sir ,
I am Ashish Chauhan & i brought NOKIA 3110 c .. on 18may 2009 . The problem in my set is that when i just make a call or start using internet my mobile start switching off automatically..i went to the customer care in agra they were also not able to solve my problem ,they just upload the software & they returned my mobile , but again the problem start .. i went to the customer about 9 times & they are not able to solve my problem .... so i just want to replace my nokia 3110 c ...& i want a new one ...
So kindly change my NOKIA 3110c ..

This is with regret to inform you that my hand set nokia 3110c has developed a serious problem after the day it was purchased from SALUJA TELECOM bank more dhanbad .

(1)Its first problem started after the 4th day of its purchase when the themes were not able to apply properly .And it was complete failure when I tried to apply the zodiac theme, The screen was showing on and off sign frequently.
(2)Its second problem was with the voice recorder It was not able to record any sound properly.
(3)The third problems was with its games .Both the games did not work properly .The sudoku game was totally failure .
After 2 weeks the cell became complete dead, it never switch on again.I took it to the nokia care dhanbad .They were unble to repair it as it was having some major problems It was then taken to kolkata .
My first jobsheet no ‘ was –[protected]/070926/7 product code –0550573 dated 26/09/2007.
I request them for replacement but they did not listen any word or me .
After its first repairment it was still having the voice recorder problem.The screen used to show the on and off sign for sometimes .The themes were having the same problems .While changing the themes it often used to switch off automatically .The games were still having the same problems .
Then also I was using the set any how with its persisting problems.
Now it had again became complete dead .I submitted to the nokia care dhanbad .They told that it is having again some serious problem and took it to kolkata..
This time My Job sheet No’ is[protected]/080619/29. product code—0550573 dated 19/06/2008.
Sir I am sure that a faulty set had been provided to me and I have completely lost the trust in the current hand set .
Since I had purchased the set with a dear price I expect the full value of my money .
Within a guarantee period it is having serious problem, what will happen after the period expires.

I therefore request you replace this faulty set as it is having many problems .
I will be highly thankful to you if you kindly look after this and replace this mobile.

Hi my name is rohit, i also use nokia 3110c, i am saying this to everybody, listen carefully, i[censored] had problem of hanging and restarting of your nokia 3110c, then i have the solution, just download mobile ram booster at www.getjar.com, it's free to download but your network provider charge as per you gprs plan, method o[censored]sing that software, step 1-open that application, step 2-press down arrow key of your nokia 3110c, you'll see 3 lines there, which is displaying your used, free and your total memory, step 3-press that button which is uper than the recieve call button, step 4-select quick boost option, then after that, wait for few second and thats it. Exit that application. use this method 3 to 4 times in a week, then you see, it automatically reduce the hanging and restarting problem upto 95./., i[censored] like this solution then please reply me on my email id at [protected]@gmail.com i'll wait for your reply. sir i am using a phone only for 18 days but the ringing sound is not working properly i visit the nearest customer care office for the same complaint but they told me that we are giving you cell phone after changing a ringer there will problem in your ringer.my job sheet no is[protected]/09022/17 on date 20/2/2009.

Nokia/3110C — replacement

Phone is getting switchoff automaticaly even after visiting nokia carecentre four times same problem occur constantly and the manager is not polite and talk's violently so i want the replacement of cell.

I think their will be a postive approach to the above.

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have purchased in Nov-08 the above-noted set which is infested with certain technical problems. The Mobile was switching off with hanging the mobile for every 15 minutes by automatically it's switched on. It's very disturbing to my work. Almost 5 times I walked to Nokia care centers at shivam raod, Nallakunt, Paradise and ECIL. At there customer care executves said like you have to give handset serivcing for minor repairings. I given bur after one week again same problem repeated so again I given at Nallakunta Nokia Care for replace the handset. They send to chennai for replace the handset, I waited a month but they done only repairing. Again after 1 week same problem repeated, Then I visited ECIL Nokia Care for replace the handset. They send to Delhi for replace the handset. afrer one month they are saying your hand set repaired by out of Nokia Care so we can't replace the handset but every time I given at Nokia Care only, so kindly look into matter immediatley.

This is with regret to inform you that my hand set nokia 3110c has developed a serious problem after the one month from the day of purchase it was purchased from Nokia priority bistupur jamshedpur.

