I WANT TO BRING YOUR KIND NOTICE THAT CLEANING CONDITION OF RAJGARH EXT UNDER GANDHI NAGAR VIDHAN SABHA IS VERY POOR.SANATARY INSPECTOR AND SWEEPER ARE NOT FOLLOW THEIR DUTIES PROPERLY..DRAINS ARE FULL FROM SILT.NEAR BHRAT MANDIR A PARK USED AS A GARBAGE.ALL OF THIS SYSTEM INVITE TO PROSPER DENGUE.IF ANYONE PERSON DIE IN DENGUE.THAN MCD WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT.NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN BY MCD SENIOR OFFICER AFTER COMPLAINT.SO PL TAKE THIS PROBLEM SERIOUSLY.

Broken Road (Bypass): Jaitpur/Meetha Pur to Kalindi Kunj

The bypass road (goes along with Nahar) connecting Jaitpur/Meetha Pur to Kalindi Kunj is in very pathetic conditions. It was last constructed in year 2007 and condition of this road has worsened now. There are big potholes (up to 2 feet deep) and water stagnates on the roads during the rains.

A large number of people from Faridabad/Delhi/Noida use this road for commuting and traveling have now become next to impossible. As a result there are frequent traffic jams on a daily basis.

Though trucks are banned to use the bypass but despite of barriers they have somehow managed to move without any interruptions and proved to be more damaging.

Pls take measures to re-construct the road as soon as possible.

PS: This road is also an alternate for the people to avoid huge traffic of Mathura Road.

my name is mukesh kirar and i m resident of amrit puri, my house is opposite to the world famous iskcon temple, but their is a heap of garbages , which is speard on the road. their is no proper plan or any shed for this, i request to the concern authority please save us from the deaseas .

We are the residents of Pocket -11, Sector-21, Rohini, Delhi – 110086 and we write to inform you as under :-

1. On 29.08.2010 a truck of MCD dumped the garbage in the middle of the Road in front of our Pockets. We have made so many requests over phone to MCD but all in vain.
2. On 02.09.2010 we met Mr.Surender Kumar, MLA of our Areas and given him a letter in respect of the dumping of garbage in front of our Flats. He assured us that on 03.09.2010 it would be lifted out but till date i.e. 08.09.2010 the garbage is still there and sinking smell is coming out which forced us to close the doors and windows of our flats.
3. We want to know if any disease like Dengu, Malaria etc. is spread in our Pocket, who will be held liable for this. In one hand the Hon. Chief Minister is running “Clean Delhi” drive and another hand the employees of MCD not perform their duties.

We request you to please arrange to lifting out the garbage.

Dear Sir,

In our area (Madhu Vihar, Gali No. 2, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi) there is a plot number A-61, in this plot there are heavy garbage and stagnant water due to this there are a lot of Mosquitoes, flys are there on garbage and on stagnant water. So there is a heavy chance to increase DENGUE, CHOLERA, MALERIA. So its request please send you cleanness workers and get it cleaned as well as send somebody for spreading the medicines on that garbage otherwise one day there will be heavy illnesses.

I am resident of Nai Basti Devli village, Khanpur, recently a sewer line has been laid in our colony and the ditches and patholes have not been filled properly by the MCD contractor. Therefore the road may please be repaird and fixed as soon as possible.

I am a resident of Shalimar Bagh, Delhi-110088 and putting up in AC-1 Block
In our lane ( for AC-1/173 to AC-1/179 ) there were underground rain/waste water pipes, & which were not cleared/cleaned regularly by MCD resulting in sometimes overflowing of the same. This was reported to MCD but instead of cleaning it on regular basis they came out with a solution of digging out the underground pipes & putting open drainage system in lieu of that . We know the MCD for their ways of spending/wasting the Public Money in this way

MCD started digging around 4 weeks back i.e. when the Monsoon was in full swing.
Lane dugged up is (100mts X 3 Mts ) X 2 i.e. approx 600 Mts in total

Now after 4 weeks there is total chaos.
Open drains are dugged up but not connected to main sewer/layout resulting in rain water is filled up in all the drains & giving the breeding ground for mosquitos of Dangue & Chicken guinea

So MCD has made a mess out of it resulting in lot on inconvenience for residents by health hazard ( mosquios are breeding in stalled water )

Request the authorities to
1. Connect the open drain with main line immediately so that water stranded in open drains cd be flushed out.

