The number of street dogs in our colony have been increasing day by day which are spreading rabies in this area. children are scared of playing and walking alone outside their home.There are many people who have pets even without license but no action has been taken yet.Kindly take suitable action as soon as possible so that people can move around without any fear.i will be grateful to you..

Subject: water logging on the road
Respected Sir,
I want to draw your attention towards the water logging because of clogged drainage on Main New Rohtak Road Opp Liberty Cinema. The rain drainage lines have choked after rebuilding of pavements about three and half months ago and the resulting malbaa and building material is still lying there.which have choked the sewerage lines.
resulting in water from the road entering my house through these lines in turn damaging my furniture and other valuables. in the last two weeks this has repeated thrice.

Sir please look into the matter and take necessary action urgently

Dear Sir.....i compliant many times for repair a road as well as water suppy link out my house. m1/14 model town-iii delhi-9 ..no body can take auction i compliant many times on mcd after i made many companit they repair the sever problem now road will not repaired,
broken at various places, it has big pot holes and water stagnates on the roads during the rains which usually takes days to clear. the situation is equally bad on a parallel model town which was dug up for sewer work around...

The roads connecting Zakhira and Moti Nagar Chowk i.e Shivaji Marg is broken at various places, it has big pot holes and water stagnates on the roads during the rains which usually takes days to clear. the situation is equally bad on a parallel Rama Road which was dug up for sewer work around 3 years back but is still not constructed again, the condition of both these roads has become from bad to worse this rainy season. pls take measures to repair both these roads.

i am resident of 78-west mukerjee nagar.delhi-9. i want to inform you about the blockage of water and garbage outside my house,i had also complaint about this on m.c.d.helpline no. With the result of this drainage too is not working, cockroaches, mosquitoes and foul smell. please take proper action as soon as possible.

i am resident of devli appartment ,devli new delhi-62. i want to bring to your notice the pathetic situation of the roads in the devli colony. actually the roads had to be dug because of ganga water pipeline to be supplied to the devli colony. the contracters very successfully dug the roads and laid the pipelines . but they forgot to get the road repaired to its previous state . now the conditions of road is so worse that is beyond expalnation . it is difficult to walk on these roads and plying of vehicles on these roads has become a hell. what is the authorities doing now . have they gone on a long sleep after putting the roads in such miserable condition. now the common wealth games are also here.what will the picture portrayed to the visitors who happen to visit this place. the place is now a living hell.

i want the authorities to see to this situation immediately, and repair the roads. even my village road is worth admirable in front of this . so plz the MCD do take urgent action in this regard. even the water has not reached here for which purpose the roads were devasted. what is the mind of the authorities . dont they have even a little concern for their city.

PLZ MCD repair the rods immediatly. its the voice of all the people living in the devli colony..

DAYANAND COLONY GURUDWARA BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN SO FAR DESPITE A PERIOD OF MORE THAN FORTNIGHT HAS ELAPSED.

I am resident of one of the society behind Vardhman Mall in sector-7...the road in front of 5 societies leading to JJ colongy, Palam is in bad shpae for more than one year....it requires maintainence/to be built again urgenlty. there are 3 bad patches ....2 in front of mall and one in front of society...that it is difficult to drive down the road...moreover, now in rainy seasons...lot of water is accumulated in front of ESI dispensary...resulting in breeding of mosquitoes...it could lead to epidemic in whole dwarka. it has been noticed that road maintainence is in progress in sector-6 and sector-10...where the road conditions are already good...but due to some strange reasons..better known to MCD...those are built again and repaired.

With this request, i would urge the authorities to wake up before the epidemic is emerged and some major accident happens....get the road repaired/fresh road to be built up.


2. the second complaint pertains to----step motherly treatment towards the maintainance/electrification of street light project undertaken by MCD

I failed to understand the step motherly treatment towards the electrification of street light on the stretch from vardhaman mall to JJ colony, Palam....the whole Dwarka has gone through the freshly laid electrification of road/street lights....but there is no work done by MCD on this stretch...the whole stretch is dark after 7.00 p.m......and it is very difficult even to go to your home even of male population...forget about female population and the childern.

To safeguard the people life in the area against crime/accident....it is urged to MCD to get this stretch well illuminated to protech people life and property .

I would like to hightlight here .....the road in front of sector-9, pocket- 2 is so well illuminated(fresh electrification is done)......that we people feel that corporation is having some of their high officials staying there.....i feel ....with this highlight.....the concerned officials will wake up...and will do the needful.....to save our life and property from criminal elements.

sir, i am President of RWA of Kalyan Vihar . I am residing at B - 38 , 1st floor , Kalyan Vihar. Thorugh this mail i wish to bring to your kind attention the plight of residents of this society.

since the time this society has been established, The drainage system in this society has not been upto the mark . The water remains stagnant in the drains for days and months at end. To add to this whenever there are rains . The water spills over the streets. To add to this , the society being at low level as compared to other adjacent colonies. The water from other areas flows in and forms a virtual pond.

we have lodged several complaints to the different departments however nothing has been done so far.

