Recently l purchased a nokia 5130c-2. It has a problem whenever i try to download java applications even from nokia's own ovi store it downloads app then says invalid application.
I even tried to update the phone software but my phone has the most recent version rm-495. And company isn't providing patch

I urchased a nokia 3120 on date 05/07/2005. IMEI number [protected]. bill number 1455. airtel custmer care call and sms to me your imei number is invalid and your hanset blocked after 30 november 2009. please shortout my problem.

i'm sri Rajesh kumar jena from orissa has got a problem on my nokia 1100 phone.sir my phone was slipped from my hand then it didnot open only a short msg that is "contact sevice" is display.i took my phone to care but they can't solve this.sir plz solve my problem for which i'll be grateful to u.

My camera takes lots of time to open up, when a snap is taken the screen woin't clear out till what seems like hours and its functioning has become quite slow.
and my music player won't display the correct names of the mp3s sometimes and after lib update, it won't start up till quite lots of time...

Hello Nokia,

I have been using your products for past 6 years and my
family members all have a Nokia set.Well I'm coming to
the point,i purchased a NOKIA 1202c (details given
below),1 year ago and i had no issues untill 29/10/09
when my service provider BHARATHI AIRTEL contacted me
telling that my IMEI number is invalid and if i don't
register my IMEI number with 200 INR to a govt agency
all the services would be withdrawn from my handset
1202c.
Here comes two questions

[1] IMEI registration and headache is NOKIA's responsibility
and customer is only suppose to use it isn't it ?

[2] Why should i register your IMEI number for which i paid
for your product which inc all the IMEI stuff ?

I have purchased a Nokia N 97 one month ago but I am not satisfied with the performance of the mobile set with following region

1. The said Model N 97 (Sl No [protected])is not a such type of set to spend Rs 32000.00
2. All functions of the set is configure in such a haphazard manner so that it become useless for user
3. 120 MB of ram has been given in the set but only 30 to 35 MB is free for other applications so that the Operating System runs very slowly
4. The set is always comes in to hang mode
5. Ones we open any application that will remain opened after exit, due to that the set become hang
6. The set is not supporting BSNL SIM( as admitted by your area officer Mr. Manoj over phone ) while you haven’t toled during the time on purchase
7. Every time we have to switch off and on to make any call, because of that the battery system of the mobile set affected badly.
8. The set become hang 15 to 20 times in a day
9. Battery back up is very low only 2 hour (approx)
10. The set switch off during the period of stand by (as per your advertisement 420 hour is your stand by backup )
11. Your NPD and other dealer are not showing the feature of the mobile on the time of purchase than how can any customer comes to know the pros and corn of the set, we are bound to purchase the set on the trust of your brand name , the set is selling under seal pack condition and we comes to know the future only after purchase
12. We have to purchase the set only on the basis of advertisement and browser
That’s proofs that your are crossing the law of consumers rights (Consumer Protection Act)
13. Because of your fraudulent advertisement , I am feeling cheated by Nokia , after purchase of the set
14. I have purchased the set after seeing the advertisement of the product and the trust on the NOKIA, and the product very is slow in compression to advisement
15. We are using 15 NOKIA products in my family but its matter of great sorrow that the N 97 is disturbed my peace since the date of purchase
16. In the nutshell I am not satisfied with N97 and I am feeling that Nokia has cheated me, you are requested to return my MONEY and take back your failure product as soon as possible
I have visited Nokia care with my problem and no body has solve my problem. I need not to hold this product longer and please take back your product and refund my money.

And please tell me, why shouldn’t I go to Court of law because of your impractical, illegal , unprofessional selling method in the country
you are requested to please look into the matter at your end, I am wating for your positive response