(1)Its first problem started after the 1st month of its purchase when the appliacations were not able to open properly .And it was complete failure when I tried to open the yahoo go.
(2)Its second problem was my phone was unable to open music library.
(3)The third problems was my phone continuously hang from the month of january to now.
My last jobsheet no ‘ was –60850488/90630/2 product code –0566963 dated 30/06/2009 I request them for replacement but they did not listen any word or me .
After its first repairment it was still still continuously hanging.
I have visited about 15 times to nokia care but they have not satisfied me my phone's problem is still now..
Sir I am sure that a faulty set had been provided to me and I have completely lost the trust in the current hand set .
Since I had purchased the set with a dear price I expect the full value of my money .

But it is very sorry to say as it is very bad experience in my life; nobody shows any responsibility, so rude, even not good dealing with us. Dealer says, we can’t do any thing in this matter, go for nokia care centre. And centre says to go any where, even it is recommended for consumer court
I have harassed 2-3 times earlier. But now I am totally frustrate with this service

With due respect i want to say i purchased Nokia 3110c from G.S. Electrical & Mobile Shop, B-253, 33ft. road, Dabua Colony, Faridabad on dated 21/03/2009 with IMEI number [protected]. I am facing some problem shown this message unable to open, themes, tones, wallpapers, Scr. Savers & also applications has been corrupted in my handset from September 2009. When I contact to your Service Centre ( Nokia Care Centre) Near Anupam Sweet House, Metro road, NIT Faridabad on November 2009, they told me that it was a problem of virus, they format my handset and gave back to me, within 4 to 5 days the same problem occur once again, they again format it and gave back.
I again am facing the same problem. I m not satisfied with the service provided by your service centre. From now-on-wards i will never purchase any Nokia Product nor will I suggest anyone to Purchase any Nokia Product. Nokia 3110C — Replacement

Dear Sir,

I have purchased NOKIA 3110c model 11 monthes before, it has restart problem and from past 5 months it has been repaired for 6 times for the same problem. Based on that i gave the mobile for servicing 4 times in your NOKIA care only and then finaly mobile was send to ur head office Noida. Although the problem my mobile faces has a solution but that is not a permanent solution. Everytime the software of my mobile crashes, nokia care used to put a new one and format the old one, but then also the problem remains same of restarting and after some days the mobile dont get on and blinks.

I asked some professionals, they are saing that the mobile has some hardware problems. The warrenty period is going to expire on 30th December 2009.

We believe in Nokia and its services that's why we buy Nokia mobiles, but now if the mobile goes repaired again and again every month then what to do with that mobile. I have spended mony on that and I am not able to make full use of that.
How maney times i can rome in your service center ?

Please take the nessassery action. Kindly replace the mobile because mobile needs repair for the same kind of problem for 6 times for the problem which cant be solved permanently. Plz replace the mobile and tell me what to do for that.

The restarting problem could be due to corrupt memory or a virus in mem card i[censored] transfer too much data. So the problem could be solved by formatting the memory card. U can do it either by through phone or a card reader.

    I purchased Nokia Handset 5310 from univercell, Cochin, Kerala, vide invoice number PKMG 1902 dtd 22 Jan 2009 for Rs.8217.
    After few months handset started giving problem & the same is given for repair at Nokia care on 1609 vide 506/10 at cochin.And I paid Rs.833 for change of component and rs.300 for labour.eventhough there were minor complaints on software as well as in hardware side,I neglected and used since 1 st week of October 2009.Yesterday Nokia service centre informed me that the set can't be repaired further.My complaint is eventhough I'm in the warranty period Nokia denied me the service and repair for unknown reasons as they claimed.This will force me to take necessary legal actions if I'm not awarded proper remedies.My sincere request to Nokia to look into this matter urgently and do the needful.If proper steps are not taken within 15 days, I'm bound to go ahead with consumer redressals.

