past 45 days my internet connection is not working sometimes it starts working but it is so frustratingly slow. The download speed is less than 1kbps whenever it's working. I have made numerous complaints on their toll free no. 1504 and everytime they register a complain and nothing happens. Last week when i was submitting an application to disconnect the connection these MTNL employees told me to wait for 1-2 days and they will look into the problem, but still there is no improvement. Sometimes their employees say that our internet will never work. This is so frustrating that i am forced to write this complaint. I am also submitting an application to refund my money in the MTNL department. I am not hopeful that any action will be taken but it is my duty to atleast warn the people about this useless company.

                                    MTNL Triband — faulty broadband connection

                                    Hi,

                                    I am very much satisfied with the services of MTNL.

                                    But my problems have considerably risen since I have got Wi fi internet connection.

                                    The problem is that my internet connection gets disconnected after certain interval of time.

                                    The service is really really bad between 5 pm to 11pm everyday.

                                    I made a complaint to 1504 ( Complaint nos 5707,5812,4185).

                                    All these complaints were regarding the same thing that I have mentioned above, but no steps were taken to rectify these.

                                    I do receive a call from MTNL guys , they do ask for internet connectivity, but to my dismay it worked at that time, and this way the complaint gets closed.

                                    But I am facing this repeatedly every day, it would be really grateful if You take this matter seriously and with utmost responsibility.

                                    I respect the designation and responsibilities bestowed on the shoulders of area manager, but this thing has irritated me a lot and catalysed my complaining procedure to write this mail to you.

                                    An early action is earnestly solicited.

                                    Plz take this on high priority.

                                    MTNL Triband — Poor Service in all respect

                                    My telephone No. is 28811942 I have took triband service of MTNL for approx. past 4 years & I have same problem now and then but now this is height of my tolerence. I have made several call on customer service no. they neither take the call. If they take call they just hang up the call or say please call to so and so number[protected], etc.) which is again unattended. I had made several complaints regarding speed of Triband that we possess but no one gives us proper guidance regarding the complaint. They just keep on going ignoring us. Last complaint no. that we have got is 1365 for which I am sure will be unattended.
                                    I suggest you file complaint under TELECOM CONSUMERS PROTECTION AND REDRESSAL OF GRIEVANCES REGULATIONS, 2007 with the NODAL OFFICER.

                                    If the Nodal Officer does resolve the issue within 10 days than file appeal with APPELLATE AUTHORITY.

                                    MTNL Delhi 3G Speed is Too Slow

                                      During the month of august 2010 my connection was closed for approx one week due to problem of my PC's harddisk. Also in sept 2010 due to RAM of my PC. During this period I also launched complaint for telephone connection.
                                      I do not use internet daily and mostly it uses to see emails orkut or some sites. Normally my bill is near and under Rs. 300/-.
                                      I dont understand how so many did get used in my account? Pl. send me my bills detail. So it could help me to control over my bill.
                                      Pl. check my last bills for uses of net.
                                      I have doubt that somebody mis use of my line.So please check it. Properly

                                      The bill against above had been through ECS for the past several years. Suddenly, the bill for August includes the unpaid bill of July, 2010 and does not mention about ECS.. Is the ECS facility discontinued? Is so why ? We have never requested to discontinue the ECS facility.

                                      In this regard, my personal complaint to Customer Care at Mankhurd remain unattended.
