[Resolved]  Nandini Milk — Overpricing

Milk Price Anomaly.
Nandini milk has become a dearer commodity in the areas around Jnanbharathi western side near to ring road. A nandini booth at Doddabasti road , near to Kenchanapura cross started functioning recently and he also must have resorted to bulk sell to shops and a small portion keeps for selling at MRP, between 6AM & 7.30PM only. Evenings he again sells at Re.0.50 more than MRP. However the shops sell at Re.0.50/- more/packet up to 10AM & Re.1.00 more/packet afterwards. However this booth has become helpful for bulk lifters only. It is required to review the license of the said booth in respect of this. However this type of malpractice doesn’t happen in a Nandini booth at Ullal cross around 2KMs away and milk will be available @ MRP all the time.

I want the price list for nandhini milk (fino pack&brick pack), 200ml, 500ml, 1000ml packs in tamilnadu, what's the margin given for the super distributor, sub distributor&retailshops is there is any constrain, pls mention it
thankingyou.
If the MRP printed on the packet violated why actions are not taken? These traders do not issue reciept to prove these violation! The scarce supply also encourage these petty traders for such telemarketing. Even in the nandini booth at Kencanapura cross at ORR also with understanding with these traders around and a small portion of their supplies will be kept for sale in the booth to a maximum of 1/2 hours in the morning and the bulk of the supply made to the booth clandestinely routed to these traders here to sell at a higher price. Milk will be available at these black marketeers at any time at a higher price. With so many complaints pouring in Why the authorities become action less!!
