Sir, I am writing this letter out of sheer disappointment of having ever decided to buy a Nokia cell phone.

PROBLEMS WITH MY NOKIA 7210 MOBILE SINCE August Ist DAY ONWARDS :-
1. SET HANGING FREQUENTLY.
2. IF WE SWITCH OFF & ON, IT WILL WORK FOR SOME TIME.(AGAIN WE HAVE TO RESTART)
We have facing above problems from the 1st day of August onwards. We have observed above problems 5 months after purchasing. But problems was remain same. We went to shop and informed the same. As per their instruction we have sent the handset to Nokia Care Centre, which is located at (Saksham Computers, Mayur Vihar, Phase – I), for servicing.
They handed over the mobile to me after 2 months. After lot many follow-ups they handed over the set without repairing and told us that it is not repairable. Now the set is completely dead. As per the nokia care they are saying that it’s PCB is bend and the part is not available with the company for the replacement.
After that we visited so many times to Nokia Care Centre to take delivery. But we found problems remain same. Nokia Care Centre committed so many times to replace the pcb. Even though replace the pcb problems was not rectified. Your customer response & treatment is very poor.
At present the above mentioned handset is with nokia care located at sector-10, Noida (Mannat Telecom, C-10, Sector-10, Noida-201301 since 19th Sep, 2009 to till date. The same things are repeating here also.
Why we suffer for purchasing Nokia product?
After purchasing Nokia product, it is lying in Nokia Care Centre only.
Why Nokia Care Centres are giving TROUBLE & HARASSMENT to customers.
Nokia Company gave same training to Nokia Care Centers?
I WANT NEW SET / DOA.

since then i am facing very serious problems
Same issues what he faces i took my mobile to Nokia care for more than 6 to 7 times
3 times for software issues and other for very serious 1's
primary issue s phone memory s been eaten up applying themes from memory card's memory, and wen ever u open music player it will ask u to delete data for processing and your mobile will be dead slow too..
later i have discovered that problem of my own by experiencing, but i[censored] the ask the dirty nokia proffesionals they cant identfy whats the problem and then they simply define the problem in a single great term
everbody might have caught that what am trying to say ya it is none other than "VIRUS"
This problem is also in other phones and models aswell myself helped my friend by telling them not apply theme by keeping it in memory card, transfer it to phone memory and apply it
And Facing Problem From Very first day of my purchase
poor battery backup
Poor imaging
slow processing
Images like illusion (BLURED) some thing that similar shown in 13B Movie
sound getting poor and poor day by day
poor video recording and imaging something even worse than VGA
Radio doesnt work propely most time yet it s software issue till very frustrating
So on...
Having bunch of copys of invoices gave by NOKIA CARE still facing problems
EVERY MORNING I WOKE UP I FOUND A PROBLEM WITH MY MOBILE
AFTER ALL THESE GOT VEXED ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT MANY TIMES
everytime i go there they ll take my mobile from me to delhi returning without solving a major issues even if solved it will reoccur
NOKIA AND ITS BLOODY CARE ????????????????????????
Best way to avoid all these is to avoid nokia
Go for someother and make ur money worth
Onlything in nokia is prices are resonable and user frieldly execpt that nothing do with it
Still I Love My Phone because Its My money and its sentimental
NOTE FOR PEOPLE TAKE XEROX COPYS OF INVOICES AND KEEP IT SAFE u may file case in consumer court with those as evidence and u can ask for replacement i[censored] have more than 3 invoices with Heavy Conflict(mobile returned without solving issue)
