I am kiran jaiswal.I got a vox 507 + full touch screen multimedia mobile + bluetooth on order no.3678307 and got delivered through bluedart courier on payment of rs.3298.0. The device is defected, its display is not working properly and even can’t hear voice while talking . After receiving product when I checked I gave complaint to customer care on [protected] and I have already sent mails in this reg. To '[protected]@naaptol.Com' on 3rd april 2012.
From 27/03/2012 I keep calling customer care I contacted naaptol complaints number [protected] and got the reply that I would receive a call from nearby company 48 working hours.
Then I complained to Grahak Seva after complaining I got call From Grahak Seva then they gave me address of company to courier that product from blue dart courier. I couriered that product on 10 april 2012 and my awb # [protected] but they replaced product and I wanted refund even they told me that they will refund but again they send another product on 20 april 2012. I talked to customer care of Naaptol they said dont accept product it will come back to us then company will give you refund through cheque after 21 days. after waiting for 21 days again i called Naaptol customer care on 9th may they told me i'll get call from company within 48 working hours but again no response so now today on 18th may again i called Naaptol customer care they told again to wait for 21 working days for cheque. I got tired of listening 21 working days whenever we call they tell the same thing to wait for 21 working days.
So please i kindly request you to look after my complaint and help me to get my refund.

Deals and You — Defective product and no resolution to complaint
I bought an Aakash Tablet worth 2990/- from http://www.dealsandyou.com on may 22, 2012 on advance payment basis. The product was sent through courier and instead of delivering it at home, was delivered to the society guard.Following issues noted in the received product - ( received on 26th May)
1) Torn packaging of the product, not resembling exactly with the photo on website as the photo has been enhanced on website as compared to original product
2) As per instructions the product was to be charges for 4 hours - after 30 mins of charging it turned burning hot and had to be disconnected
3) On second instant of charging it turned on but was not responsive to the touch properly
4) Memory card keeps giving error message on the screen, slot loose probably.
Complaint was made on 28th may morning regarding the product on[protected], complaint id - 253201, response period - to contact by 29th Evening
Contacted D&Y again on 30th Morning - NO response received, waiting period of 48 hours advised
Contacted D&Y again on 2nd June Morning - The customer adviser said that - warranty given by vendor, please contact them as they cannot do anything.
My question is that is it not the retailers responsibility to get this corrected/replaced/ returned and pay the money back, as in this case they simply refuse to take the responsibility regarding the same.
