Sir,
I have purchased a Nokia 5130 c2 mobile 20/07/2009. Since from the very day , I found following problems
1. Low ringtone volume for all type of tones unable to hear in crowded situation
2. Littile vibration not for a feel.
During conversation I can not hear the voice of other person properly at enough volume even if the speaker is ON. While the speaker ON, quality of voice is very very bad and poor. No clarity in voice.
Other end person can not hear my voice even If I speak much louder.
3. While connecting computer (windowsxp sp2), it ask nokia pc suite for 5130c2, which the company denies supply. Other versions of PC suite is not accepted. Without having Nokia Pc Suite, I can't acces this mobile from comupter.
4.Quality of still picture(2megapixel camera) is very poor. And the camera become struck for 20 to 30 seconds after each shot.
5.Quality of 3gp is also badly nasty and able to shot more that one minute.
6. Voice recording, I have not got a word to tell, as that much worse.
This dirty commodity cost aroud Rs.6000/- (indian currency).

My pray to every innocents not to purchase this bloody mobile, at least from INDIA.

I Agree With what vijayakumar said i have purchased my mobile in december 2009
since then i am facing very serious problems
Same issues what he faces i took my mobile to Nokia care for more than 6 to 7 times
3 times for software issues and other for very serious 1's
primary issue s phone memory s been eaten up applying themes from memory card's memory, and wen ever u open music player it will ask u to delete data for processing and your mobile will be dead slow too..
later i have discovered that problem of my own by experiencing, but i[censored] the ask the dirty nokia proffesionals they cant identfy whats the problem and then they simply define the problem in a single great term
everbody might have caught that what am trying to say ya it is none other than "VIRUS"

This problem is also in other phones and models aswell myself helped my friend by telling them not apply theme by keeping it in memory card, transfer it to phone memory and apply it

And Facing Problem From Very first day of my purchase
poor battery backup
Poor imaging
slow processing
Images like illusion (BLURED) some thing that similar shown in 13B Movie
sound getting poor and poor day by day
poor video recording and imaging something even worse than VGA
Radio doesnt work propely most time yet it s software issue till very frustrating
So on...

Having bunch of copys of invoices gave by NOKIA CARE still facing problems
EVERY MORNING I WOKE UP I FOUND A PROBLEM WITH MY MOBILE

AFTER ALL THESE GOT VEXED ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT MANY TIMES
everytime i go there they ll take my mobile from me to delhi returning without solving a major issues even if solved it will reoccur

NOKIA AND ITS BLOODY CARE ????????????????????????

Best way to avoid all these is to avoid nokia
Go for someother and make ur money worth
Onlything in nokia is prices are resonable and user frieldly execpt that nothing do with it

Still I Love My Phone because Its My money and its sentimental

NOTE FOR PEOPLE TAKE XEROX COPYS OF INVOICES AND KEEP IT SAFE u may file case in consumer court with those as evidence and u can ask for replacement i[censored] have more than 3 invoices with Heavy Conflict(mobile returned without solving issue)

    hello sir,
    I am Munish Goyal im having some serious problem in my nokia mobile
    Model No: E63
    IME No: [protected]
    some times my mobile does not open the MENU, when i press menu button it do nothing. bt all other functions work properly when i use them from home screen.
    For this prob i can go to your nokia care center at SANGRUR (Punjab) on 6 or 7 of sep. then they can update the device software to 200.21.012 version, but im still having the same problem.
    then again i can visit nokia care center then they advise me to remove memory card n then to use the code *#7370# to reset & use without any memory card for some days.
    I did the same but again i face the same problem using mobile without any memory card.

    Now the care center person said me that they have no solution for this problem because this is a software problem n they dont have any new version yet so to wait for new versions, but this is not the way to solve any problem. So please tell me what to do............

    Hi,

    I've bougth Nokia E63 mobile on my B'day 3 weeks back. However, next day onwards I'm facing the Menu problem. Whenever I click on Menu - nothing happens. The only solution was to switch off the mobile and restart again. I did this for first 1 week. Then I finally went to Nokia care Center in Abuja, Nigeria who took my mobile and asked me to come back after 10 days. When I finally took back my mobile I was informed that the team has worked on my mobile and is not working fine. However, just yesterday I got the mobile from Nokia care and now I'm again facing the same problem !!!

    I had to restart my mobile twice in last 24 hours. I'm v dissapointed with this Nokia care service. What shud i do?? The mobile was so good that I invested my money to gift myself this cell. but now m really frustrated n helpless about this situation.

    Why is NOKIA not able to solve this problem??

