Hi My dad brought a Nokia X2 mobile from a nokia priority showroom on 25th sep 2010 on the very same day we found many issues in phone like:Hanging off often.
Phone getting switched off whenever i change the ring tone in profile setting.
So I went back to the dealer and siad him the issue on 26th sep 2010 ,he took back the phone and told that it cannot be replaced but he will give a new piece on same model.
As said he gave another nokia X2 mobile on 27th sep 2010(siad it to be a new hand set) at the time of issue he has alos said that my dad to get back to the service center in case of further issues.
In the new handset too I face many issues like
Phone getting hanged off often.
not charging properly - it takes 4 hours to add one point charged
Headset not all getting connected properly - connecting in two modes in which either radio is not being heared via headset or volume cannot be controlled.
Messaging is not at all happening properly - I send'd message to 12 perosns at 8.35 AM but it was sending the same till 9.43AM.
Suddenly when i either get or call a person (no network issues) Iam unable to hear anything spoken from the other end they hear terrible sound from my end.
Nokia — letter
I had purchased a Cell phone in dec 2009 from Universal. When I purchased, they told me about the mobile damage/theft insurance , I paid additional 450+ as the premium of the New phone.Unfortunatelly, I lost the phone in bus stand. I tried to trace it but could not find it. I filed a compliant with Police and latter went to Univercel for claiming the Insurance.
I filled in a Form and attach all the docs like purchase recipt, police compliant copy, Non tracable copy etc... in ORIGINAL and send it to ALEgION Insurance Broking Ltd in Chennai. So, I had no choice than to send it to them through a corrier. After attaching all the documents I got back the mail from the Insurance comp twice asking for more info insufficiany of documents. They had given some phone numbers to contant which rings for ever and no one answers. however, I do get a engage/busy message at some time for these numbers but they never pick up my calls.....
This ALEgION Insurance Broking Ltd is just making money form the customers but not responding nor issuing the insurance.
Please kindly let me know what needs to be done.
Nokia / Mobile Phone N97 Mini — FAULTY PHONE EVEN AFTER 6-TIME REPAIRED BY THE COMPANY
Dear Sir/Mam,I had purchased my Nokia N97 Mini from Nokia Priority Dealer at Darya Ganj New Delhi of Rs 18,200/- on 11.08.2010. Starting from day one I had been facing so much problem in ear piece, so I submitted my phone to Nokia Care Center first time on 20.08.2010. But my problem was not resolved and they people had created extra problems to it along with my existing ones, so I resubmitted my N97 Mini again and again for 6 times.From 20th Aug 2010. It was with Nokia Care.I got my phone only for 1 day or 2 days and after that I had to submit it to Nokia Care. They have damaged the body & keypad of the phone with scratches on the metal frame.

Every time they kept my phone for more than 12 days. Today they returned my phone but it was not ok. They had damaged the body,keypad, scratches on outer frame.Then I resubmitted it to them. I had visited Nokia Care Center for more than 20 times with the same problem. Now I need a "REPLACEMENT OF MY PHONE WITH A NEW NOKIA N97 MINI PHONE".I request you to kindly take necessary steps in this matter.

Nokia 2323 — Not able to attend and receiving calls
I bought Nokia 2323 for last year, before 1 month I faced that mobile was not able to attend and receiving calls. While attending the call the network signal reducing up to 0 level. For that i handover the mobile at nokia care centre in tambaram chennai. (Job sheet no:[protected]/101006/7). I got mobile frequently 3 times from centre, but still the problem not solved.Nokia — Not Working Continuously
Dear Sir,I Rishabh jain purchased a nokia 3110c in august 2009, in which problem is occurring since from January and whenever i went to nokia service centre they install the software again which helps me for 1 or atmost 2 weeks and again i had to visit the service centre. I am fed up of this mobile, now it has encountered with a new problem, it gets restart within 2.5 minutes. When I asked in service centre to completely repair it then he said when you had purchased something then how could you think that it will be completely repaired.Plz help me.....................

Nokia — Repeated issue (6 times)
Dear Sir,I am writing this note to you with great pain. Nokia disappointed me like hell. Now I won't recommend Nokia handset to any of my friends.
Let me introduce myself, I am smith Daniel K., working as production engineer in a company located at Kochin.
While i was doing my B. tech final year i purchased my Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic in November 2009, by December its unlocking switch and display got a complaint and I gave it to Nokia care, they told its L3 level complaint and they sent it to IMC. After 20 days I got my handset rectified.
Again after 1 or 2 months this same complain repeated and the same process repeated as above, I got my set rectified once again after 20 days.
Again by April I sent the set to IMC via Nokia care for the repeated issue demanding replacement. But they cleared my set once again and told this complaint will not be repeated at any cost.
By this period I finished my B. tech and joined a company at Kochin.
By September 6 I submitted my set to a Nokia care centre at Kochin for the same complaint. Again I strongly demanded replacement.
But they once again cleared the problem and told it won't repeat again and gave it back on September 17th.
Now, yesterday I submitted my handset to the same care centre at Kochin for the same complaint.
What you feel after reading this note. Dear sir it is really an embarrassing situation. Nokia Corporation is treating me like a beggar. I feel advertise my bitter experience with the Nokia corporation.
As I have mentioned earlier, I am a fresher joined a company recently, for this issue i took 3 leave. I am loosing Rs. 700 per day. Could you reimburse this amount???
Now I need to let you know one thing, if you people are going to return the same handset after repairing,
I AM NOT GOING TO RECIEVE THE HANDSET; YOU CAN TAKE IT BACK FOR FREE. THIS IS FOR SURE.
I STRONGLY DEMANDING REPLACEMENT. IT IS A HUMBLE PRAYER.

