my music player is not working
it shows only 4 songs in the list whereas there are 57 songs in gallery

Nokia 5220 — 3 gp videos are not playing in 5220 model

Hi,
One month back I bought a 5220 xpress music model cell. But What I found is in my mobile 3GP format video files are not playing well. Stops and playing (just like in youtube-before completely download). MP4 is not at all supporting.
3gp videos sent from other mobiles are also not playing well. Even from Nokia 5200 cell also.
3gp videos converted through Ulead video tool box given in the CD.
3gp videos converted through other softwares also.

To whom I need to contact.

from last september to till now my phone gone 7 to 8 times to Nokia care bt the problem is still there,
my phone is not working properly
the emnployee of Nokia care are treting customes very badly

Nokia 5220 — Not getting proper response from any where

replacement

Phone is getting switchoff automaticaly even after visiting nokia carecentre five times same problem occur constantly and the shop keeper is not polite and talk's violently also not getting proper response from him

so i want the replacement of cell.

I think their will be a postive approach to the above.

Nokia 5220 — Gets hanged and lot of problems

I brought Nokia 5220 last September.It gets hanged and gets switched off.I contacted Nokia centre .They said that the software needs to be updated and done something.But I am getting the same problem again and again.I didn't expect this kind of product from one of the biggest brands "NOKIA".Got fed up with this and I have decided that I will never get NOKIA product again.If possible I need replacement of the piece.Please help me with this.

when i try to listen toh music on my phone music player it shows enough memory to me.but i have enough memory to to play everthing

in my nokia mobile there is a problem in music player.when iam trying to open music player,it shows "there is no music file found".now i have one year warranty

i think it is very effective for all the customers.