      My whole family members use Nokia mobile phones, I never face any Quality problem but last two month I face service problem with your end.
      l bought nokia N 72 on 9.11.2008, and observe that it unable to read memory card, I give my phone to service center at MANNAT TELECOM , C-10 SECTOR-10 NOIDA on 25 august 2009 my Job Sheet No[protected]/090825/55 and EMEI No- [protected] the authority member of service center ( MR AJAY SINGH,[protected] (M), MISS RENUKA ) misleading me in whole month and never give me any satisfactory answer, when I talk to Regional Manager MR. SHAILENDRA([protected]) HE TOLD ME THAT MY MOBILE DECLAIRED WARENTY VOID , when i went to collect my cell I found that now it was not in a condition even to NOT SWITCH ON, miss Renuka ignored the fact and refuse to give any written fault of mobile.

      I request you to please personelly look after the fact

      Sir,
      I was the fan of Nokia Product till i purchased another piece of Nokia model No 3120c-1 on lost/theft of the same model .I was confident that my problem of theft will be sympatheticaly considered by the company by helping me to locate the same.On my repeated visit of the dealer i was tried to fool by giving wrong directives and compelled me to buy fresh one. I purchased another same model Mobile but there was manufacturing defect and was confirmed by the authorised service center.The mobile is under warranty period and have tried twice to handover with confirmation of its repair but on taking the possession the same problem of net work distrubance was noticed .They confirmed that there is manufacturing defect and required to be send to the Dehli for its repair but before sending some Rs. 1250/- would required to be spent for minor repair and only after that the delhi office will accept the piece for repair. I have tried my level best to knew as to how the new defect came after confirming twice about its o.k. performance?and insistence of paying Rs. 1250/- to enable him to sent my piece to Delhi office for manufacturing defect? I have lodge the complaint through email only consolation kind of reply is received any no any further communication nor any solution is arrived till date.I am up set with the services of nokia and hence my all earlier respect for the company has wiped off.Post sale services are BOGHAS and worth to buy any other product.rather than to buy and to suffer lot.

        Sir,
        I have bought a nokia mobile (IMEI NO. [protected],PRODUCT CODE 0577793,GSM,MODEL NAME 5130C-2) on 24-08-09 from barasat,but after a day I found that the FM radio is not properly worked.So I have submit it to barasat nokia care named MANASI sethpukur barasat.They give me date again and again to return the set , but till date I cant return my handset.

        I have already complained against it ,but not yet resolved.

        Kindly look in to these matter.

          I purchased Nokia 7210 Supernova in November 2008. After 3 months my phone was not starting even after i charged it. I took it your customer care center in pune. They told me it was some hardware problem and it will take a week's time. After that i tried creating backup on my phone and when i tried to restore it whole of my original data got deleted. It shows my draft messages in my inbox. Even if my inbox is empty it selects blank messages and gives the option to delete them also. Your company told me my messages software need to be reloaded. Now after 1 month my phone is not starting. Its fully charged but still when i start it the main screen comes and then vanishes. I expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest.

          mine is also giving much problem. after battery is empty, when i start, it never starts even if i charge it, thts too much and so disgusting n giving so much anger n disturbance to other work.sometimes camera dosent starts or sometimes music player . n sometimes even it hangs horribly. plz give some remediy as soon as possible .thnx

            dear sir,
            i bought a nokia 6300from 10/3/2009 from your authorised dealer cute corner vide bill no. 8260
            after sixth month it started to creat problem . i visted your nokia care centre on 19 sep. 2009 . your expert said its software problem . he renewed the software. but after 15 days it create same problem.this is very bad experience for me . i will request u kindly change the set .

            Nokia 6300 — Flickering Screen

            I have bought Nokia 6300 with IMEI no [protected] on 22/4/2008.I have a persistent problem with its screen.Screen of my set flickers whenever there is any outgoing or incoming on the cell.I have already submitted my cell two times in the nokia care for the same problem.but after few time of repair the same problem occur in the cell.This time again i am facing the same problem.but when the last time i submitted my cell in the nokia care they intimated me that i have warranty till Feb only, although as per the date of purchase warranty should be till April..Now suggest me from where i should get my set repaired so that this problem will not arise again.

                30 mb is the phone memory for 5130..............i have used not even 5.4mb of phone memory but when i checked used space and free space it said "3.7mb free of space" used space was gallery 4.4mb,messege 114kb,application 945kb or so,bookmark 3kb and so on, not even 21mb.........please guide me what might have happened:

                My nokia5130 handset is not working
                i have purchased 5130 two week ago but after someday it is hanging, number are not going to save there problem of battery back up (only 8 hrs, and it take time of more than two hrs to charge), i contact to nokia care ... they told me that format ur memory card then use ...but afret formating it has same story... so i have given it to nokia care again they send it to their head office ...and i received it yesterday ...but the problem is same... now what can i do? can i go to consumer forum against nokia...give me suggetions ...

