Sub: Nokia N95, 8GB handset stolen

Dear Sir,

My Cell phone: N95 – 8GB Nokia Handset has been stolen on 16.11.09 at 6 pm from Yusuf Meherali Road, Masjid Bunder (W), Mumbai. I had lot of data in that phone.

I had locked my phone and it had a password, so the thief will have to unlock the phone to use it, which I believe he may come to any Nokia centre in Mumbai.

It will be great if you inform all your Nokia Centres in India about my lost phone and that they inform me at the above contact number immediately if they find such a
phone.

I have all my phone details which are as below:

I have lodged a police complaint in this regard and have attached the Complaint Certificate along with this letter.

Nokia N95 8 GB - Balck Colour — Stolen from Shop.

This person acting to be a customer comes in a shop to buy a CFL Bulb. In less than 2 mins leaves the shop without buying anything. After 10 mins I come to know that my cell phone is missing.

This person is between 22 to 25 yrs age, Dark complexion, Approx 5 ' feet.

He will have to unlock the phone first even to start using another sim.

    I accidently turned on the pin request on my phone and then i kept trying to get the code but i couldn't, so then it made me put in a puk code, i kept trying different numbers but none worked and now it says that my sim card is rejected and it won't let me do anything. Could someone PLEASE help me to get back into my phone.

      TO DEACTIVATE FTV Model SUBSCRIPTION
      Sir,
      My self sushil kumar srivastava
      I get a service message on my mobile no. [protected] from 58888 or web address htttp://wap1.indiatimes.com .

      The wap sub FTV Model pack service is activated nearly 16.10.2009.

      After this amount of Rs.30 reduced every month from mobile .
      I conferm many times to costumer care for this problem but there is no solution and they did not give me any solution to deactivation.

      Now i wanted to deactive this service for allways.
      please help me and DEACTIVATE my this wap subscriptuion.

        Dear Sir,

        I had purchased this Nokia Phone 5310 of Rs. 8200/- on 29.03.2009 from Mobile Store, Sector-6 market, Dwarka, New Delhi.

        Since the date of purchase this set has a software problem, Phone automatically switch off and then restart again and once switch off did not get started, then first time sent to Nokia care at Panipat through some of my known friend as soem of his friend working there. Then I receive the set.

        After 2 months again in June, 2009, a software problem arises, then My father went to Nokia Care Centre, Om Ujala Communication, F-101/102, 1st floor Krishan Plaza, Plot No.12, Sector-4, Dwarka Ph- [protected] , After 1 hour , he give set to my father, now this is ok.

        Now In October again, my set automatically switch off and my father given on Nokia Care on[protected], the cocerned engineer Mr. Imran said that -there is a liquid damage and did not come under Waraanty and pay 1250/-. My father agrees and sign - as we did not know about any softwares of mobiles and think just a matter off 1250/-.

        Now its more then 1 month and on 12 November , 2009 their Manager of Nokia Care Mr. Kamal Aggarwal said that it requires Rs. 3500/- to repair as there is a water damage?

        I am very upset from this Nokia:

        1. This set has a manufacturing defect from the date of purchase otherwise why it requires repairing again and again?

        2. My set never fall in water and neither fell down, then how they said - Water damage?

        Nobody want to hear me , how should I know may it is their fault?

        They just want to make money.

        I purchase this set of amount of Rs. 8200/- and now this is totally waste as I did not use this set due to its problem? Now they demand Rs. 3500/- again, tell me Is it worthy? What is the guarantee again?

        Really In nokia centre- services are very poor and totally fraud?

        They did not want to replace the set and just want to make money.

        Please help me what to do, as I am a middle class working lady, single with my 4 years child and I will not afford to pay again and again?

          Hi,

          I purchased N79 in the month of july-2009.Within a week it started hanging.I had to run around 3 times to the center to get repair it(to install right firmware).Then after 3 weeks the phone speaker(in bulit) became very noisy but it was fine with headset.When i approched the center for this prob on sep-22nd,after 5 hrs of waiting ,they told me to farmat my memory card as they felt virus could cause this prob(Most Rediculouse diagnosis).As i am Electronics Engineer in R&D institute,I know very clearlly it is not Virus prob. virus can affect s/w to make system malfunction but not hardware.When i explained this then they tookback my phone and said they want to observe it two days (Till now i don't know what they mean by it ) .After several calls i made(after 10 days) , they told me i will be given replacement,but only after another10 days. Then on 2nd oct they gave me one handset but faulty one (camera itself not working). I showed it to them there itself at the time of delivery itselt. This time they said sorry and told me nokia sent them faulty one they are not responsible and asked for another 10 days for another handset. Then again they delivered me another handset but very old one. Display is full of scratches and black color cabinet(what i purchased is white cabinet with white back cover). This seems to me customer has to take whatever they deliver to him/her as if they are giving free phone,otherwise they will keep delaying. Till now phone is not delivered to me.And They say they will not give any compensation for this delay.


