I have a shop in pratap nagar mayur vihar phase -1, sir i want to say that some of sweepers are putting garbaes in front of my shop . when i asked them to clean the garbage they demanded rs 150/- from me .i refused to pay after few days same person came to my site and pulled out my sign board said that this board is placed on wrong place .so kindly help against the same.

MCD — Garbage on front of my house

Dear Sir,
This is to inform you, the situation of front of my house is worst due the garbage on the road. We personally complaint for garbage to MCD Sweeper Satish Kumar but he is not taking it seriouly and regular doing the private work instead of this job. This is system of MCD department, MCD fine or penalty on people mistake, but don't take responsebilities for own mistake. Now we people disappointed from all the sides and being very badly stuck in this problem. I have come to you. Please help us out of this situation and take necessary action to clear this garbage from road.

An unauthorised 2 POLES have been put up covering the area of the park which is meant for children play. These permanent poles has been dugged up by the residents of House Number 81, Block 13 (1st Flr & 2nd Flr) at Vikram Vihar, Lajpat Nagar - IV, New Delhi - 110024. They have covered both side of the park for their personal purpose by having illigal electric connection.

Because of this the area of two poles the playing space has shorten.

Here i request you that suitable action should be taken against all these unauthorised / illegal area occupied by the resident of above house.

I want to draw your kind attention to the complaint dated[protected] given to you during public hearing and that was sent under the reference 283/ADC/PGC/HQ to Additional Dy. Commissioner Town Hall for appropriate actions. The same complaint was sent by the Addl. Dy. Commissioner to Assistant Commissioner, West Zone on dated[protected] but unfortunately no action has been taken yet. The said complaint contain the lists of 702 numbers o[censored]nauthorized constructions in the west district. Even today such unauthorized constructions are continued and local JEs of building dept. west zone are deliberately overlooking. In fact they are engaged in corruption due to which even after complaining unauthorized constructions are continue. The builders are operating without anny valid registration and do not obey the building bye-laws and without any approval or passinng any map of the building engaged in unauthorized constructions..
Further such unauthorized constructtions are against the guidelines of hon'ble Delhi High Court.

Please order for a suitable enquiry and may kindly take appropriate actions in this regard.

I am resident of trilok puri mayur vihar (17) delhi 91, My neighbor Mr. omi resident of 17/420 trilok puri Delhi 91, he is also employ in M.C.D as sweeper, all family members are employee in M.C.D but they are not present on their duty. They gave some bribe to daroga to get attendance. He has pig meat shop in 17-18 block market as well as two pig meat illegal shop near B.J.P. MLA MR. SUNIL VAIDH. They purchase about hundreds of pigs which are loaded in truck and they kept them in plot no 17/420. They use to kill the pigs in street in front of all the pupil.
As you know the epidemic swine flu is spreading in the world, it can also be spread in India also. So please take necessary action as soon as possible.
I hope you will take immediate action otherwise, my next complaint would be to chief minister.

The park in F Block Vikaspuri is in a completely messy state. The children are forced to play on streets due to that subjecting them to road accidents. The basic premise of living in a society is to provide basic amenities of parks for children which is turned into a dumping yard majority of the times. Despite our consistent follow ups with MCD/ Horticulture deptt to visit the location and take stock of the area in order to upgrade it to a basic min level of hygiene for residents it remains unheard and no one has visited us till date.

I do not know what shall move the authorities to take cognizance of the same and entitle us for basic rights.

If some one is really taking a serious note of these complains my request to them is to take some serious actions against these in order to avoid any contingencies and empower residents with basic deserving rights as citizens.

My complaint is about pocket-5 mayur vihar ph-1 Delhi-91(DDA flats) area.There is a beautiful park in our area. But from last few days the Mali used to burn dry leafs of trees in this park, it creates lot of smoke and heat and also harmful for green trees. I don't know the no of complaint department. Please help us.

This is a complaint towards Flat Number 39A of Block FG-1, that is not occupied ny the owner for over a decade. The house has turned as a garbage centre in front and back. No ventilation in th house has left the flat in misrable condition. Water drainanage pipes coming in the backyard make the garbage smell to its best with mosquitoes and other insects increasing their population. The wter drainage pipe is blocked by the garbage so the water cannot flow and as it is there for couple of weeks, it has resulted in seepage to all the building. Water meter area has gone in depth. This house is turned in a serious health hazard situation, as all the other residents window open in the backyard. It is requested to kindly instruct the owner of the house, to either get this occupied, or take immidiate step to get this house clean and renvated, before any mishappenng occurs due to health hazard alarm. This is a HIGH ALERT CALL, and a copy of the request is being send to all the concern authorities to take appropriate and early action, or else any loss in the building and health hazard situation will stand towards concern authorities.

Garbage Dumpyard — Increasing Health Concerns from Garbage Bin

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Tatikonda Subhash Reddy, Advocate, Ex Govt Pleader, (City Civil Court, Hyd) and a Resident of Clock House, Chirag Ali Lane. A Garbage dump yard located exactly opposite to my resident has been great health and hygiene issues to my family and locality neighbours. Despite several written complaints, no concrete action has been taken by the officials in this regards. We have requested for the dump yard to be shifted to an alternate location which has not been done. Instead another garbage container from another location has been placed opposite my house to prevent overflowing of garbage content onto the roads. This has further increased our woes and miseries.

All this is resulting in increase in mosquitoes, several new types of insects, foul smell, and roadside animals. This place is also becoming a hub for anti social elements like rag pickers who have been residing in this place and creating unnecessary nuisance.