        Dear Sir

        I, Lalit Kumar one of the victim of Nokia Support. I have purchased Nokia E Series Mobile Phone with this assumption that Nokia is a brand which speaks for Quality and Excellent Support but I was wrong and did a blunder by purchasing too expensive mobile set and in turn I got 3rd class service. I kept my mobile set at Nokia Care – Mobile Super Market, Model Town Ludhiana around 2 Months and till now I am not getting any resolution. They have prepared job sheet three times in order to avoid hitting of their parameters or KRA and gave this assurance that the set will be repaired with in next 15 days. My first Job Sheet was created on 31 Aug 2009 with Job Sheet Number –[protected]/090831/64. The problem was with Ringer Tone and Bad Image with Camera. But surprisingly, I didn’t got any communication from Nokia Support for more than Month so I approached to Nokia Care but I got shock when they said that Set is still not repaired and when I met to Technical Head – Mr Mani Sharma – [protected] he assured that he will get this set repaired or replaced with in next 12 days and created new job sheet but unfortunately when I visited the Nokia Care again on 21 Oct 09 I found the set with same fault even the condition of set was pathetic, It was consisted of lot of scratches which was not when I submitted the set first time. By looking that case beyond his scope Mr Mani Sharma forwarded me to Mr Surinder Sharma – Head Nokia Mobile Super Market – [protected]. But the height of disappointment came to me when Mr Surinder Said that we have forwarded the set 2 times to HO and since we are not getting any resolution, so the repair of the set is beyond our scope and when I demanded to get this set replace if can’t repaired as committed Mr Surinder shouted on me and said this store is not opened for replacement, so you go to Nokia Customer care and do what ever you like to do. We are not bothered whether you go to Consumer Court or Nokia Head as we forwarded to HO so we are least bothered about the outcome and we are not meant to serve only you in Ludhiana. According to him a spot in the camera is not a fault and can be compromised but I want to know if I have purchased a set of 22,000/- is I am not liable to get 100% efficiency of Set atleast for 1 Year. The day 31 Aug when I submitted the set at Nokia Care it was in Warranty but by keeping this set for 2 Month in Service Centre it is now out of Warranty and as per Mr Surinder that is not his fault and he is not concern about the replacement or repair of the set as now its not in warranty. He shouted on me and ordered me to leave his store and forcefully his employee pulls me out of store. I want to ask is getting a service for one year is not my right? And is this a way to entertain a customer in your Company? You being a big corporate giant treating consumers as beggars who are begging in front of you to get service for one year. I think you are doing this as you have monopoly of your brand. But I can assure you one that even bad customer can make a real hit in your performance. I am also working as Sr Marketing Manager is one of the Leading Corporate of Asia and I too know number of ways to increase/decrease the sale performance. I commit it that the pain and mental harassment I got, along with the humiliation I got it from Mobile Super Market will not be forgivable. I will wait for the resolution for next 6 Working days and after that before going to Consumer Court I will personally put photo copy of job sheets along with a copy of dissatisfaction letter with my contact details to all the Mobile Service Centre of all possible brand and will try to populate the same issue using all possible email addresses and Blogs in order to show the actual picture of Nokia to the entire consumers.

        nokia e66 — NOT GETTING PROPER SERVICE

            sir,
            this is to inform you that i bought a nokia n79 set from "anjushi nokia priority dealer"on 14/10/2009
            from the day of purchase the short cut key for camera and volume was not working and the dealer is not willing to change the set because i went to him after 2-3 days.
            how can one know about the sets features so early and the dealer even told me to that he will help me
            but he refused help in this matter.
            please look in my matter as soon as possible.

              Im havin the same prob o[censored]pdating sim..this happens wid me only using airtel in nokia n72..this problem is from the moment i took airtel sim..the bad thing is tht i loose the data in the applications im using..n makes me feel like throwin the phone..i really dnt understand why this is happenin wid airtel connection..airtel considered as the biggest network in india..proves it self wrong in both providin service in network area n customer support..I request plzz solve this prob or give me guidance how to solve it..

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased a Nokia 5130 express music mobile handset from Nokia priority dealer on 10/06/2009 and since then there is a sevior problem in handset is no battery life, it is discharging within 1hr, the same I have brought to the notice of Nokia care centre and since Jun-09 till today I have visited their care centre almost 10 times, which is very far from my resigence and office and also they works 10.00 am-7.00pm, as every time I need to take either leave or permission to go, the below is the total case history for your reference.

                Almost all in these 5 months time 3-4 months my handset is with Nokia care for repaire, every time they return me back with status completed, but surprisingly within 2-3 days I found it is still same condition. But this time the charging life increased by 45 minutes, so now the total charging lift is 1.45 minutes against their purchase spec of 5-6 hours.

                Please make justice to me for the mental tension cause to me and since my purchase of the handset I did not used it for me.

                  this is to inform u that i am one o[censored]r old customers who is using different models of nokia from last 6 years on 12th april i purchased nokia 5800 wide receipt no 160 amt rs.18850/-from onant communications janakpuri. imei no.[protected] but after two weeks it starts troubling me with HANG problem but i am very busy person who cannot go easily anyhwere after one month my phone has so many problems i.e. hang problem display problem ..
                  i used to visit ur service center on 30 june they replaced my software ...hang problem solved but display problem is still same they assured me whenever their part will available they will call me but sorry to say nobody contacted me .after my busy schedule i visit serv center again (after 15days )they had taken my phone for repairing and given me stand by set (after a long quarrel) they assured me to return my set after 12 days but still after 15days i have to call them they said it will take one more week then u can understand now i am very impatient about ur phone ur services & ur service center peoples . anyhow they replaced my set ( again after a long quarrel)
                  my new set imei no. is [protected] and can u imagine it's again not working since one month my phone screen is showing only rainbow colours .
                  now very truly & honestly i want to purchase new another company set so for that i want my money back i.e Rs.18850/-
                  surely u will help me and i do not have to visit any consumer court

                        I had bought Nokia N 82 cell phone in March, 2008. For the last one month (ie.since September 2009) the battery seems to have become very weak. I am having to charge my phone at least twice a day and am facing huge inconvenience on this score, especially when I travel. I have tried to get this battery from some NOKIA CARE shops in Chennai, India, without success as stocks are not available.

