Nokia C - 3 Mobile — Problem in Nokia C-3 hand set.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a Nokia Mobile – ‘Nokia – C-3’ on 20th November 2010 from Mobile Store Limited, 6/3/80, Elephant House, Ameerper, Hyderabad. The bill is attached for your ready reference.

I woulfd like to inform you that within 24 hrs from the date of purchase, the instrument started giving trouble; like disturbance in sound on all outgoing & incoming calls. I have gone to the shop and requested for an exchange; but they sent the mobile for repair to Nokia Care situated in the same building (shop No.9). After an hour, they sent the Mobile back informing that there was software problem which was repaired and Mobile be given to customer.

As I am a Senior Citizen, trusting always Nokia mobile and using the Nokia mobile for many years. It is not possible for me to go to Nokia shop if the problem arises again.

I would like to request to kindly replace the complete set with a trouble-free new set.

Nokia cell Phone X3 — Inferior quality Cell phone X3

I had purchase a NOKIA cell phone on 23/06/2010 till date (as on 22/101/2010) i have given the cell to Nokia Care in Panaji Goa 4 times to repaire the company had told me that they will give me a brand new cell if it breaks down next time.Nokia Care Center Panaji Goa are not in a position to resolve my cell problems every 30 or 45 days i have to give my cell for repaire.

I request you to please address my appeal and if Nokia Company still not resolves the problems i shall take the company and its brand image to task.

i submit my mobile phone(e63) at cervice center for about 15 days.
i visit daily the center on their request. so i want to say i buy nokia phone because of the liability and my mind can change these very bad types of facilities. daily a man says today evening u can come and go with your mobile. i visited daily sir but i failed with your services.

Nokia — irresponsible behaviour of nokia care centre
