Dear Sir,
With my experience and of many other Indians with Nissan India, it is hard to believe that it is the same Nissan company which was reputed for its devotional work to make all kinds of vehicles including the heavy vehicles for Military since last 80 years.
Nissan India is cheating people on the name of selling good cars. I booked one such car (Nissan Micra) on 24.07.2010 with the written date of delivery between 30-45 days with an advance of 50,000 Rs. They did not deliver the car, nor did they respond to my telephone calls and numerous emails of enquiry until November from the dealer Nath Nissan, New Delhi. Then I contacted the Head office of Nissan India and got a reply that someone will contact me from Nath Nissan which they did not do. By this time, I was so fed up of your company and its open way of cheating people of their money that I demanded my money back with 12% interest and 10,000 Rs as indemnities. On 27th December I received a cheque of 50,000 Rs (back dated) in a courier without any letter in it from Nath Nissan. I again wrote to the head office of Nissan for compensating my loss but they did not answer at all.
We in India do not expect such dishonesty and cheating from Nissan, which used to be a prestigious company for us. It is a shame that Japan, which is known for its truthfulness and honesty, should establish a company in India only to cheat poor Indian people.
Sir, you as CEO should be aware of these facts and of course, from the public forum, we will reach our Ministry and make public aware to beware of Nissan India.

On the dated[protected] when I am travelling towards Jaipur from Gurgaon on same car I found breaking system of this car failed and my car got accident from a jeep. Right side of my car damaged and we move car to sideshwar Nissan showroom Gurgaon . From that day to till date[protected] no repair work is been started . India GVG XTRA Car — Engine knocking

Respected Sir, I had purchased new Indica GVG XTRA car bearing chassis No. 600521MTZPJ1780, Eng No. 4755156 MTZPJ3541,
Regd No. PB 02 AV5599 from authorised dealer M/s Automobile Kapoor, Amritsar on[protected]. I have noticed abnormal engine knocking (noise) for which I had lodged complaint with authoised service station M/s Arneja Automobiles, Amritsar vide job card no. 532 on[protected] which vehicle has just covered 3180 kms. The vehicle was delivered only after tappet's adjustments and appropriate action has not been initiated for rectification of defect resultantly the vehicle is continously giving abnormal knocking (noise). I approached M/s Automobile Kapoor as well as M/s Arneja Motors repeatedly for rectification of defect but to my surprise they did not enter my complaint and refused to attend the vehicle for engine knocking complaint. I have handed over my vehicle for 3rd regular service to M/s Automobile Kapoor on 01 May 2007 vide Job Card No. JCA Kapoor AR [protected] and asked to note down my complaint of Engine knocking on Job card but they refused to note down the same and informed that they have instructions from TATA engineer for not to entertain above vehicle for Engine knocking complaint. It is absolutely violation of agreed terms and condition for sale of vehicle, causing undue mental harrasement and financial loss due to malafide on the part of the above dealer as well as service Centre. Please instruct your dealer to replace complete Engine Assembly of the vehilce at once and deliver my vehicle after rectification of the above defect. The vehicle is still lying with M/s. Automobile Kapoor, Amritsar.

It was delivered to me on 7 th of may on 2011.I was first time on the road 7th of May.While I was drivingn I realized that some unacceptance horrable voices under my car.As soon as ı get in touch your service ARTKIY to tell the problems they invated me to checked 13th of may 2011.They rented me a car from road aim. They search the problems until 21 th of May 2011. İn this time check and cahange all fabric adjustment to find out where the problems comig.So İ21 th of May they called me to take my car .On the road control we realzed that the problems stil going. That more my car was too bad on the road ıt wasn t like a NİSSAN car ıt was as a ordinary old car So They take my car one more time and rented me a car again. They hadn t found out thev reason of problems for 9 days. They needed more time .It was unbeliable how is possible new Nissan car have a like problems.I tought It was damaged on the transporting .My car is stil on the service. I suggested to change it with new one by formally on yesterday They call me my car is ready than I can take it as soon as they realized my wishes.I drive my car 5 day with problem (infact as soon as I wanted to bring service I realized the problems they waited me).They keep my car nearly 14 days on service.
I was disapointed how my loved Nissan car like that.