I therefore humbly request the concerned authorities to please help re locate the bins to an alternate location at the earliest and frequent implement the spraying of pest spray to reduce mosquitoes in this location.

I am the resident of c-2,block yamuna vihar delhi , there is park betwwen H. No. C-2/92, 93,112,217,246,247 called the shri ram park. We maintains it our self. From some time the renovation is going on in H. No. C-2/217, They have dumped the building material waste & POP in the park corner, Now the other peoples are also throwing their garbage on this. By which the plant & trees are dying., I have visited 2 times the local office (Nursery) in the regard but no action have been taken yet since past one month.I request the concerned officers to kindly take the action so that plant & trees could be saved from this death.

My office is in Nehru Place, Delhi. This is to bring to the notice of the administrator (or whomsoever it may concern) that since the day I have joined this office (i.e. last 6 months), the road and traffic conditions have not improved even a bit in this area. The roads are dug up very badly just in front of Hotel Intercontinental, making it difficult for all commuters and vehicles to travel on. Not only this, being the most populated commercial location in Delhi, traffic jam is a common phenomenon here anytime of the day. Blatant parking in front of Satyam Cinema is observed 24x7 despite the conspicuous “No Parking” sign board. The police van is also seeing roaming around on duty but they are also oblivious to this chaos. It takes any vehicle minimum 20 minutes to cross that 100 meters stretch every evening and potholes on the road make it a nightmare for anybody driving there.
Would request an intervention here by the concerned authorities.

I recently visited my Mom and Brother, who live at 166-C, MIG. During my stay of 14 days I also felt that there are too many dogs in many streets of MIG (Red) Flats. I really had a hard time getting good night sleep because they bark all night long. Also its horrible that you all cant work things out within the colony amongst yourselves and solve the problem by running a sterilization drive in cooperation with the NGO Friendicos. This will help in not only reducing the increasing number of dogs in your area but will make them calm in nature. Havoc of Dogs — 10-20 dogs in single street

I am Reena Mathur, sent couple of complaints on MCD website to send team to dog catchers.

It s more than 2.5 months no one has dropped back but due to dog catching team not visiting, number of dogs increased.

Issue is there are number of residents who have pet dog and to safe card there motive ( their dogs bark so loud that people/kids sometime unable to cross the street), they have involved couple of more residents to feed stray dogs daily morrning/afternoon/evening. Becoz of their act the number of dogs has increased(15-20 dogs) so much that no one can even think of go thru the street, event the people of the street. And dog barking and act of bitting made situation so horrible that no one can even take rest inside house. If other resident try to speak to these people who feed dogs or having their pet dog to not feed stray dogs, they all ge together and start fighting. No one is there to listen the problem. Old people in my house face so much heart problem becoz the dogs barking. Kids cant concentrate studies.

All this is happening on street no. 2 & service lane of street no. 2 of virender nagar, new delhi -58. I request MCD and their dog catching team to act and definately be prepared to get revolt kind of situation if they try to catch dogs.

My name is amit yadac I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem being faced by resident and visitors and mainly Child from 6 to 12 yrs old nearby area of c - 48, shiv park, Delhi- 62. Sir there is a street dog which barks on everybody residing nearby, every visitirs and child and even it bites too, because of this dog it has become very difficult to take step out from our houses round the clock. I have seen and faced this situation where this dog barks on us and cameback silently closer to bite, several person have became victim of this dog.

Sir, there are so many mad street dogs in this locality because of them it’s very difficult to take step out from our houses Day & night. Dogs are cutted to children 3 to 4 times .

Garbage lifting van is not regular

Dear Sir, I am a resident of Q-67 Vikash Vihar, Uttam Nagar 110059.The garbage lifting van is not coming daily due to this we are facing trouble.

I live in B-block ramdutt enclave uttam nagar new delhi 110059 almost in the second lane of it and want to complain against the sweeper who is working in our block.he just collect the garbage and dump in front of my house.he comes in almost in a period of 1 month or it may goes to one and a half and if we complain him to just collect the garbage properly instead of cleaning it he shoutes very rudely and he is also fond o[censored]sing abusive languages whosoever is in front of him a lady or a man.when we told him to remove the garbage he demanded money by us.as a tax paying citizen of india i demand some action against him as soon as possible. I am sure you have the high court notice already for callous work done by these government employee.

The Hon'ble Sweeper is not lifting my garbage. Please suggest me how much more money I have to pay excluding her/his salary or should I spread all over my garbage in the street? Please note my address for your action. Street No.26, House No.678, Jafrabad, Delhi-53

i want to inform you about the blockage of water and garbage outside my house, cockroaches, mosquitoes and foul smell. please take proper action as soon as possible.
So many times presonally told to him not to collect it on front of anyone's house but he dtart shouting and start using a abusing language. They don't come daily to collect that. we r facing a lot of problem like, too much of smell and mosquito etc.
Pls. take a action against them ASAP.

i live in.9523 bagh rao ji kishan ganj, delhi .my family facing lot off problems, dirty water falling on the kitchen...(vijay kumar) who live in top floor of our home ...their bathroom floor leakage dirty water on roof of our kitchen area...due to this we can't cook..& standing there, we can't eat good food ..So many times (5years go on..) presonally told to him ..plz construct this area properly.but they can't repair & using abusing language ..try to hit house lady also..we r facing a lot of problem like, too much of smell and mosquito in the kitchen etc.
Pls. take a action against them
