[Resolved]  Naaptol — Selling of cheap and defective products

I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR[protected] in the market as MRP, whereas they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on October 16, and they refused all they said.

The phone has a very poor battery life, of only 16 hours standby and 1 hours of talktime.

When I had spoken to an executive on the phone on no. [protected], they simply told me that they would get back with help from the Technical Support soon.

They have mentioned about Refunding the Product over here:

I asked them for refunding my money and now they are refusing to do so. I want to file a complaint against them. My contact no. is [protected].

Naaptol.com — broken defective car stereo

I have ordered Car stereo through Naaprol.com . I got their advertisement on Times of India .I recieived faulty & broken car stereo . When contacted the customer care they had given a phone number of one vendor Teleshow [protected]. The number is not working .

When I again contact them for second time over telephone their customer service given an address to return the product through courier in following iaddress

467/1/2nd floor ,Shivaji market ,Above durga Plant ,Pitampura Delhi 110034. They are not giving any contact number even persuing them many times. after lot of persuance they provide a name Kailash Sarma who is dealing with above address .It is my utter suprise that they donot have a contact number.
I find this is a fradulent company operting pan india by advertising big way . I donot want people should fall trap in future .

Please lodge my complain with below reference .Please do something by which i could get back my money .

Naaptol — After 10 days-they are unable to tell delivery status

i have ordered a e-cigarrete on 1st march (order no. 1446451) but after 10 days there is no status updated in site.also i have registered complaint about this (complaint no.536577) but there is no response.I also write to the CEO of Naaptol twice but from there also i didnt get any response.Customer care executive are unable to give any information about this.
Now I want my money back.

Dear Sir,

With the reference of Advertisement in news paper Times of India I requested a car stereo system from naaptol on 3 February 2011 and the faulty product is delivered to me.
I returned the same product via. blue dart on 12 of February 2011. As per blue dart product is received at naaptol on 14 of February.

The actual cost mentioned in times of india for the carstereo is Rs. 12999 and discounted price is Rs. 2249 . The product i received is having worse quality and faulty. I estimated its cost in local market within same cost local car stereo distributors was ready to provide even better product. I dont know why Times of India such a great news paper is supporting Naaptol for selling worse quality product with respect to cheap price.

The conclusion is till today I did not received my product ( Car stereo system).

I am really feeling shameful within myself for purchasing products from naaptol, Its my humble request to you kindly provide me the product or return my money back to me. I will provide you my account numbers.

Please do the needful and resolve this problem soon.

but I received defective product from naaptol on 22th of January, same thing I informed to naaptol, and they said me to return the product to aramax house, and with in 7-10 working days they able to return the good product,

as they said I returned the product on 24th of January,

naaptol(aramax house in mumbai) received the defective blackberry on 27 th of the same month, but

January and February passed away and this is march but I did not received product,

number of times I called to naaptol, but result is zero,

there is no person in naaptol to take care of this problem,

Naaptol / CZ Diamond Jewellery — Broken jewellery

I have ordered a CZ Diamond Jewellery of Rs. 1999/. and they have charged Rs. 200/. as shipping (Courier) charge, when I received (10th of march 2011) the product, it was already broken into pieces and the desighn was also totally changed. I went on to complaint this on customer care then they asked me to courier that product back to the company then if they get the returned product then after they will send the new product. I asked customer care executive to make me talk to his higher authority,he completely denied my request.
I am really angry with this and if proper action not taken in 1 or 2 days, I will surely go to the consumer forum court.
Its not the matter of 2200/. rupees, but its the matter of harassement company giving to the consumers.

Naaptol.com / Blackberry Mobile — Not-Refunding committed amount

Hello & Good Day!

I have purchased two mobile sets Blackberry 8830 booking number 1362141 & 1362138 and it has delivered on[protected]. We order for Blackberry GSM Mobile, but the mobile they have sent to us was CDMA with GSM service. Along with this, the mobiles were having fake batteries and charger. So all this was a fraud to us.
On seeing all this, we called them for having update if will refund our entire money which is 12000/- INR. & they said, send the parcel back by same courier DTDC with DP no. # 113260 & after receiving parcel from our side, within 10 to 15 working days, we will get our courier back.
They had got the courier from our side on 21st- Feb-2011. After getting courier, they did not update us. We had taken the update from them time to time. But everytime they were only committing that within 10 to 15 working days, they will send our courier to us. But still there is NO update from their side. Every day we are calling them & every time they are presenting same excuse.
Now tell me, what a consumer will do! They have our money & their mobiles are also their in their hands. We have only the bills with us. Please, try to resolve this issue, so that people can protect them from these kind of fraud companies, spanning over internet day by day.

Naaptol — undergraduate products

sir I have purchased a product worth of rs.3000/- from naaptol on phone and the product they delivered to me is a cheap and under graded product product and when I have spoken to the customer care they say they cant help. Is there any law to face them or we have to stay in the unjustified darkness . Literally its not less than a crime .
Please open up your eyes at least for now and beware of the companies like "NAAPTOL".
I have received the consignment on 22nd March 2011 at my residence. My comments are as under :-
1.I opened the consignment – all items were there.
2.The car stereo is of very inferior quality.
3.When I inserted the Pen Drive into the USB slot, the USB slot slit inside the box and both the USB Slot and the SD Card Support could not be taken out into their position.
4.Car Scratch Remover Pen is of no use.

I am realizing that I have wasted Rs. 2300/- on this expense.

Can you please advise as to whom should I approach for getting the same operational.

Please let me know what do I do now.

i had bought a product from naaptol which was a mobile. the product was found to be defective as soon as i got the mobile with order no:673434.. i sent it back to the company for repair. but they didnt correct it. i then sent it for refund in november 2010 but till now i didnt get any refund. i have called the customer care people more than 100 times. no favor has been done to me. its a waste to take products from naaptol i guess.
naaptol is a big fraud & chor they make fool of the costumers & there is none to listen once you make them payment. i bought music system & twice they have sent repaired set now i have sent the set from last three months made them complaint calls worth of hundreds of rupee but all is in vain. my order no 1164185 is still pending since 12th jan 2011.I HAVE AN IDEA IF THEY DONT ATTEND TO US WE SHOULD PLACE ORDERS ON CASH PAYMENT ON DELIVERY ON DIFFERENT PHONES DIFFERENT ADDRESSES THEN WE SHOULD NOT BUY IT BECOMES TIT FOR TAT

Thank you for your reply. I have not yet received back the items which I sent for replacement, how I can send the same item to other address you have provided. There is no update and no co ordination between your customer support and you.

I was asked to send it to Aramax India Pvt., 12/A, New sun mill compound, Lower Parel, Mumbai, 400013 by Naaptol customer support. When I called customer support about the status they told that they are shipping back the same item to me with out any reason, now you are asking me to again ship to other address. What is the guarantee that it is not again returned back to me with out any reason.

it does not make sense buying online some scrap instead I could have walked some distance and got better item. You dont know whether the product/Company is genuine or not still you post the advertisement of that product, you know the spypen/Mp3 player I received does not mentions where it is manufactured, company or nothing. Even I can get better item in chines es market here.