BUT WHEN THEY DELEVERED ME AFTER A LONG REQUEST THEY ASKED TO PAY RS.5000 EXTRA
AND THE CAUSE GIVEN BY THEM WAS THAT THE SCHEME WAS FOR THE MONTH OF JUNE ONLY, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT "YOU HAVE TO PAY THIS AMOUNT".

SO THE QUESTION IS THAT WHY THEY HAVE TAKEN THE AMT OF MARGIN MONEY ON 29/06/12 OF AMT RS 222334/- WHEN THEIR FINANCE AMOUNT WAS NOT FINAL.
NOW PLEASE RETURN ME MY MONEY BACK WITH INTREST AS I DONT WANT THE NISSAN MICRA

Dear Sir,
I bought Nissan Micra Top variant on 18/12/2010. vety next day i found burning smell and smoke was coming from the car so i handed my car to the service station. but unfortunately they just made some change and told me that now the car is alright. So i started driving again but the problem was still there. they told me that after driving of few thosand km it would be okay. but my car was broke down on the road and my clutch plate was gone in april 2012 after 12000km aprox. since car was under warrenty period so i got the new clutch plate free. but again the same problem startedand now i am fed up. it is also very risky to drive such a vehicle and i also felt cheated. i was just the 6th person in my region who bought this car and i just bought it on the name of nissan. i have raise the complaint so many times and here is my complain id: GU[protected] Now what should i do no one is listening anything. it is a clear cut manufacturing defect and no one is able to fix the problem over here. I just want a new car or my car without any problem. isn't it fair that i should get the proper answer.

Hi, I hv to make complain about Nissan navara that i bought on July 2011 . On 20oct 2012 when I park my car beside my house without swift off the engine, but I makesure that I hv put in free gear n push the handbrake, then I went out from the car. Suddenly I found that the Nissan Navara which I park beside my house driving go through without anybody drive it. As normal sensor I try to open the door quickly but the door is auto lock n driving go through without anybody more faster, I chase it n the car fall into the drain  at the end, and I save myself if not I will to pinch die by tat car...
After tis accident happened I call the Person of Tan Chong Motor Segamat branch, but they just no any responsible about tis case, until now no person in charge gv me the answer wit sastifaction . I just felt tat tis car must be hv engine problem but they dun wan solve problem for me...I felt very disappointed wit the service o[censored]r company n product...I will find lawyer to help me to settle tis case if still nobody wan to solve tis case for me!! I Own Micra Petrol XV model, Clutch plate of my car has been broken down and my car has been used by single hand and KM reading on day of breakdown is 8338 only...

Service center person blame on us that due to our driving style this has been broken but the person who is driving car is driving from last 18 years and also having more than enough experience for driving, before Micra we own Maruti 800 from last 15 years that car also driven by single hand and in that car we don't face any problem like this and we also having Versa Diesel variant which was used from last 3 years and drove almost 80000 km but we don't face problem like this .Then why in this technology problem arise in such km and we also heard about failure of Clutch plates in Micra we also seen other micro which has broke its clutch plates in 4000 km and all

Service center person estimates us approx 8000 for repair why should we pay this amount while we drove only 8338 km which is nothing for four wheel and What is the durability of Technology that just broken down on only 8338 km only???

Despite all the complaints coming through - Nissan has done absolutely fix the clutch problems and NATH NISSAN delhi is their expert in covering up problems. You just need to visit this dealer with a compliant and the insults and ignores are simply out of this world.

Congrats Mr. Ghoshn ... your monthly sales volume in India is down 60% compared to last year and your new launches - Evalia has been written off even before it could hit the road.

1. We call & booked for first free service, but our issues is not solve due to not available of spares.

2. We request for remove the scratches on bumper on cost basis but service centre give the same excuse of NON AVAILABLITY OF WHITE PAINT fOR TEN DAYS.

Kindly look in to the matter and instruct to your service centre for maintain the proper service guideline and spare availability, If you follow the system then it will be solve otherwise this will be painful for you and us.

