Dear Sir/Mam
we are residents of 95-priyadarshini vihar, near rana pratab bagh.last month drainage lines were dug outside our homes and in the process gutter outside our home was damaged and now severe blockage is being faced by us. After several complaints no one from MCD dept has come to resolve the problem. any health hazard to our children due to open sewer would be MCD liability.
pls do the necessary action as soon as possible.

sir they open there press dailly including sunday hole night with lots of noise and polution.
my son, my wife along with me is now suffring with asthemetic problem {saans ki problem}.
because of the unprotected colour pollution came from the press so sir for the sake of our life
please do some action against this press and according to our knowledge printing press in
residential area is not permitted respected sir plz take some action as they all peoples drink
wine and use abuse language to us dailly, and they do urine in front of our gate also.
so many families live there but no one is having gutts to come in front of them
as they r the mafias with so many antisocial peoples.. respected sir plz take some action

This is regarding the MVID hospital's married accomodation type'C'(4 blocks, G+3),
50% of the quarters of all blocks are in dampen and unhygienic condition because of the seepage from upper floors.

working in an infectious disease hospital and residing in an unhygienic accomodtaion , not a healthy atmosphere.

repeated complaints ignored by the officials of WORKS DEPPT. please rectify the source of seepage and do water proofing treatment at the earliest

It is inform that there is a continuous overfow of the dirty sewer water due to the chocked sewer line in front of the flats no. 111AtoD and 112AtoD, I pocket, Dilshad garden, Delhi-95. It is making the life of residents miserable & hell.

we are resdient of Rohini Sec -07 Pocket B-6 House no 96-113 . This is to bring to your notice that there is unauthorised boundary construction in our pocket in front of house no 96-113 due to which we are facing a lot of problems like there is no parking space ,no area for to play for children etc. while facing this problem we all have decided to demolit the boundaries in front of our houses.

we have already registered a compliant on 24th May 2010 by telephone "Compliant no is 271". we have a compliant letter as well which is already acknowldge by Deputy Commsioner with Registered no 1125 and forwarded to "SE -II "of Rohini zone .

we are following up on regular basis by telephone ,but till date we have not get any response from MCD department.

Request your positive support for the same on urgent basis.

There is a dug up drain for the last one month in front of Promise Apart and Maya Apartment , Vikaspuri, West Zone, New delhi 110018.

Then there is no Garbage collection as all the Garbage are lying along the road in front of Vaishali Apartment and Promise Apartment, Vikaspuri, West Zone.

Kindly help for clearing the above as monsoon has set in and will create havoc if not attended urgently.

I want to bring notice to the issue of the bad road connecting faridabad to
Noida.
The road concerened is road connecting nehar paar road connecting faridabad to meethapur, jaitpur, madanpur khadar, kalindi kunj. This road is opposite to alaknanda tower(sector 31, faridabad). The condition of the road is worst for last 2 years. The slope near the bridge is never taken care of . Its never built and road ahead is full of potholes due to which there is lots of inconvience to the commuters. Alongwith, at someplaces, the boundary wall which is only 2 feets, is also missing due to which there is high risk of accidents due to potholes in the road. There is no streetlight available
on this strectch of the road.

If this road is built, then there will be less pressure on the traffic from faridabad who want to go to noida on badarpur where the flyover is getting built. This will become alternative route to noida and be verysmooth ride to the commuters.

I dont know whome to contect for this, since MCF said that it does not come under them and also some part of this road falls in delhi, so I dont know with whomeand how I shouldco-ordinate to get complaint resolved.

Please do the needful as it is very painful to commute and see the hardship of the commuters.

One suggestion, on every road, there should be contact point of the department or person who is responsible for the road.

SUB :- HINDRANCE OF DETRIMENTAL HAZARDOUS DOGS

Dear Sir,


Would like to draw your kind attention towards HUMORLESS PROBLEMS OF ANNOYING DOGS in our area Freedom Fighter Enclave, New Delhi – 110068.


We are occupant of above said area. We are HIGHLY TROUBLED due to MADDENING DOGS in our street. Due to the dogs even we cannot sleep in night. And Childs of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the dogs are very DANGEROUS, they bark on person passing through street without any reason. They have BITTED MANY PERSONS unreasonably. Also they are CAUSE OF CONTAMINATED AREA, which is reason of disease in the area.


They are increasing in number day-by-day. And their ALARM / HORROR is also BEING SPREAD CONSTANTLY.


