[Resolved]  Naaptol — Selling of cheap and defective products

I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at INR 4999.00 with INR 200.00 as shipping on October 10. I received the phone on October 15, but it was in a real horrible shape. To my surprise, it was a Chinese Mobile Phone not costing INR[protected] in the market as MRP, whereas they had mentioned the MRP to be INR 14995. I contacted them today on October 16, and they refused all they said.

The phone has a very poor battery life, of only 16 hours standby and 1 hours of talktime.

When I had spoken to an executive on the phone on no. [protected], they simply told me that they would get back with help from the Technical Support soon.

They have mentioned about Refunding the Product over here:

I asked them for refunding my money and now they are refusing to do so. I want to file a complaint against them. My contact no. is [protected].

bull things .. donot go for it
i took one black berry 9530 before one month.

when i got it its battery found defective. i made a complain and got a second hand battery..after 20 days..
when i switch on it . its shows insert sim card.

after all trails . out put is still same...
sim card is not working..

naaptol people sending me to vendor all the time But the vendor MEGANIIMPEX is not listening anything..
once vendor pick my call and said may be we give you a unlock cell..
we can fix it seven days..

after that they are not picking any calls ...

really embarrassing.
anyone who can help me. what is the procedure to get money back. or a new cell.

i will suggest Naaptol there is no benefit of providing mobile in low price..
as you don't have proper management.

Yes I agree about the type of complaints againt NAAPTOL . As I found that they are the cheaters and we have to put behind the lockup. In my case they got credit of my amount of Rs. 6155/- through my credit card for ordering Blackberry 8110 pearl which they supposed to be delivered within 7 days. Still the order is not reached and daily I complaining through the auto voice center as well as mailing to their CEO & customer complaint cell but no response from anybody. My order no. 1606083. I don't want the product and now I am expecting them to refund my money.

I have also same experience. I purchased Spy Pen + MP 3 player, the Spy pen was not working, hence I sent it back for replacement as per their advice. After one month I received the replaced product with SAME DEFECT. On lodging complaint I was told that the amount will be refunded but I have not received the same. There is no response to mail. I feel that NAAPTOL is cheating the people by giving FALSE ADVERTISEMENTS of product and intentionally supplying defective products.

I purchased Blackberry storm 9530 15 days back. After receiving it i found the mobile is defective. I called Naaptol customer support for help. They gave me the vendor number through whom i received the mobile. Vendor has asked me to send the mobile to there address in Mumbai, so that they will check it and replace. One of my friend live in Mumbai, so i asked him to help me out i this regard. He went to this mobile vendor and asked for replacement as there is a problem while charging this mobile. Vendor has simply changed the battery of this mobile and gave it back to my friend, saying that it will work fine. Again it received it and tried to use it. When i charged my mobile it seems to be working well. Again same story repeated. Mobile has some problem while charging. Blackberry shows a zigzag symbol on it battery symbol while charging. Which is not appearing. It comes for some time and it goes off. Since i purchased this mobile i have not used even one single day. I have put Rs.12, 200.00 in someones pocket for nothing to be frank. I didn't contact Naaptol customer support again, as i wasted my enough money of mobile and courier charges and don't want to continue the same. Point to be noted:
1) I thought these are brand new sealed pieces of mobile at discounted rate. But its a used one. By looking at mobiles condition i figured it out at first instance.
2) There will be no guarantee that mobile will work properly.
3) Most of the vendors who sell these gadgets will be from Mumbai or Delhi or some other places. If any problem occurred, there is no one to help with full responsibly.
4) I recommend not to buy anything online, please go the your nearest show room and buy anything with full satisfaction.

Fly B430, Black — service not satisfied

i have purchased a fly mobile (model no. B430, Black) on 31-07-10. that have EMI
no. [protected], after 3 months it had create problem regarding charging.
so i was saw Ist time in hissar Fly care center (113, Basement, Green Square Market, Hissar), they gave me my handset after 15 min. After 1 month it was again create same problem, at that time i saw it to Chandigarh fly care center (G.S.M. Masters, Quite Office No - 4, Sector - 35A, Chandigarh - 160035). on 18-march-2011.
Job sheet no. 3200. He return me handset after 1 and half month before. that time when i was check handset that not working. He told me your cell battery is dead, so it charge for 2 to 3 hr, than it will work. But when i was charge it, it was not work.
when i was saw it again to fly care center- Hissar , he told me some charging part is missing and short.