Right after from the second servicing, the car started to give problems and during continuous running it stopped abruptly even for a small drive. The problem was reported to the service center on 13.05.13. They checked it and released by giving an assurance that the car is absolutely OK and can be taken to a long drive without being afraid of.

On this basis, I, along with my tender daughter, drove to Ranchi on 15.05.13. During travel, we faced the same problem, that too in the middle of the dangerous Chutupal Valley. I immediately contacted to the service center incharge, but he not only refused to provide any help, but further added that the service center can not do anything, as it has been got checked there already.

I, then contacted the Nissan customer care, but they too seemed to be indifferent to acknowledge the seriousness of the condition. And after various persuasions, they connected me to a technician, who came only the next day. The road service mechanic checked the car and said that the coolant filled in the car was duplicate and I had to buy new coolant. He reported that the problem occurred due to duplicate coolant, faulty fuel pump, over heating of engine and/or some other electronic system so there was nothing much can be done by him, other than changing the coolant.

With great difficulty, we managed to come back to Dhanbad, as the problem reoccurred again and again during the drive back on 17.05.13. I reported this to Nissan Care and sent a number of mails to them, but till now received no any help from their side.

I am now mentally disturbed with the stationary vehicle, standing idle in my garage. My marketing activities are totally held up. Because of my total dissatisfaction with the service center, and of the unprofessional attitude of the company Nissan Motors, dealer and staffs, I do not wish to keep the vehicle anymore with me.

I am resident of Jaipur city, Rajasthan, India. On 13th Sep, 2010 I bought Nissan Micra XL (Engine No. 602825A & Chassis No. MDHFBUK13A8001937) from Nissan Motors India Pvt. Ltd. Dealer – Royal Auto Motors Pvt. Ltd., Tonk Road, Jaipur. The dealer gave us 1 year warranty and told us in case of any trouble, they will take care of same.
After all these clauses I have purchased the Nissan Micra but since very first year it was troublesome for me. The clutch plate is not working properly and it was very difficult to change gear.
I have given my car to the service station. But they have taken money for replacement of clutch plate within warranty period also. But problem of clutch plate & gear box was resolved after change of clutch plate.
Since purchase of Nissan Micra (Last 3 years) we have replaced Clutch plate 3 times, but we are having same problem continuously and causing lot of problem while travelling.
I complaint for it and even my repeated requests for replacement have fallen on deaf ears. I had written mail to Nissan Dealer at Jaipur but I did not get any response for the same.
And now I am tired of it, therefore request for you kindly accept my complaint letter and take necessary action for replacement (Change) of Nissan Micra car on urgent basis else I have to take strict action against your firm. I have to file a case in Consumer forum in case of no response in next 7 days.
I am looking for a favorable response as Nissan Motors is always been Customer oriented company.

I am very concerned about my new nissan sentra that I bought it in Mexico in Tehuacan city, I drove it for 6 or 7 times into the customer service, because the manual transmition do not work properly when i drive it, and it has a really big noise on the side of the car, I only use this car to go to my work, the nissan personnel has not repaired these problems, ultimately they do not care about this concern, they just give me the car and they say "if it has a problem bring it back", the last time I did not take the car because it has the same problem even when they give it to me in the nissan service customer.

After listing of Nissan Micra and the features of Nissan Micra I make up my mind to buy Nissan Micra instead of 3 cars already with me, but the service experiance which I have got with the service is very bad. I am continuously facing technical problems and faults with the car.
As per your service warranty I am sending my car on each service . I want to bring in your knowledge that my car battery has stopped working properly within 10 months period, then your service center at AGRA has replaced the car battery by demo car battery, which I do not know wheather the replaced demo car battery is in proper condition or not, because after 6 months again the car battery has stopped working properly and your service manager has asked to replace the battery on 50% basis for the demo car battery which they have replaced in my car.If the car battery has been replaced with new car battery at that time only as per warranty norms then the problem has not been faced afterwards.
My car has again gone on service on 25/06/2013 and the receipt no. is 4656 of amount Rs. 4757/-. But after few days from the service when my son is going to NODIA with my driver from express highway the car get heatup and unable to drive .Then the car has been brought by lifting to my house and your service engineer has visited my house to see the car but unable to tell the fault and asked me to send the car to service center.
After 2 days I get a call from service engineer that the coolent of the car has been broken and thus the car has been heat up and the engine has been seized. And told me that if the engine has been opened the service cost may be between 1000/- to 400000/-. When I argued with your service engineer he straight forward told that some one has open the bonet of the car and has broken the coolent.Why your servive person who has visited my house has not told me that the coolent has been broken and thus the fault has occured. After sending the car to service center only he is telling the fault. I think the coolent has been broken at your service center and is hiding the things.
Is it possible that the owner of the car may damage his car himself..
Or the coolent of the car is so light that it is broken itself.

