I approached the company many times, but no positive response
I seek the following confirmation from them. In the absence of their confirmation, bank is not ready to cancel the Bank Draft inspite of submitting a Indemnity Bond on Rs.100 stamped paper:

I applied for 75 shares against Mundra Port and Special Economic Zone vide application No. 8 2995747 and also enclosed a bank draft No. 023105 dated November 05,2007 issued by HDFC bank in favour of ESCROW ACCOUNT MPSEZ-R for Rs.33000.00 along with the application . My CSDL DPID/Client ID No. is [protected]. I neither received the allocation information nor any refund. Kindly intimate the latest status. It is urgent. I am emailing to your registrar of Issue repeatedly, but without any respons. I have no option but to approach you. I just enquired from the bankers (HDFC Bank, Mandi Gobindgarh branch), who issued the bank draft, regarding encashment of bank draft. They confirmed it has not been encashed till date. I do not know the status of my appication. Please confirm, if the above application and bank draft have not reached you, so the same may be get cancelled from my bankers to get the amount transferred to my account. As per bank offiials , your confirmation is essential for cancellation of the bank draft PLEASE HELP ME AN TREAT IT MOST URGENT.

Dear Sirs,

I had applied for shares of the captioned company under IPO. I was allotted 15 shares and the rest of application money is to be refunded. I came to know through your website that refund order
No.1390236 was despatched by Regd. Letter No.6740236. But till date, I could not get the same. Please find the present status of the refund order from your bankers. If you send me an indemnity bond for issue of duplicate, I shall submit the same duly signed.

My repeated requests by letter/e-mail to you have not evoked any response. I never expected this kind of negligence from a reputed company like Mundra Port . I am very much pained about your indifferent attitude towards small investors like me. I, therefore, request you to look into the matter and advise the present status of the refund even now.

I applied for equity shares by application bearin g no: 44356702 by a chq bearing no: 721324 for rs.99000.00.The cheque was cleared from my account on 13.111.2007.
I wrote nearly 7 letters to the registrar and SEBI but no reply till date.SEBI acknowledge me on 28.03.2008 by a letter ref no: 2008/0020778/01 dated 11.03.2008.