& lastly spend the Public money judiciously

I am a citizen of Delhi.We are very badly affected by misuse of drain system by many people of our area for sewage purpose.
In our street,many people uses drain system for sewage due to which we are affected by bad smell ,a poor living environment and there is very extreme chance of disease due to this.
We already inform sweepar about this problem but no action has taken so far.
Some people already affected from disease like dengue and malaria due to this.Therefore We are requesting concern authorities please take some necessary step to solve this problem.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am resident of BG-6, Paschim Vihar, New Delhi. I want to draw your attention towards the poor conditions of our parks of BG-6 apartments.Our apartments has around 10-12 parks and all in very bad condition. Broken swings, absence of cleanliness, benches and park lights has taken away the interest of the residents to come and relax in parks. Govt has developed these parks for children to play and people to feel relax after having hectic work at office and make them feel happy but due to these bad conditions and absence of maintenance they are making them deprive to such facilities. Also the absence of gardening is leading the plants and grasses to grown 1 foot long. There is no sign of a single flower in any of the park.

Park with the most miserable condition is Dusshera park of BG-6 apartment which is a total mess i.e all the garbage are daily dumping into it, people parks their cars over there, no sign of plantation and greenery. So I request to please take suitable actions in renovation of these parks as soon as possible and make us feel happy.

I am the resident of BG-6, Paschim Vihar. We are daily facing inconvenience due to broken roads of BG-6 apartments. The road touching Dusshera park and BG-6 apartments is in very bad condition and has big pot holes which result in water logging during this rainy reason. This water logging is leading to daily accidents and also may give rise to deadly diseases like dengue and malaria. Few days back a lady was crossing the road and fallen due to these big pot holes, she had received a severe fracture in her leg. This is only a single case but there are many other cases and it would go on increasing if these roads are not repaired. So I requested you to please repair these roads as soon as possible and relieve us from this daily inconvenience. Waiting for your prompt response.

I am the resident of BG-6, Paschim Vihar,New Delhi. We are daily facing the problem of throwing of garbage near to our homes by MCD sweepers for the last 10 years. Daily sweepers collect the garbage from all the houses and accumulate them garbage near to our homes. Then they pick the plastic things from it and left the remaining garbage over there. This left over garbage get accumulated day by day and gives a very foul smell to our residents and passer-by. This may also give rise to deadly disease like dengue or malaria in this rainy season. Some of the residents of our apartments also throw their garbage over there considering it to be dust bin. So I request you to take strict against it and put heavy penalties for those who throw their garbage over there. We hope for fast response from your side so that we can have safe and healthy life in future.

the road cutting malba of Delhi jal Board, is lying in the street no 229 of chander nagar tri nagar delhi - 35.for the three months
a several phone has been made to our local MCD rep./Corporator Sh. Amrit Sigla ji but they says that they are helpless in the matter as it is belongs to Delhi Jal Board.
Two days ago on 1.9.2010 i have again given the complaint to sh. Amrit sigla ji then they given the cell no of JE DJB Mr Devender and talked on his cell no [protected] for the matter, to took the malba from gali and safe the residentials from the DENGU or Malaria but see that the response of mr Devender J.E. DJB as:-

It is a pitiable state to walk on the roads and streets of Tuglakabad Extension, New Delhi where the cholked sewerage water flows on the roads, garbage not cleaned, mobile vendors spoiling the streets especially the Madhya Marg and Gali No.13 and 13A with their regular waste materials, people flowing their shop and house waste/scraps on the roads, two wheelers, bikes, four wheelers, bi-cycles running recklessly in the crowded streets on the damaged and dung filled streets, Madhya marg.

