[Resolved]  Nikunj Automobiles Limited — What is the next step...?

Sir/madam,

I called up the toll free consumer line [protected] as well as regular lines [protected]/56/57/58 "n" number of times but it is always busy or ringing with nobody picking it up and luckily someone picks up then you are put on hold indefinitely.

I also want to know if any action is taken by the consumer forum or that they just display the consumers complaint on the website. What is the next step that the consumer forum takes...

I have purchased a sports shoes ( Provogue, 7 size and black & white color ) from BagitToday on 5th July, 2013. But i have received 10 size and Blue color shoes, but i paid that time. after that i have file a complaint against my order. But till now i did not get resolution of my complaint. Whenever i am calling to Bag It Today, every time they told me it will take 5-7 days. I have got 4 complaint id but did not get resolution till now. Myself Manvendra Kumar from Delhi. I have bought a Dell Vostro 1014 Laptop on 14th May 2011. After the one year I have taken extended warranty with accidental damage which will expire on 14th August 2013. on 31st July, Suddenly I found some patches on screen . I called Dell customer care and requested to check it and repair it. My Service Request Number is[protected]. They asked me to send the picture of screen. After that they started to say that it is external damage due to intentional negligence. I asked clarification on intentional negligence. They told that it is pressed by thumb or anything else. I told them if anything happens like this then there will external mark on screen or laptop but nothing is like this.
I challenged them to send executive to do like as they are saying and lets see what happens but they do not agreed. after a hot discussion, I asked him to revert on mail that they cannot replaced it but they refused to give it in written and send a quote of Rs 11000 for single repair event while I have never asked for this. When I asked them that in which context this quote was sent, they did not reply.

Let me suggest what I should do.

We used to be a regular customers of Vishal Mart for over years in Hyderabad. On July 24th at Vishal Mart, Ramanthapur, Hyderabad, I bought 5 bermudas (shorts) for me and my son with a bill of Rs. 758/-. Out of 5 shorts 1 was best fit and others are not. As per size on the shorts tags were also WRONG. As they are wrong size, we took the four to be exchanged (FOR CORRECT SIZE). When we got there with bill and the shorts with their tags we were told that the shorts are considered as (PERSONAL PRODUCTS) and cannot be returned or exchanged for correct size. Hence I request that as per my knowledge the personal care products are perfumes, creams, sanitary products, swabs etc.. What shall I do with unfit shorts (bermudas).

Hi Guys,
i am Tarun, Click2Resume.com has trapped me. i have got a call some days ago that some companies are interested in your profile and you will get good hike n all so once you will be online then please give us a call and register for lifetime for very minimal charges i.e

Rs 2000 for india and gulf,
Rs 1300 for particular city and
Rs 1615 for all india.

i have asked if any other applicable charges but they said clearly NO.
i have ignored them for many days and one day i think to pay for India and gulf i.e Rs 2000.

But after getting call from call center by person named as Manoj kumar i told him to clear the procedure and all the charges but he was saying only one thing that "DON'T WORRY sir" after each word i will help you, you will get all the information just complete your profile.
even i have asked for total charges n all the services provided by the company, but he was saying same thing "DON'T WORRY sir".

after all i have made the payment of Rs 2000, then he has asked to pay for another 1797 for verification service, i told him not to opt for the same but he said it is compulsory to complete the registration. once again i have asked for total charges and he said no other charges need to pay.

after rs 1797 payment he told me to do transaction for 1500 for social network profile and i denied for same and told him i already have profile on linkedin but he told me this is last payment you need to made as this is compulsory as recruiter will call you directly via linkedin so need to do payment, so i have made the same after a long discussion and getting confirmation that this will b the last payment and he confirms the same that it is last payment i need to made.

now after 2000+1797+1500=5297 rs of payment he told me to click on some perfect combo pack which is of cost 6893 and told me to do this payment to complete all the procedure til now i have followed.

i was surprised that he is making the payment again n again after saying this is last and compulsory to complete the procedure/registration.

i have taken the stand and denied to pay now and told him to cancel my registration and cancel my transaction and send me cancellation mail of my transactions he drop the call.

i have call again and tell them all the story and ask the operator to connect to some senior guy so that i can talk to them about same.

after some time i got a call from person named as jyoti, she told me that you need to complete the procedure by paying the amount.

i said that you have not told me about clear procedure and the amount i need to pay, she just saying you are not small boy and you have made the payment yourself and we haven't forced you to make payment by holding your hand.

after these words i have loose my temper and she continuously spoke very rudely.
i was requesting her to cancel the transactions but she denies.
i told her that i will go to consumer court then she told me that you can go anywhere you want.

Sir, I 've been a pretty annoying problem . I Micromax company's mobile was a -116 model . Due to the sudden tension in which I touch screen handset in Mohan Garden Micromax Service Centre on 11 - Febuary -2014 was the deposit . 7 days ago there was the man in charge . Service Center since I was 7 then in charge of trades Mr. Deepak said that your mobile is not repaired it will be replaced at least it will take 20 to 22 days . I went back after 22 days . Then he 15 - March -2014 told me to come after . I 15 - March -2014 calls received by the call, but they do not know that I had tried to make 17 - March -2014 received the call that but then he did not call the service center again if I do not, but he returned my old handset if it were my battery nor in that network . Tikona Service worst service...dont go for it..


Hi I am Justin from Chennai.

I had Tikona connection since Oct 2013, as the connection was very poor, i place the disconnection request, and wanted them to refund the money that i paid then as it is a pre paid connection.

Initially i paid approx 4000/- but this guys did not return the money till Jan 2014 end, then they said only Rs.500/- will be returned.

Then the other option they gave was to extend the connection for 2 more months till April 2014 by paying just Rs.800 so that they will give me the waiver for the days i was not using the connection.Also their technical team who visited my house, clearly said the connection will not work in this area.

I already informed them i will not continue after april 2014, and also placed a request for disconnection again.But now this team is calling me since April 2014 again and again telling that as already the prepaid bill was generated for the next 3 months, i need to pay the amount.

This is absolutely ridiculous.How can one pay the amount for not using the connection.Please take action against them.This Tikona team is disturbing me a lot..Even my neighbor also faced the same problem and has disconnected the connection

I have not received my P.F from ITSource Technologies Limited.company since 3 years. I have left the organization on 30 Dec 2011.

I worked there since 17 Nov, 2010. I have completed my all formalities while leaving the company. I have got the releving letter as well.
But P.F amount still not credited to my account.
Whenever we called to the head office which is located in the Mumbai they are not responding to our question regarding P.F only they says we are transferring your call to the concerned person and we are only holding the pone long time and call not transfeerd or we call on direct no (Smita[protected], nobody pick ups the call or many time no.s getting busy.
Amol is the H.O.D of the IT Source. and if we call to the other branches from Pune Deccan dept. they said we do not have any contact details from the head branch Mumbai and we can not do anything and you need to visit that location.

So, require your help to sort out the issue. Please help us and do the needful. As there are many o[censored]s who did not recieved the P.F amount. Please raise a legal action on that company.