          Pls makesure this time they deliver me New phone with features working with compensation (Warranty Extention), Otherwise i will take all possible Legal Action against both the service center Nokia.

          The N79 is a very buggy phone from the firmware to the hardware. I myself being an N79 customer can tell this. Listen my phone developed a blank screen problem. I took it to Nokia Care, they told me my warranty is void as there is liquid in my device. I was shocked as there has been no water spill to my phone. I took my phone back.

          I sent a notice to Nokia head office about my issue requesting for replacement or i will sue them and will approach media. And after 4 days they replied and told they will replace my phone. The next day i was given a brand new sealed N79 from Nokia care. You can do the same.

            Straight to the point, the Nokia 5800 may be the last Nokia I would own, and definitely the last Symbian phone I would own.
            Dear Nokia,

            If you were to release a phone, please release something stable and not something akin to Windows ME. First you ripped us off by having a cheaper version with kinetic scrolling and such, second it's unstable as hell....while I am not a fan of IPhone, this piece of crap called 5800 is in no way gonna be anywhere near to causing a dent on IPhone's popularity.
            Please develop a phone with some passion, not just to make money....bunch of scammers.

              Hello,
              I bought a nokia 5800 xpressmusic on 20th october, 2009 from Mobilestore Baguiati, Kolkata. When they demonstrate the set, then we saw that we can notr accept calls from the handsfree. The store guys told me that there will be some settings problems and please see the manual and it will be fixed. I discover at the night of 20th october, 2009 that the handsfree does not work at all. Next day I went to the mobile store and they told, as that is one day over, the responsibility was not their. They told me to go to nearest nokia care which is situated at golaghata, kolkata. I submitted the handset to them on 23rd October, 2009, after 10 days they told they even not send it to head-office (Noida) and there as I insist to check, they discover the problem is not of the handsfree but of the headdset. Then I again inform the mobile store guys. They told me to submit the set again to nokia care as they talk to the head of the customer care and the mobile store head also and they assure me to fix the problem. I again submitted the headset and the handsfree to nokia care on 3rd November, 2009 as they send the all things to Noida, the head-office for repairing or replacement. After then on 14th November, 2009 the nokia care guys call me, as my set is back repaired. When I go to receive my phone I found the problem is as it is and the headset can not detect the handsfree remote at all.

              I'm just fade up with these guy's irresponsibility. I bought the phone with approx Rs. 13590. which is a big ammount for me. And from the day I bought it I even can not use it.

              Please help me. If you need any document please let me inform, I'll provide it.

              Nokia 5800 — problem in handfree mike

              I buy Nokia mobile 5800 on 16.03.2009 with EMEI: [protected]. Now the problem is in his handsfree mike & display hang & speaker I submit about these problem in nokia care on 24/06/2009. They send mobile to head office with job sheet no:[protected]/090620/9. I recive back mobile on 30.06.2009 when i check phone i see problem of mike does not solve. I request them before and now again that please replace me a new phone. now they send again my mobile with same job sheet no.
              This is my humble request that i face lots of problem by this hand set i Face mental & phisical harracement. Please accepct my request.

              Before these problem two times software change would solve from local care centre. After buy mobile i go out of station for 14 days . On day 3 after buy i face a problem in speaker about this problem i visit faridabad care centre. Now these problem.
              Yes, i too faced the problem...If i hang the headset and sit in my bike covering with helmet, the other party can't recognize my voice or what am speaking...they say that the voice is not so clear or they ask me to use the handset directly instead headset...Headset is used for the time when we travel...If this is a problem, then what's the purpose o[censored]sing a headset...kindly go thru the case and do the need...
              I fully agree with the problem. This problem happends from the day one for me as well. When i connect the mike, after sometime it got blanked out and i am not able to hear anything and the phone got hang. I have to switch off and restart the phone which keeps me annoying every time and lost my interest in using the phone.

              I have handed over to Nokia customer care in tnagar and waiting for the problem to get resolved.