                        It is shocking that this battery should go out of the market in a year and a half since I bought this premium phone. Please advice where I can get this battery. Your immediate reply is requested.

                        BP-6MT battery is out of stock here . Even I tried in Cochin, I get the same answer from them.

Seems Nokia doesnt supply them this series of battery. I dont beleive how an in-production mobile phone doesnt have spare battery available. Is Nokia encouraging customers to opt for black/grey market ?
                        I have also been looking for the same BP-6MT battery for my Nokia N81 for the last 4 months in Kolkata. None of the Nokia Priority dealers have it. They even do not know if at all they will be able to provide one in the future. I wonder if this battery is a faulty one in the first place - so many people complaining about it. I got my N81 for Rs. 20, 000 and within a year the battery of the phone goes out of market - something fishy definitely. SHAME on NOKIA. I have been using Nokia phones from the time I began using mobile phones. Now I am seriously thinking of never using any more NOKIA mobiles in future.
                        My BP-6MT battery in Nokia N 82 supported well for 18 months and all of a sudden has deterioriated suddenly. I could not find a replacement battery in Bangalore, Vijaywada (while I was on travel). The Nokia dealer also pledged for an apology. This is an irresponsible attitude from Nokia as it is unable to support with important accessories for high end model. What I should do now?

                        the nokia service centre at BAKSHI NAGAR( jammu) is charging Rs.1995/-for nokia battery
                        BP-6MT.where as its rate has been slashed down by the company to
                        Rs.1295/-
                        This shows how high is the coruption there.

                          I have bought my Nokia 7210 Supernova some months ago.
                          But days before, some problems started like no 6 was being shown as 5 but on restarting, the phone became normal. Later on, new problems arose, like the symbol for silent was missing.
                          Now the phone gets stuck on switching on.

                          I am really dissatisfied by the performance given by this phone.

                          nokia 7210 supernova is a bekaar phone...dabba hai sirf...i had bought it a few months back...n it has turned off 4 times on its on...in the past 2 months..i m fed up completly...it doesn even start...wen given 2 d nokia station...dey formatted it n all my content was lost 4 times...so nw im goin 2 d consumer court...i hav also posted d letter... heard dat once u go there everything fixes in a short time...so NOKIA BEWARE...

                            This mobile was purchased from the Mobile shop at chembur. Initially during the first week when the complaint was lodged at mobile shop they refused to replace the set and instead send it to their kurla works for repair. Inspite of the repairs carried out the mobile was not performing upto the satisfactory levels and the necessary documents are available for verifications. Finally frustrated with the faulty mobile purchased form The Mobile shop Chembur the complaint was again lodged. They directed us to theirNokia care at Lower Parel wherein we were informed that had the complaint been lodged within six months the set would have been changed. This is exactly opposite to what we were informed when the complaint was lodged within six months. Further my doubts have been reinforcfed due to the fact that there are 42 complaints against this company which has to be viewed very seriously and if nothing is done for deficiency in service I would opt for a compensation for the agony experienced.

                                Dear Sir,
                                I gave my 3600 s on 25.09.2009 to your company vide IMEI [protected] under job sheet no.25.9/22 with a compliant that keys are not working.for I was constantly calling your centre for latest position. Every time I received a reply will call me back. After repeated deliberation in this, I fed and decided to make a last call on 5th. To this a gentlemen replied that the same could not be done I can take back the set. When I asked for the reason, he asked to call back again after half an hour. I did made a call, this time a lady took the phone and said, the said is beyond warranty period and it will cost me and can be repaired. I said go ahead I will pay the cost.

                                Today I got the phone from your centre saying that the unit is ready and I got to pay Rs.1847/= Accordingly, I visited the centre. After no body called my delivery number and on advise of the fellow customer, I went in and asked for the said.. To my surprise, except me no one was there. Then they gave me the said after doing the loading of items given to me at the time of taking the sent for repair.