. I am an Infiniti QX-56 2011 user: Car plate no 85648 : Chassis No ( J NRAZ25Y5B[protected], 000 KM approximately under warranty. I bought the car from Nissan Car Dealer (Al Masaood) in Abu Dhabi, the UAE, back in 2011. I have a serious mechanical issue with this car. I referred to our Nissan car dealer here in Abu Dhabi on several occasions to get it repaired and fixed. However, unfortunately, with every time I refer to the Dealer I get something fixed but many other issues come up as I start driving the car again. I will give you a short report on the car issues for your own judgment and feedback:

1) The Car steering leather was damaged and then after going back to the Dealer it was changed;
2) The speed cruise control was stuck as I was driving my family and I contacted the Dealer and they got the car and said they fixed it; I made no complaint against Nissan as I trust Nissan and I believed it would have had a minor mechanical or system problem;
3) The speed cruise distance sensor button got stuck for several times; I reported the problem to the Dealer and they changed the whole steering for a second time;
4) The AC compressor stopped working and the Dealer had to change the AC compressor with all its accessories;
5) I reported a problem relating to noise coming from the Car roof on several occasions; every time the Dealer gets my car to fix this issue (more than three times) I get my car back with the same problem, without a solution;
6) The last time I submitted my Car for general maintenance to the Dealer, a problem relating to doors rubber was reported to me and the Dealer changed the rubber on both sides. They also found out that the suspension ball/joint (as I recall) on the front left side of the Car is damaged and they changed it.
7) The last incident that happened to my Car happened during the Eid break, last week, just one day after I received my Car from the dealer: As I was with children in the Car, a big and loud explosive noise shook out the back right side of the car to the extent that my kids were hurt and some of them were badly scared and left the car with horror. The explosion was strong to the extent that my Car was left and fell down on one side. I was very lucky that I was not driving the Car at that time, otherwise this would have caused me a very bad accident.

After all this suffering, you are kindly requested to contact the Dealer and ask them to change the Car for me as the Car got so many mechanical problems and no final solution has been found by them. I am going back to you in hope that I spare myself and the Dealer the hustle of referring to courts and litigation. I trust Nissan is one of the most respectful giant companies in the world and having my request addressed and my problem attended to would really reinforce that feeling of trust and respect on the long run.

Sub- Nissan 2013 R2 Pathfinder Road Performance Failure.

Really I am sorry to say about inefficiency of your technicians to rectify the technical problem that persists on new 2013 model R2 Nissan Pathfinder. As per my knowledge understand this is a part of introducing new technology, may be without doing proper study established on vehicle/s (The vibration will feel if we are in below 50km speed). Gear shifting technology failure

As a customer I am in middle what to do, already invested USD.41000/- (Dhs.150000/-) with trust in Nissan Company. This is my hard earned money and Nissan is responsible to satisfy my needs.

Now I am loosing trust on you bcz even after 4/5 visits with your authorized dealer in UAE they fail to satisfy my concerns. Your serious involvement to be taken in to action or pls do the needful to take back my car and either back the money (after depreciation) or new one with difference payment I am ready for any amicable settlement.

I am an employee working in multinational company and I am totally disturbed in my routine jobs due to this. Your immediate action will be appreciated in this regards also if it’s out of your hands pls divert to right person for further communication /correspondence.