                  PROBLEMS WITH MY NOKIA 7210 MOBILE SINCE August Ist DAY ONWARDS :-

                  1. SET HANGING FREQUENTLY.
                  2. IF WE SWITCH OFF & ON, IT WILL WORK FOR SOME TIME.(AGAIN WE HAVE TO RESTART)

                  We have facing above problems from the 1st day of August onwards. We have observed above problems 5 months after purchasing. But problems was remain same. We went to shop and informed the same. As per their instruction we have sent the handset to Nokia Care Centre, which is located at (Saksham Computers, Mayur Vihar, Phase – I), for servicing.

                  They handed over the mobile to me after 2 months. After lot many follow-ups they handed over the set without repairing and told us that it is not repairable. Now the set is completely dead. As per the nokia care they are saying that it’s PCB is bend and the part is not available with the company for the replacement.

                  After that we visited so many times to Nokia Care Centre to take delivery. But we found problems remain same. Nokia Care Centre committed so many times to replace the pcb. Even though replace the pcb problems was not rectified. Your customer response & treatment is very poor.

                  At present the above mentioned handset is with nokia care located at sector-10, Noida (Mannat Telecom, C-10, Sector-10, Noida-201301 since 19th Sep, 2009 to till date. The same things are repeating here also.

                  Why we suffer for purchasing Nokia product?
                  After purchasing Nokia product, it is lying in Nokia Care Centre only.
                  Why Nokia Care Centres are giving TROUBLE & HARASSMENT to customers.
                  Nokia Company gave same training to Nokia Care Centers?

                  I WANT NEW SET / DOA.

                  nokia 7210 — Unsatisfactory service at ur service centre

                  Dear Sir,
                  This is to draw ur attentikon to the matter that ur authorised service centre at Anand(Gujarat) is not providing satisfactory service to the customer.

                  I have nakia cell phone(Nokia 7210) which faces some network problems since 15 days. When approaches the above stated service centre, ur representative Mr Javed couldnot give satisfactory reply. Even approached for many times my complaints have not been taken care of.

                  I want to become one among the customer of Nokia, with the intention i have bought Nokia 7120C mobile in the month of Feb 09.
                  Soon after some time the Outgoing voice is very low , upon going to the service center intially they said it is corrected and now it is ready for use.I have checked the same but the problem is still not rectified.They have again taken back for service.
                  After one month of delay finally they said it will not be corrected and you have to take back the mobile saying you have tampered.The mobile was lying with them for one month and now they are saying it is ir-serviceble.
                  PLs look into the same and give justice for me.

                    respected sir,
                    I am one of the Nokia mobile users for the past 10 years. All my family members are using only Nokia mobiles and I also recommended my friends & colleagues to go for Nokia.
                    I had trust on it before but not now… I am sorry to say that… Because you people made me to do so.
                    I am really Sorry to say that I lost all my confidence and faith with NOKIA..

                    Let me explain the problem sir,
                    i have nokia 5220 express music cell phone. my cell phone camera was not working properly camera was showing stand by mode, i went to nokia servicing center {simplex service centre} {sardarpura,jodhpur, rajasthan} for checking my phone cell phone on date 28 aug-09 after 1 hour i got the number and talk to exicutive tell him my problem that my cell phone camera was not working properly please chek cemera was showing stand by mode i think some key was locked my phone ia working properly ,he told me that i m checking wait for 15 minutes after 15 minute he told me that we have to upgrade new soft ware n ur charge will be 331RS for that after new software ur phone will be ok , my job sheet no[protected]/090828/25
                    i have no option i told ok i will pay for that but i want my cell as soon b"coz my totally busniess on phone they told me that it will take time u have to come after 5 days we will call u .i leave my cell there ,after 7 days no reply from there so i call to service centre and ask my cell status they connect my line to engnieer MR.rahul he told me that we have to take dead approval from u
                    i shock y sir i have give u cell in running condition and i have only the problem of camera he told me that ok i check and repair ur cell but u have to wait for 10 days more b"coz we will sending ur cell to out jodhpur and after 15 days when i call some mem pick up the phone and i tell her that please check my status of my cell she told me ur set is dead u can collect ur cell .i really shocked how my phone was dead then i go to service centre and talk to MR.RAHUL and talk what is this sir ur telling that we r upgrading new software in ur and now ur telling ur cell was dead it will not repair ,i told mr rahul that this is cheating with the consumer i will complain to ur head office and go to court all staff was laughing on me i leave my cell there and go from there. they damage my cell phone sir,
                    I had terrible and bad experience in customer servicing with the Nokia...Care... Not only me I found most of the people who come for serving face a terrible experience...Like no proper response when we give a call... or they disconnect the call while speaking... They spoil the name of Nokia...
                    Note: Important: If I don't receive proper response from this Mail I am going to take severs action against the company through legally and also I am going to publish an article on all the local newspapers .
                    And finally I kindly request you people all those who represent NOKIA to give right Information to customer and commit yourself what you say... Or don’t spoil the Brand name"...
                    See the loyalty to the customer it not me suffered there are many customer like me….
                    i hope u will take some action on thjose people who spoil the name of nokia
                    I need a Solution for this….