                                Then, it was infored that I got to pay and gave me a bill under service invoice 5165/08.10.09 which shows an amount Rs.1775.96 and vat 4% 71.04. I paid the amount and checked the instrument, I found still my key GO TO button not working. when asked for, they asked me to press hard. Then I asked what work was carried out when the complaint is for keys not working. They said they checked and changed the SLIDING STRIP and the set is OK. I am at a loss to understand why sliding strip was changed when the same was working and charged for that whereas the complaint is for non functioning of keys. I need a clarification in this.

                                In this, I need following clarification from your end before I proceed further in the matter

                                a. why they had not repaired the set early and later just repaired just like that when I accepted for paying the money
                                b. when the unit is set to be beyond warranty period why no other chargers levied.
                                c. when the vat is charged at 4% with an amount of Rs.71.04 the charged amount is only the billed amount of Rs. 1775.96 When the item is replaced, in my understanding, the item should be made by you or purchased from other place. As you charged for the full amount I presume you manufactureed the same as the amount do not represent any value as the case of a purchase. Please clarify
                                d. How you are going to compensate me when the delay appears to be not normal and just artificial delay
                                e. I am keeping the set as is received from your side and is prepared to show it to the manufacturer for the correctness of the statement from your side and the relative charges
                                f. what is the normal period to return back the set on repair any job card is made for the work turned out for each set, if so please let me know about that

                                I expect an earnest and honest reply within 15 days to understand the situation and to proceed before concerned governmental authorities for redressal. In case I am not in receipt of any reply before 24th October 2009, I will consider, that you are not intersted in replying to me and will take up the matter with MANUFACTURER and also CONCERNED AUTHORITIES for redressal and compensation.

                                I had buy nokia 3600 slide 3 months ago and now it had problem of bad image in camera photo and it also dont have any clarity in mobile and i have given the mobile to nokia care and they had take the handset from ten days and yet not slove the problem.

                                Sir,

                                Recently I gave a complaint about the charging for slider strip when the compliant was for non functioning of key. I sent mail and reminder to them. I also filed a complaint in this 3 days back. So far no reply either here or in my mail has been made. I like to know how to go about in this. I will be obliged if I am given the contact number and mail address of the compliant incharge in your company to enable me to proceed in this matter. Futher I would like to know why my earlier compliant not listed in the complaints filed

                                    Hi,
                                    Ever since i purchased the nokia 3230 phone, I have neen having issues with it. Sometimes the display blanks out, for which i have gotten it repaired twice and put a new display once.
                                    Then the phone would shut down automatically. Now the problem is that it does not start and there is no help forthcoming from nokia. They are suggesting a reformatting of the phone but that would result in loss of data which is not acceptable.

                                    i have nokia 3230 set but after initial activation of gprs i use internet but after few days it was out of connectivity. i got all the settings again but not able to get the gprs connected. please rectify this as soon as possible. thanks

                                      I have purchased NOKIA 5220 xpress Music(EMI No.[protected]).After two day of purchasing not work of ringer than i go to Nokia Care than He(Nokia Care) change ringer than phone is ok. Purchase after one month my phone is swich off automatically than nokia care tell me that software crupt in your phone from virus & for phone ok than you pay to Rs. 300 because no warranty of virus problem than I pay to 300 Rs. & phone is right this time but phone have not ok. this problem once again my phone.I have seven time software updating from nokia care. I have complaint Nokia H.O also than my phone sent to Nokia Hire service for 20-25 days.that time phone is ok but after 20 days once again same problem. So I want to Nokia replace my phone otherwise I complain in Court.I visit Nokia care today than Customer Executive told that this problem from Virus who that is wrong because I do not use PC Suit, Blutooth & other divice.                                         Hi,

                                        I had purchased a Nokia 5130c-2 Xpress music on APR 2009 and the Mobile is still covered under warranty.

                                        With in 3 to 4 month , Mobile is switching off when we try to switching on its not getting on. I gave to Nokia Service centre for correcting the issue. He called me and said Nokia service center has repaired it and went to him collect the phone. To be suprised the issue was still there and I doubt about the quality of the service they are providing. I didn't receive any positive response from NOKIA. When I asked for the replacement, they are not ready to give it .

                                        I am totally frustarted on NOKIA service and to me this is a CHEATING company .
                                        I request you to kindly have the set replaced ASAP .

                                        Its almost 3 times same problem came.So please replaced me ASAP.there is no positive reply soon, I will be moving either to the consumer courts or the local Press.

                                        Thank You in anticipation of a quick resolution to my complaint.

I too purchased this mobile in april 2009 and am having this white screen problem since february 2010. Till now i got this problem some SIX TIMES in FOUR months. I am getting sick of this mobile.