Nokia — sim card
i m kishan nages amin my mobile ni is [protected]on 27/05/02010 i havr purchased nokia 7210 supernova handset from magnet Telelinks pvt ltd at heera panna my invoice number is hpm1/01169. after one month the display started blinking, i thaught it may be because of memory card.so i switched it off & switched on it became proper.after 3 months it started blinking again,whem i switched it of & on it was not proper.then i gone to the store from where i have purchased it. at that time they told me that you go to the nearest nokia care.i have never such worst store in my life they are treating customer like they have more work other than customer.i m also working in a service industries,we nevre trear customer like this.when i scold them that i have purchased from u its ur duty to take it to the nokia care,then they took it to the customer.& after 2 or 3 days they told me taht it is a physical damage it is not peice problem.i changed the display by local people who charged me 600/- rs for that display.now on 7/10/2010 the another problem was created the mobile was giving a message star up phone without simcard even if there was a sim card inside,i took my mobile to that same sadyal store they told me u take this mobile to the nearest store at lower parel at today telecom, instead of checking that mobile under warranty first, that lady i dont know her name she is saying u extend ur warranty by rupees 500+,arey i told if it is in warranty know & there are know 6 months to expire why u r saying taht u extend it. it seems that u are alredy aware that nokia phones are third class especially this 7210 supernova. they give me the time of monday ie 11/10/2010 to collectt the peice,but i dont want this peice i want a brand new handset in place of it ,if not i will go to the consumer court & i will LAUNCH COMPLAINT.
I have to say here if technicians of the care centre are unable to solve any problem handset then why Nokia authorised such

Nokia — memory loss
sir,i wud lyk to inform u dat i usd 2 trust nokia a lot... its handset, services n many mor... bt aftr facin d problms causd due to my nokia handset i do not think dat m ever gonna purchase another nokia handset..
my problem was this... i had got my handst a year bak...
initially there wer no problems... but slowly, aftr abt 2-3 months d defect developd.... d defect was dis dat wheneve i browse without downloading anything.. i used 2 looz my phone memory.. then b4 goin 2 d sevice centre i went 2 d dealer... he told me 2 go 2 d servicecentre.. i had a doubt abt des servic centre people coz i hd heard dat dey spoil d cell phones.. bt i had no choice... so i went der...so i told dem abt d defect adn dey said 2 cum and collect it after 1 hr... i came aftr 2 hrs coz i had sum classes... den when i went der dey said to cum aftr another2 hrs... i said ok i will cum...
den aftr 2 hrs i went and collectd my cell.... d same problem was still der and des stupid illetrate peopla added another problem 2 my cell wich was not der b4 going to the service centre... d defect dat was develpd aftr givin der was dat wenever i send and recieve sms/mms... my phone memory used to decrese by 2-3 MB... so io rly got frustratd wid dez people n said 2 myself dat i shall neva go der... bt den dis defect rly irritatd me so i went der 2nd time...becoz i had spok 2 d head offic nd dey advisd me 2 go 2 d servic centre and send dem d job sheet no.dat al i did and aftr informin d head ofic dey took d complain nd dey said dat i have 2 kip my phone for 4 days in d servi cenre......bt i just went 2 d servic centre incase my phone got fixd den i don't have 2 liv it der bt i found dat dos defects wer never repaird... so i gave again and came aftr 6 hrs... i had given it in the morning... (it was aftr 4 days weh i had gone 2 collect my phone)so den i went in d evenin to collect it... again dos defects wer not repaird bt dat stupid technician said dat jus observe it n c n den cum bak i[censored] face ne problm.... my phone actly is d n series phone...n79..... i bohad boght it thinkin its rly awsome... bt it is turnin in2 nothin mor den a piece of junk...
den wen i was continuasly facing d same probs... and during that observation i felt dat d phone memory vill kip on reducin coz of sms/mms... so i changd my msg memory from phone to memory card.... bt still d problem was der coz now it was with d memory card.... same if i send and reciee msgs d card memory used 2 decrese by same no.bt my phone memory did not decrease aftr i changd d msg memory from phone to card memory...
bt my card memory was causing a lot prob so i went d 3rd tym 2 dat useles centre....
and den dey js made it like a cancer patient... b4 my card memory used 2 reduce nw... both.. that is if i send and riciv sms/mms... both d memories go down.... i m rly frustratd wid dez service people... i don't understand wat kind of people are sitin der 2 fix d phones... wen i had gone d 3rd tym a man was screamin n shoutin sayin dat you can't giv any proper service, his phone was kept in d cntr for 4 days and still it was not fixed...
please somebody help me. i have really waistd a lot of my time in visitin d service centres... as it is i am a studnt of a professional college and have to evn do my studies bt becoz of my phone i m unabl 2 stdy.... please sir please help... its arequest coz its d waste ofmy money.... and a waste of my time dat i spent in repairin it bt it was never repaird... its my humble request... please help!!!!

Nokia 5800 xpress music — Request to replace the present defective Nokia handset with a new one.)
Dear,I had purchased Nokia Handset (Model Name - Nokia 5800 Xpressmusic), ESN/IMEI NUMBER– [protected] from Lucknow (U.P).
From the day of purchase, the handset alway hang-up and again-again need to re-insert the battery. This handset has been sent to Nokia service centre also and always they format and update the software but the problem still persists. For this problem with my mobile my work is also getting affected. most of the time not able to do & pick-up the call which increase the iritation level of others while calling me.
Due to repetition of this problem, I request you to kindly replace the present handset.
I hope this letter will be addressed promptly and my problem will be resolved in short span of time.