It has been causing of lot inconvenience to the common people of our area. Inspite of several complaints by different people of our area, no action has been taken sofar. It is too difficult to believe that such things should have happened under your efficient control / esteemed functioning.


Kindly have a look into this matter & take an immediate action will be appreciated highly.

I have applied for birth certificate (with name certificate) of my daughter on 02.06.2010 at Najafgarh, New Delhi-110043 MCD office, opposite Suraj Cinema Hall. After ten days when I reached MCD office Najafgarh, they told me that you may contact at our second/regional office at Kakrola More, same day I went to Kakrola office, but they simply replied to me that server is down you may contcat to this office after one week, if you should i[censored]rgently basis,so give two hundred rupees and collect the certificate on the very next day. I denied to gave the bribe and till the time to till now i contact to this office on daily basis but i have not found / collect the certificate. MR. SONU (I/C Branch ) and MR. Shantnu (Supervisor) says to me " CHAKKAR KATNE SE JUCH NAHI HOGA TABHI PASE DE DETE TO AB TAK KAM HO GAYA HOTA"
Sir I want to know that will i collect the certificate without giving bribe or not,
It is requested that take a suitable action against these officers (which are connected with any private/undertaking firm)
Note:- Their office time is only 12 PM to 12.30 PM only as per I/C Branch MR Sonu.

Unauthorised encroachment/changed in construction by M/s. Goel Store, Shop No.7, B - Block, Main Market, dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 under CSC scheme No.575 on 2/07/2010 (night hours) extended his shutter by removing the old shutter provided by the DDA. Also several letters has been written to the SHO, Mansarover Park, Police station, Delhi but all in vain and likely to shift his shutter upto the 3 feet of chajja any time as he threatended.

Further, inform to you that the said owner of Shop No.7, has constructed the basement without approval of the authority in the open court yard.

In the light of the above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and property from this illegal construction and take the immediate action to seal the Shop No.7 of B - Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 93.

This is regarding Mahipalpur Specially Street No. 15. There is nothing like Road in this street no of mahipalpur. Sewers are not working and rain water is accumulating here and there. There is no proper way to go to bus stand located at highway. All the roads are blocked due to unathorised construction. We are compelled to live life like slaves nobody is ready to listen.

BJP Councellor (Bimla Chowdhury) is here who had won the elections but she has not taken any action so far. we are new to the area and we hve come to know that she will not do anything.

Till what time we will have to live like this as our forefathers were living 60 years back why no one is ready to change the picture. Please reply.

Sir, there is a sever civic problem in our lane .Civic Problem in a sense that the manfoles in our lanes got fully filled up after every day and the result of this is that the dirty sewer water start cuming in our houses. So it’s a request to take adequate action against it because it is a kind of problem which causes several disease.
After every day we need to go to the near by mcd office for complaints but they are not taking proper measures stlill we all residents of this 162 laneno. are facing problems , So it’s a kind request from all o[censored]s to take strict action against this problem and take measures as soon as you can.

My name is V.Parasuraman residing at IHFD Flats, Pallavaram, would like to bring to your attention on the problem IHFD colony people facing these days. In the last one month there are many stray street dogs have made shelter inside the colony. As there are many people working in MNC company in Night shifts (Myself one among them) having a nightmare after returning from office to home. Also, there are many kids who play in the evening are unable to step out of the home as these dogs come closer barking and to bite. Generally, these dogs you can see lying on each block and they try make their victim the entire person who passes from them. So, this is my humble request to you to please pay attention on my letter and send immediately Dog catcher team in this area so that we will get rid of this problem soon.

Hi All,

I am a resident of Mahavir Enclave Part II and i would like to inform you about the roads sewage and specially water in this are for the last 2years we have water only supplied during late night hours and that too miserably salty water which has almost eroded most of our amenities and that water can not be used at all and when complaints are filed against this even this supply is stopped there have been several promises made in this reference and nothing has taken place.People have to get water from the water tank supply which always initiates a fight and we have to pay as well for this water supply.Apart from this sewage and roads are also a major concern and there is no proper maintenance and cleaning of sewage in time and every sweeper asks for only money for job they never do and on top of that if they clean the place and they dump all the waste on the road itself and if asked they always have a negative approach and in turn they block the main hole connections which further creates huge problems and the road were recently done however people have made speed breakers and have dug the road as per their own wishes and there is no place where we can actually seek help we have recently been added in the Palam domain and that too has created humongous problems as we are no where near that area.

I would like to humbly call upon help for all these major issues specially for water.Your urgent response in these regards will be highly appreciated.