I Purchased NOKIA E-71 on 4th Oct 2009 from Nokia Priority, All India Communications, Sangath Mall 1 Sabarmati - Gandhinager Highway, Ahmedabad. Before purchasing the Hand set, the seller was very persuasive and was promising a lot of things. He told me that he would arrange all settings and would help in trubleshooting always in future. His behavior was very good that day. As per scheme, he activated the licence of GPS for three months. After a week, I got GPRS message from BSNL. I approached the seller and requested him for desired settings for the operation of GPRS. He told that the BSNL had not correctly sent the message so it was not possible to run GPRS. I told this problem to my friend and he within two minutes made the settings and GPRS was working ! I checked and GPS also started working and could indicate my position etc. Meanwhile I went to Mumbai and GPS did not work neithe navigation nor position was working I stayed at Mumbai and it did not work. After returning from mumbai I told this problem to Nokia priority manager, he checked the phone and told that GPRS was not working. I told him that if he didi not know how to do the settings, he should tell. I ran GPRS and showed him google site. Then he told that because BSNL has not given settings correctly so GPS was not working. I ran GPS and showed him that GPS was showing my position correctly. By this time he had became totally arrogant and was shouting like any thing. My question was that if it was working in Ahmedabad why it was not working in Mumbai. But he was telling many different stories. Then I asked him to check that when my licence would expire, he checked it through inserting his SIM card in my mobile and told that it would expire on 7th Nov. I told him that licence should be valid for three months from 4th Oct and how it can lapse on 7th Nov. He started looking furious and asked me to not to come to his shop again! I am a customer and havre paid for a product and now if he is not fulfilling promises and there are total inconsistency in his statement, how he can be allowed to behave like this. If he does not know doing settings, he can say that but how he can be allowed to fool customers and because he is rich how he can be alloowed to behave indecently. Nokia has to think. Being a responsible citizen I feel such action should be discontinued. Nokia has to take appropriate action against such persons.

I have purchased one Nokia N73 in 2008. Initially I was feeling uncomfortable with the joystick of the set. And I got confirmed after one year that joystick provided in this model is totally uncomfortable to use while browsing net and writing message and other options too. Now I'm at loss when I am unable to use it comfortably. The set has been totally uncomfortable just after a year. I request the company to provide joystick like N70 which is much comfortable to use. Besides I want to know if I could get any replacement of it with other model? Kindly clarify and rectify the model.

I bought a 5030 three months before, had speaker problem. Gone to service and returned a NEW mobile, stating that software problem.

Now, Even the NEW one is NOT working. No keys are working and Nothing doing with the device.

What to do now? Is it FAILURE Model? Why this happens?

I've bougth Nokia E63 mobile on my B'day 3 weeks back. However, next day onwards I'm facing the Menu problem. Whenever I click on Menu - nothing happens. The only solution was to switch off the mobile and restart again. I did this for first 1 week. Then I finally went to Nokia care Center in Abuja, Nigeria who took my mobile and asked me to come back after 10 days. When I finally took back my mobile I was informed that the team has worked on my mobile and is not working fine. However, just yesterday I got the mobile from Nokia care and now I'm again facing the same problem !!!

I had to restart my mobile twice in last 24 hours. I'm v dissapointed with this Nokia care service. What shud i do?? The mobile was so good that I invested my money to gift myself this cell. but now m really frustrated n helpless about this situation.

I was given my mobile on 23rd of Octomber 2009, for repairing. They taken my mobile for checking the problem. after checking they given me the job sheet. they said came after 2 days.Then i meet them on 28th of Octomber 2009. they gave me back my mobile and taken the money of rpairing. But when i check it the mobile the main problem is not done by them but they taken all the fees. After that i again give them the mobile for repair but this time they said that your handset is not going to repair by us so you take it back. and receipt is given to customers is not printed it is in wirtten. and they not given description of for which part or softwareor for work done they are going to take money, only in written one small receipt they gave me. and when i asked the description of money in printed form they said they not going to give. This type of receipt is given to all customers by them. No any description on the receipt.

This is Dayanand. I have purchase a new Nokia 3110 classic mobile on 17.05.09.
This has a problem of switching of automatically. Then i can not switch on again. Will have to take it to the Nokia care & get it repaired. They tel it is a software problem. This has happened for 4 times in 3 months. I am also not using blue tooth in this mobile.
If this continues after warranty also, I will have to pay for each time. This will be highly impossible. I have requested the Nokia care people for replacement of Hand set. They have not promised me any thing but they told that they will raise a complaint requesting handset replacement.
How do i proceed to get a replacement for this handset? Is their any other way?
I am really fed up with Nokia care people. They are only giving me temporary solutions. They are not trying to solve the problem permanently.
I need the details to approach Nokia people directly (Not nokia care-they are just service providers for them).

4th time also they had uploaded some software and told me that the mobile is ready. But I told them that, I cant accept this. I need a replacement for this handset. Asked them to raise a complaint.

i just received a sms from nokia saying :
"I have received a SMS from [protected] stating your cell number has won 250000pounds in the NOKIA Promo in UK, for claims call +[protected] and email; [protected]@nokiaoffice.org"
i called this number and they say that is real and want an email with my adress phone number etc. i just send mail and now im waitin please tell me is it real send me an email to vigan.[protected]@gmail.com