                      Sir,
                      with respect to the subject matter, i would like to inform you that,I got repaied my NOKIA 5300 LCD screen from NOKIA CARE sevice centre ,they replaced my LCD screen with new one charging 1300/-and provided me warranty of 6 months on the cash receipt ( Cash Receipt attached), but after 45 days(1.5 months) there is line coming on screen when i approch to NOKIA CARE they said it again need to be replaced again with same charge,but on bill given previously it was written that there is 6 month warranty on LCD and still 3 months are left.
                      when i asked them why they are charging again even it was not mis-handled but completly due to technical fault and it is under warranty period , what they have given in written. They said they have changed there policy and now provide only 15 days warranty and wasted my time by another 1month.
                      So kindly take adequete action in above matter.

                      Don't trust Nokia products and services. I bought a new sealed pack Nokia 5800 ExpressMusic. From the first day itself it's having display problems. I had given it to the Nokia care for repairing. At first they told it will take 1 hour to repair. After repairing they had delivered it to me, but the problem was not resolved. After that they say excuses and ask to come and collect after 2-3 days. I was calling the Nokia care for more than 10 times. Every time they say the display panel will come on next day. So I decide to buy back it. They had given my mobile back after signing that I had received the mobile after repairing. When I complained to the Nokia customer care about this, they are saying they cannot take any compaint regarding this as the mobile is with me. I am writing this to make people aware about the Nokia fraud so that no one should get in to the Nokia trap.

                        Nokia doesn't do any kind of lotteries. This should mean that all the messages saying that you have won anything in a Nokia lottery are fraudulent.

                          Hi,
                          I bought a NOKIA 5800 few days back and on that very day I found that it has got problem in its MMC Card. So, I went to the Nokia Priority to verify. They found that the MMC card was defective and changed that MMC card. The very next day I found that the speaker are creating problem while talking(Sound cracking), so, I went to the Nokia Priority again. Now they are saying me to go to the Nokia Care. I have not even used that cellphone for a day,it was a defective piece that they have sold to me.
                          Is it feasible, that you buy a defective product from Nokia priority then take it to Nokia Care, repair it and then use?
                          Please take immediate action on this.

                            I gave my headset i.e. Nokia 3110c set as it suffered some liquid damage problem according t the customer care manager of NOKIA CARE CENTER AT UJJAIN,(near gurdwara freegang branch).
                            The cell was in warranty till then.They said they'l send it to delhi for services and asked me to check the status on 8th day through which i'll get to know whether the services are in warranty or not.
                            i called them, they did not replied for 4 days properly...every time they had some reasons.Finally they told me that your cell is on repair under warranty n asked to recieve it after another 10 days.
                            after 10 days they called me n asked to take away the cell and informed that it is totally repaired and the display is now working and repair is under warranty.
                            when i went to collect the headset they told its no yet repaired and repairing would cost some 1800 and would take another 15 days.
                            they said there might have been some confusion on phone.
                            I suspect there is something wrong between the procedures.Still not got my headset.
                            I feel like puting a case on them in consumers court.

