Last 12 Jun 2010 i bought a new nokia x6 - 16 GB. Starting 2 months it was running very good but last 2 month i'm facing big problems like when I’ll make or receive calls, use net and playing music, my mobile's battery drain fast. I have submmited my handset to nokia care centre 3 time and i received 3 time new IMEI handsed ( not a new handset ) from nokia head office but still problem not solved. When i mail to nokia contact centre for a new seal pack handset, he was replying me that we'll not provide a new handset. So please help me because i'm a handicap person and i'll not able for go to nokia care centre again and again.

Nokia — Nokia 5800 replaced twice and still the problem not solved

I bought a new Nokia 5800 Xpress Music from Three Vees 22, Chandigarh, in the end of March 2010. After a week it started to give a problem i.e. it was switching off and on itself. I went to Nokia care in Sector 35, Chandigarh. They reinstalled the software, but the problem was not solved, so I went there again. They reinstalled the software again, but the problem was not solved, so they said that they will replace the motherboard of the phone, but I declined, and went to Three Vees 22, Chandigarh (from where I bought the phone). They said that they will replace the phone. The procedure took a week. The second handset was also giving the same problem. So they replaced the second phone. The third phone also gave the same problem. The dealer told me to change the SIM, but this did not work. So the dealer refused to do anything and told me to go to Nokia Care. This time I went to Nokia Care sector 22, Chandigarh. They also reinstalled the software but was giving me the same problem, so I went there again. They sent the phone to the head office. But still I am facing the same problem. Please tell me what to do.
