I have purchase a hand set of nokia modle no is nokia 2700 classic in tha month october 2009 its waranty is ending in oct 2010. It is now in warenty period. But when i give the phone to nokia care i,e Genia Care in bokaro steel city sec IV. They have repaired the hand set. But then after 10 days it again not working in proper way. again I have given to the nokia care. Then thye have return my hand set after 30 Days. And after few days again my phone is not working properly. Again and again my phone is given to Nokia care and they have return me like that only. Now also the phone is with nokia care onle and the thave promise me to return me after 20 days. So sir now i want my phone should exchanged with new hand set or else my money should be given to me of the cost which i have purchaged.

Nokia 5235 Comes With Music — Performance Issues

Dear Sir,
I've bought Nokia 5235 CWM two months before, but I'm facing problem with its camera, videos shot by the camera is not playing properly it hangs every time after 5-8 sec.
Another issue I'm having from 15 days that when I connect it to my PC for INTERNET using BSNL 3G, after downloading 27-30MB INTERNET freezes (hangs, means there is no data is sending or receiving) & each time I have to restart the phone, then only I'm able to dial again. But when I've changed my phone with Nokia 2730c, INTERNET is working fine.

Pls sir, do something for me Nokia Care is not listing me........

I am using nokia cells from past 3 years.Every year there is some problem.Recently i m using Nokia 5800 had a problem for sound, have my extended warranty for 3 years certified and given to me by croma for which croma has charged 1500 extra,on consulting nokia care centre borivali they asked me to pay Rs.450/- charges where the warranty as per nokia exisits only for 6 months..on consulting croma the scheme is still valid...where do i need to complaint...they are not ready to connect to their officers..they are very well versed with changing parts and fooling people.....where is common man suppose to go ??? i m sincerly wanting strict actions against nokia care centre,LT Road,(Borivali) West,Mumbai 92

Nokia Care, Ujala Communication Pvt Ltd — MISBEHAVIOR

I Sachiv Kumar had purchased Nokia E-63 on 4-oct-2009, I faced some problem on 15-july-2010 (the power is not switch on) on same day I go to Nokia Service Centre UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD they said that ur phone is not in warranty because of some technical problem they asked for me the ESTIMATED VALUE it is 110/- i paid by cash. Till now I not received any feedback by UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD today[protected] when I reached on service centre, the office is closed with the mark of OFFICE ARE OPEN AFTER 2 P.M.
But service centre staff available inside the office. They Peeing form the window When I asked for my phone they are laughing badly.
Problem Facing. By UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD, F-101-102 First Floor Krishna Plaza Plot -12 Sec-4 Dwarka New Delhi.
1. More than a week I never received any feedback from UJALA COMMUNICATION PVT LTD.