              First time i encountered the issue of phone not storing the charge while it is showing that its charging, I had taken it to Nokia Care {Service and Communication: A-180 Sukhdev Nagar Market, Kotla Mubarakpur, Opposite defence colony Red Light, New Delhi -110003} on 13 Nov 2010 and got the cell back on 27 Nov 2010{Saturday} And they also charged me an amount of 2850,yet the problem was not fixed , then i reported the same and returned the mobile to them on 29 Nov 2010{Monday} and then they returned me the phone in an almost working condition which stopped working in a just week.while i was out of the city.and that was most frustating, it completely charged out and never came up even me putting another battery.this nokia care also tested my battery when i gave them the phone second time. then just a week before i again returned the phone to them reporting that the phone has stopped working that i tried to charge it but it never work..the phone is getting heated up.

              Two days before when i again visited this nokia care for a positive status they told me that my phone is dead and they tried software reinstallation to make it work, so i may have to again pay up a huge amount of money too.this is not all acceptable, the more annoying thing is that no one in this nokia care not even there manager is ready or even bothered to accept any kind of responsibility even after knowing the fact that i am visiting this nokia center for the same issue for the forth time

              I Really never understood this excuse of there."How in this world is it possible to update the software of a dead phone?"
              I really had a bad experience with this nokia centre and would really appreciate some one responsible from nokia could take care of this issue or i would be forced to report this issue to consumer forum as i feel i have been cheated.

              Hope I wont be disappointed this time.

                I had purchase a bluetooth BH-209 from Planet M,Saket Mall on 1st August 2009. And from the Very first day it was having one or the other trouble. The handset was not having voice clarity and there was a lot of disturbance coming while talking through that bluetooth.Thus after jostling with the bluetooth for 1 month i made the biggest mistake of my life by giving in the nokia care center (Gulati Communications)which is located at the Gole Market Lane.I had submitted my bluetooth on a very sad day of 2nd september 2009 in the hope that i would be getting a replaced bluetooth in 1 month (which is in itself a very long period for replacement). But they nokia care people had different plans. When i visited the Care Center on the Target date of delivery (i.e-29th September 2009)of the bluetooth then they told me that my bluetooth has not came yet and i need to visite the nokia care center again next week. After a week again i went to the care center and the Person Mr Hemant Gulati gave me a old Bluetooth with Model No BH-204 saying that this is the bluetooth which he has recieved from the Headoffice. I told him that i will not take any other bluetooth then BH 209 (Brand New) bluetooth for replacement. Then he told me that it will take another 15 days to get the new bluetooth so i waited for next 15 days for the bluetooth and when i visited them again after 15 days they again to told me that they have not yet received the bluetooth yet and it will take a weeks more time to get the bluetooth. Then i called nokia care- Call Center and they told me that they would arrange a bluetooth by 30 October 2009 and i should visit the Nokia Care on that date. And when i again went to the Gulati Communications, i was again told that still they have not recived the bluetooth. So i again came back empty handed. Now again i had called the Nokia care-call center and they had told me that for sure you will get your replaced bluetooth by 13th November 2009. And when i again went to the Nokia Care-Gulati Communications. Then they again gave me an Old Bluetooth with the Model No-BH-204. And told me that this is the bluetooth the headoffice has send to them again.I have still rejected to take that bluetooth and again complaint the Call center about this case but even they are not helping and even there has been no communication from any of the nokia people to me. For last 2 and half months i have been waiting for my bluetooth to get replaced. I have really got fedup with the nokia care-call center and Nokia Care-Gulati Communication.

                This is the worst experience of my life with any of the care centers.Nokia people are not even ready to listen to the customers. I really feel cheated and i dont know whether i would recieve my bluetooth back or not. I really want my bluetooth back and also a compensation for the mental harressment they have given to me and also for the number of visites i need for make to the care center and also for the time and energy i had to put to visite the nokia care center every time.

                Please advice how to take legal action against the nokia care
                This is one of the example of complaints against gulati communication as there are more i have seen on internet and similar problems i have faced in dealing with them, and different parts missing in the phone,
                Visit the Nokia Care in any Metros once. You will never buy any Nokia Product in your life. On seeing the crowd from outside you will think that some recruitment rally is happening there. People are flooded with their Nokia mobile to repair.

                  i bought a 5130 nokia model about 6 months ago.from the very starting it was showing some problems.it was taking much time in switching off/on.but since that was not a major problem i just ignored it.
                  but now from some days it get switched off at its on in every 3-4 minutes & then start by itself.i went to nokia care to get solution but instead they vanished all stored data without informing me.they don't even told me what they are going to do.
                  i waited for about 1 & 1/2 hours & at last got my phone losing all data.as i step out i found that problem was still same.my phone was getting switched off again.means my 1/2 an hour waiting was just a waste.
                  i stepped in nokia care again & informed them again.they took the mobile & returned it back after installing some software saying that the problem is resolved.as i stepped out i found my phone was switched off again instead of having fully charged.
                  i returned back to home as i know it was senseless to go to nokia care & expect any help.now i really want to ask what should i do next?

