[Resolved]  MTNL SIM — sms service not working

i have an mtnl sim for past 2 years,but now days it has start giving some problems with sms service.i can send sms to anyone it gives an error even though i have sufficient balance and i can make calls but cant send any messages,as a teacher i have to inform students about there class timings and etc. . i request u to please clarify this problem as soon ans possible and for any details please send me an email on [protected]@yahoo.com

unable to send sms from last 2 months visited byculla branch said no staff, visited kalbadevi same answer
then fort mtnl office could not solve issue informed to visit BKC bandra

The same problem is with me .. i even the called the customer care many any time .. but still they say . restart your phone or change your message service center number.. i did this more than 25 times but the problem still persists .. any solution should be mailed to me immediately ...as i am not able to use this service from 3 months ... and i am fed up .. from MTNL ... please help

Is there any solution you got? because i am facing same issue and i ported to MTNL 2 days back

I have ported my sim card from airtel to mtnl. since time i am not receiving text messages. I also visited ghatkopar gallery they unable to resolve and also i have contacted customer support for same. please resolve it. my number is +91 [protected].