Tuglakabad Extension has now become inhabitable in this filthy condition - everybody striving for their self interest without caring for the civic sense. Civilised people have either turned away or succumbed to the dominating uncivilised mass, which might one day become the domain of antisocials and surprise the entire city unless it is neaped in bud.


The sweepers are not coming to Gali No.13 & 13A off Madhya Marg perhaps because of the sewer water flowing on the road.

You will be surprised to note that a manhole of the main sewerage line on Ravidas Marg between Tara Apartment and Tuglakabad Extension is open since more than one week. The sewer water is flowing on the main road and nobody has bothered to check it. Everyday lakhs of people travelling on this road putting handkerchief on their nose.

It is very painful to live in this locality in such inhygienic conditions. Mosquitos and flies have started rulling in this filthy locality, which may spread cholera, dengu & maleria like epidemics. This is the society we are living in. Seek your kind support in this regard.

Once this area is cleaned and made habitable, it is suggested to entrust few NGOs to create awareness among the locals and get them involved in maintaining cleanliness.

Thought of bringing this to your kind notice, if you can help in improving the condition of this locality and bring some changes.

I want to infrom MCD about the illegal construcation of 5th floor at 29, Taimoor Nager, new friends colony, new delhi-25. Please take the necessary action on it.

I would like to register a complian against the construction of house next to my house, i.e. House No. 33, in Sultanpur Colony, Mahrauli, New Delhi for using it for commercial purpose, i.e. renting to the middle class families and creating nusence in the vacinity by throughing waste in public place.

Since its inception, we have been repeated requesting the owners to get the septic tank cleaned through the hired service, i.e. get it collected in a carieer and drain out in a secluded place away from the abadi. The service is available at some charges. In order to avoid the charges, the owner has opended an outlet of septic tank to get it drained in the 'naali' which is basically used to drain the waste of bathrooms and Kitchen, but not the human waste as per the law of MCD.

Unfortunately, the owner has further sold the constructed house for tenents to another person, who is also a contractor. Instead of getting the septic tank emptied he too has done nothing and the 'naali' flowing in the backside of my house remains stanchy and dirty.

The the MCD Sweepers who is assigned to clean the 'naali' avoid doing so and passing buck to one or other. Ultimately me my family suffers the staunch and dirt behind our home, which is a good feeding ground for mosquitos and other worms which enters our house through drain pipes.

We can't even switch on our Coolers installed in the rooms on back side of our house and the foul smell enters in the house. Since the landlord and the tenents very well knows that what they are doing is wrong, instead of cooperating they prefer to have unfriendly attitude towards our family.

It is not only we, but other neighours also suffer the same living in pathetic condition.
During the couple of visits by the area councillor, the problem was discussed with him. Unfortunately the grievances fall on the deaf ears.

I am requested the concerned authorities through this platform tota look into this matter and direct the concerned authority to take appropriate action against the culprits and save us from the harrasement.

Dear Sir,

I wish to draw your attention about a builder Mr. Meenu who is constructing 5th floor in unauthorized colony (Area is about 165 yard) and location is Hardev Nagar, Gali No. 1, Jharoda Village (Nearby Sant Nagar, Burudi) Delhi – 110084 (Area is Civil Line Zone). This colony is not passed, and not even in a list of passing colonies, list of Delhi Governments. This is an unauthorized colony, and has gotten the certificate of NOC only (No Objection Certificate of Delhi Govt.). As per Delhi Govt. rules no one can build more than 3 floors in such type of colonies. And before that He/She has to taken a permission of MCD Delhi, and need to pass a property construction map, but he is a builder and I think no rules for him. He has spread his money in all Departments like MCD, POLICE etc. And local people cannot fight with him because he is a strong person. Local authority police and some local areas officers also included on it.
You are requested to please take a necessary action and demolish the unauthorized/illegal construction without any further delay. I hope you will an immediate action.