                              Nokia — Inferior handset quality and even inferior services

                              I purchased a Nokia N97-Mini. Within the warranty period, I faced operational issues with the phone. I submitted it to Service Centre for repair.
                              They returned me the phone without repairing the problem. I submitted it again. They called me to collect it and that it has been repaired but I found problem is again not resolved. So I requested them to forward it to technical team. After repair activity by technical team also for more than a week, the problem was not resolved.
                              Hence I requested the company to replace the handset with a new handset or return my money back,given that it is in warranty period and they are unable to solved the problem.
                              Post this I was asked to take a Nokia C-700 in place of my Nokia N97-Mini because N97 has been discontinued at their end. I requested them that I am not comfortable with this handset since it a fully touch screen handset. The service centre said we cannot solve this probelm, please contact Customer Care Helpline. There I was given the assurance that this handset is as good and I should try it for 2 days and then decide. So I co-operated and got ready to try out the handset for 2 days. BUt the Service Centre refused to hand over the handset to me and also misbenhaved me. I was humiliated in their centre. They started speaking in Kannada( I dont know what all abuses would have done in a different language). I requested them that please talk to your Customer care and go as they have said. They refused. Hence I called Customer Care againa nd requested them to speak but they refused to speak to anyone.
                              It has been 25 days since I gave the phone for repair 4th time and still my problem is no resolved, I have to suffer the damage in daily life due to absence of my phone. Only reply I get from Customer Cae is it has been escalated to next level.

                              I have never been this troubled with any device, no matter what the price. In this case I have spent Rs18000 on the handset and in return I have gotten no redreassal of complaint, misbehaviour, humiliation and I still dont have a phone!

                              Please help.

                                I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - 5130c2, ESN/IMEI NUMBER– 355232/03/0212119/5, PRODUCT CODE –0577793) on 07.09.2009 from manimajra mobile store.

                                From the day of purchase, the handset is showing the frequent problem of sudden switching off. sometimes get hange.once its switched off takes time to switch on.when i purchsed have to go to gurgoan.in the evening i have to go coz have to report in my office.

                                So when i operate that cell there while openning folder was taking time or get hanged.that cell battery even not giving proper backup also ,once i charged that cell nver charge fully.in this cell phone lots of other defects like in their joy stick its not working properly.

                                when called mobile store person,he said you can come will reslove your problem.when i went he said mam,u shud visit nokia care centre cause don have sufficent staff.same day have to go gurgoan due to my job,that day i specially came.

                                when i get time went nokia care centre in sec-29 gurgoan,they said its a defective piece.we can only reslove software problem not other thing we can change if will change would be charged of rupee 2000.once will open this phone you would not b able to change.

                                i just want to ask every boby spending their hard money.if am purchasing somthing and after new cell that is giving me lots of tension.since i purchased this phone not able to use properly.what is the use of this set.this means your mobile stores are making fool of customer and selling them defective piece.

                                Even after they are not admitting their mistake after 4th day told them about problem bt no body was taking pain.why should i pay 2000 rupee once i purchase new cell phone.

                                For my official work I have to travel a lot . where mobile is an absolute necessity to keep a track with the clients and also with office. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected.
                                since i have purchased this cell phone am only suffering,i think wasted my money.seriously in future will nver prefer any body to went mobile store for any sort of purchasing.

                                Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly change the present handset with a new one for your customer satisfaction.

                                nokia5130 — defective piece

                                I bought a nokia5130 express music in sept2009. In dec2009 the phone's radio got corrupted and all the stations played the same song. When given for service they said its a software problem and updated the software in a time span of 10 days. But it was very disturbing because the phone was brand new. Just 2 months old. Now, after 3-4 months, again the phone has encountered the same problem with the radio. This clearly proves that it is a defective piece. But they are refusing to accept this fact. I strongly demand for a replacement because am not ready to compromise with a defective piece. The phone has not even crossed the warranty period, but giving so much trouble. I want to sort this problem before the warranty expires because they will very easily step away saying that the warranty has expired. Their attitude towards my complaint is really annoying. Hope they dont drive me to the extent of approaching the consumer court.

The other thing is the back up i found it all the time when my phone comes back from care all the data is lost so i have to suffer another loss for that. so i request you to please refer my complaint so that i can get it replace from nokia.nokia is one of the best brands for mobiles these was my prediction so i bought these phone and see what is going on.

                                Its my humble request to forward my complaint so that i can get it replace.

                                  Dear sir/madam, it is hereby inform u that i have lost my Nokia 7210c D. Black from nearby my residence at Nasirpur Dwarka ,New Delhi on 05/10/09.My mobile has the IMEI NO:-[protected]. I have registered a complaint in Dabri police station. So please do something in this regard or else these mobile thefts or loses will leave no trust on the service centres and the tracking sytems of the company.

                                  Please do something to find my cell because its very new i hv taken it only one day before (i.e. 04/10/09)

                                        i bought nokia 5200 one & half years back.After 2 months i bought cell,one sofyware problem.And three months before again one software problem. Now 4 buttons are not working. During any problem in my mobile i cant pay 300 or 500 rupeees. better i bought this cell,i would have bought basic model.With in one & half years 4 complaints.So you please keep this mind. And i hope for a positive reply.