Hope through this forum i will be able to bring the bring the problem of my society in focus.

it is a matter of great regret that in spite of our verbal as well as written complaint regarding unfinished and uncovered drainage system in D-13/178 , sec-7 ,rohini no action has been taken since last 3 months . due this open drainage small children many times fell down in the drain and mosquitoes are breeding very rapidly which may cause break out of malaria or dengue . it is a very very urgent matter why action has not been taken so far ? plz give your status immediately without any further delay .
p/s:- once some officer with contractor came to visit the situation but no action has been taken .

Dear Sir,

Would like to highlight dire condition of Road between Rana Pratap Bagh and Ashok Vihar, opposite Nank Piau Gurudwara. The road has been closed for vehicles for last one year on pretext of construction however no construction activity can be seen on the site, only bad broken roads have been left as it is. This has been obstructing the traffic, causing harassment for the commuters. As you know the area is very near common welath games sites would request you to please get the roads built on priority to avoid any major embarrassment during common wealth games and solve great inconvenience for the commuters on this road.

With respect, I want to drawn your kind attention towards the problem facing by Gulmohar Park’s New Delhi 49 resident. I am a resident of Gulmohar Park, New Delhi. In this area the water stay on the road from more then7 days due to overflowing of sewerage water in front of house no. B1 To B-4 on the main road and no one is taking care about this. All the people are facing problem of logging water on the road. Due to this it can be cause of dangerous Dengue and much disease. Besides it has damage the road which has created pot holes .We also complained to your office but nobody have taken any action about this problem. It is therefore requested that the concerned officer may be directed to immediately attend and do the needful to avoid which may stop the overflow water from the sewerage and repair the damaged road.

Hi, This is Manorma , I am a primary school teacher in MCD delhi goverment school (South Zone, Tigri Balika Vidyalaya 1). My daughter is 14 months

old and My Husband has been transferred to Mumbai for 18 months. I need to take care of my family nad little child. My Mother in Law is not able to

stay with us. Therefore i badly need child care leave. My Head mistress (Ms. Bala - Tigri balka Vidyalaya no 1) is saying that i will not give you Child care

leave. You should use Leave without pay. MCD school Officers in Southzone delhi are saying that he can't do anything until your Head Mistress

approve it. Kindly advise that how should i get Child care leave in ths case. I am eagaerly waiting for your reply.

I am living in DDA Flats in Mayur Vihar, Delhi. And want to lodge a complaint against our mischievous neighbours. My flat is situated at 1st floor.There is leakage in ceiling of my Bedroom & bathroom . The Plumber is of opinion that it is due to leakage from the Bathroom o[censored]pper floor flat. They are agree to repair leakage but they want build balcony because they have made illegal constructions in balcony for build a room. Now , they want a balcony but we are not interested .

RWA is of no help. We are avoiding Police & stuff at this moment.
What can be done at this point of time?

Can I make a complaint in DDA/MCD against the illegal construction going on without any hesitation? If yes, then where and how? If no, then what's the solution?

we are the shopkeeprs of kirti nagar ind.area main road. we would like inform you that on main road thear is lying a heuge mountains of malba and sand/dust on road because of work done by ndpl past three months.
we are suffring a big inconvenience and problems from last three months.
because of this malba our business and our helth was also going down. no body is take care of this problem.one main hole (sever) is leaking very badly and all sever water is laing on road and front of over shops. thats why it effect very bad on over health and business too. actual place wear the malba is laying is front of vintage xclusive 1/4a industrial area kirti nagar new delhi 110015. on main road you can see a big mountain of malba and pound of sever water.
so with due respect we want to pray you to get rid us from this problem as soon as possible.hope a positive reply soon.

I bag to say, that In Mangol Puri Q-Block House no.-43, 44 there has a blockedg of Dirty Water and the other resident her is facing problem because of this blockedg of water which is gathering inside of houses. and this blocked is create because of the owner of this house (Mangol Puri Q-Block House no.-43, 44) He/she put something in the nalli because of that the water blockedg has created.
this is to request that please send worker to clean the nalli of Mangol Puti Q-Block Gali No.2 Since, the owner of that hose has done this kind of mischief in past also that's way this is to request you that pleas take some action against his that he/she would not be able to do this kind of mischief in future.

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Rajesh Kumar, I would like to bring your kind attention on the problem which a lot of people are facing just because of a family who are the owner of a Dog. That Dog is now got habitual to bit people nearly 3 months back my wife was bitten by the same dog, we requested the owner of the dog to keep him in their home or tie him with a chain but they didn't do anything on this and after 3-4 days the same dog bit one more child who was going for his school in the morning. I called to MCD department office and complained about all this and they ensure me that they will pick up that dog but they took a another street dog against my complaint. And as usual my complaint got resolve like this. Today i.e. 24.07.2010 my wife was going to her office and in the way the same dog again tried to bit her but she somehow manage to save herself. So I am once again requesting you, please do something in this matter immediately before that dog got another chance to bit any more. I am giving the address of the owners of that Dog.
