[Resolved] Multilink — msed bill payment | |||
I am totally getting frustrated due to this Mesd bill as it is not being updated or it is not being paid only. I am unable to find whether the said bill is paid or unpaid. when I saw this month bill, the previous bill is also added along with this month though i had paid through multilinkworld. I am fed calling multilinkworld customer care regarding this but they always have answer that they had already paid the said bill. If it has been paid then why it has come along with this month bill. I had visited MSED office also, they told me that bill is unpaid if you have any proof of it then show it to us we will update it.I had shown the copy of bill which you people have paid through EASY BILL,but MSED people told me that it has not been paid.If you people have any proof that the said bill is paid to MSED then forward it to me,I will show it to MSED.That client again came to me and is asking for money.I don't know what you people are doing, I only want my credit back to my account so that i can give it back to customer as this month MSED bill due date is 31st october. see attached file for your information. ----- Forwarded Message ----- From: Multilink Help <[protected]@multilinkworld.com> To: Tejendra Rana <[protected]@yahoo.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 12, 2011 4:50 PM Subject: Re: MSED Bill Payment problem Dear Sir, When you make a bill payment it gets updated on the following day on the MSEB's end. Due to this i am getting frustrated,i have no other option to make my costumer satisfied I rather myself log in to the respected website and pay their bill through my debit card and i have to pay extra money to my bank for transaction.I thought I will earn some money by taking your multilink account so I invested 6000 rupees for membership but from the day since i became your sub agent I am getting totally disturbed. Please solve my problem, I am really fed up calling customer care for each and every small thing.And by tomorrow itself see to it that you pay this Electricity bill otherwise credit full amount to my account I will myself pay the bill through internet.