                  nokia 5130 — mobiles gets off in 10 minutes

                  my hndset nokia 5130 imei no.[protected]. purchase date-05/03/09.my set goes off with ih 5to 10 minutes.i already give 2to 3 time to ur customer care in gurgaon at old delhi road but they r not able to found the fault & always say there is a problem with software & try 2 to 3 times but fail im very fed up with ur service im really having very problem due to ur service.so plz change my mobile

                      Dear Sir/Madam,
                      I Purchased Nokia 1209 in Jan. 2009. But I think that its the worst selection of purchase I have ever made. My handset Nokia 1209 was faulty and I have given that for repair on Sep. 21,2009 for a small Problem "No Outgoing Audio" on Job Sheet No.2561. Further it was told on my second visit that my handset will be replaced under guarantee, as its not repairable. Since that, I have been to your Care Centre for more than 15 times. Today Also (Nov 13,2009) I have been their and they gave me the same response that company H.O. is poor and they are not sending the handset back so come again after 5 days and customer care executives are too harsh and rude on customer dealing. I am not so free to go to Customer Centre again and again. I have meet lots of dissatisfied customers sitting at care Office, who are coming to care centre for the last 6 months for collecting their Phone Sets.

                      If this is how Nokia Cares for their Customers. Then I am sorry to say that its the worst ever company and I will never Buy Nokia product again and also suggest to others I know for not buying Nokia handsets.

                          I Shri. S.J.Mane, bring to your notice that on 01.11.2009 I was staying at my friend's house at Dhankavdi, Pune - 411 043. At the morning on next day my NOKIA (N-72) handset was not found and when try to contact my number ([protected]) it was switched off. My mobile information is as under -

                          In this connection i had lodged a compalint in Sahakar Nagar Police station, Pune - 411 043 with all detailed information.

                          My handset had a security code provided by me. Hence at the time of handset repairing of above said model for unlocking, kindly confirm the original receipt of such mobile with comparison of product numbers provided by the company.

                          Also after that I purchase new IDEA SIM of same number (i.e.[protected]) by requesting to the IDEA care centre, Aundh Pune - 411 007. And they provide me same number.

                              I have bought a new Nokia Mobile phone 2 days before after that today the phone back panel is having some shake & also the volume up, down button not working properly. I went to Nokia priority showroom in Alwarpet chennai where i bought phone but they have told me that i need to bring the box of the phone to replace it but i have the original bill with me, which they told is not required only the card board box of the phone is required i have already thrown that in waste. Now they asking me to go to the Nokia care for servicing. For two day old which they accept it is a manufacturing defect because i dont have the box with me they asking to get serviced.

                                I have purchased a hand set of Nokia 7210C IMEI NO -[protected] ON 16 Aug 2009 from a authorised shop. The hand set showing charging problem.                                   I bought nokia 2626 from Jalpaiguri, West Bengal. The set just functioned some technical problem and stoped operating.
                                  I rushed to the nearest nokia care centre immediately and waited for ONE MONTH .The executive there responded with a bored voice and noted down my complaint without trying to listen a single word apart from what she wanted to hear! you believe that ? but i was already worried. Nokia care change my original board but still my phone is not running and NOKIA CARE return my phone.

                                    Dear Sir,
                                    I have Nokia 7210 From Last 11 Months, but my experience with this Handset is very much radiculous. In 11 Months I replaced this mobile 1 time and Repaired 7-8 Times.
                                    Problem is here that My warranty period is going to end And Nokia Customer Care is Not taking my problem seriously. i go Daily to Nokia Customer care Centre but Not getting any Response from them.
                                    I wants my money back because I know that if my mobile will be repaired again then i m sure it will work but not more than 15 days.
                                    Now my mobile is in OFF condition and If we Charge it it works for 5 min. and after that it Gets OFF.
                                    Now We are Going To Put Case on Nokia in " Cusumer Court" To Get My Money back because I am fed off from this set.

                                      I purchased a Nokia Mobile phone model no: 5130c-2 from a retailer in Meerut City Uttar Pradesh State. After a few weeks many problems got arised in it including, network problem, not getting into silent mode, hangs on call, and most noticeable problem was the painting issue on the body. The mobile phone is of black and red colour. The red colour began to flip off from the phone. I approached the customer care centre they took in my phone on 5th Oct but not yet received it till now.
