[Resolved] Municipal Corporation Of Delhi — Unauthorised encroachment/illegal construction | |||
Unauthorised encroachment/changed in construction by M/s. Goel Store, Shop No.7, B - Block, Main Market, dilshad Garden, Delhi - 95 under CSC scheme No.575 on 2/07/2010 (night hours) extended his shutter by removing the old shutter provided by the DDA. Also several letters has been written to the SHO, Mansarover Park, Police station, Delhi but all in vain and likely to shift his shutter upto the 3 feet of chajja any time as he threatended. Further, inform to you that the said owner of Shop No.7, has constructed the basement without approval of the authority in the open court yard. In the light of the above circumstances, it is my humble request to you to save me and property from this illegal construction and take the immediate action to seal the Shop No.7 of B - Block, Main Market, Dilshad Garden, Delhi - 93. Corruption in MCD and Delhi Police

All markets in R K Puram controlled by MCD have been heavily encroached upon by shopkeepers.What is worse is that these shopkeepers are allegedly greasing the palms of MCD officers on monthly basis.I happened to visit one shop no 19 sector 12, R K PURAM NEW DELHI-110022 owned by one Rajesh kalia. He has encroached upon the entire passage to run his business of color lab and jewellery.In fact, a majority of shopkeepers have encroached upon the passage .When I asked why has he covered all the space, his responses were appalling. These were: (a) There is encroachment all over Delhi and that he was not the only one;(b) He was the official photographer of the President of India;(c)All government officers (including the latest Mr O Ravi Joint Secretary of MHA and several others), are corrupt. This could not have been possible without the collusion of MCD and POLICE officers ..As a retired civil servant, I feel ashamed of the culture of MCD and more than that its Vigilance wing I have senent complaints to CVC and the CBI...

THE AREA AROUND THE CORNER OF SURYA NAGAR IN A BLOCK IS ENCROACHED BY THE SLUM DWELLERS. THE POLICE PICKET IS VACANT . THE AREA IS NEAR BY HOUSE NO A1/1, AND ALONG THE RAILWAY TRACK . WHICH IS NOT ONLY A SECURITY THREAT BUT ALSO AGAINST THE POLICY.NO ACTION IS BEING TAKEN BY LOCAL POLICE OR GDA PERSON.
