I purchased the above mentioned mobile set through VISHAKHA ENTERPRISES , 237/8,Near I.T.I.,Alwar Road, SOHNA-122103 (Gurgaon) Ph:[protected] , [protected] , [protected] on Dated 29/08/2010.
After incoming voice not received i went to NOKIA CARA CENTRE on Date 02/09/2010 at Darbhanga (Bihar) he told me that your warranty period expired.
Please look into the matter and inform me what types of action taken by your end

Nokia 2323 — Bad transmission

I have purchared a nokia 2323 handset on 4/9/2009 from Space Electronics, Jodhpur. This phone is suffering from bad transmission problem & it has been given for repair in Nokia care, Jalori Gate Centre, Jodhpur on 27/8/2010 (Job Sheet Number[protected]/100827/12) three days after it had been returned but problem was remain same. On 4/9/2010 it was again sent to Nokia care, Jalori Gate Centre, Jodhpur but this time the staff refused to take the set. They told me that set is o.k. but I requested several time that please check the set it is not O.K.. But they behaved with me very rudly.

Dear Sir,

I had purchased a Cell phone NOKIA 5130 Xpress Music in Dec 2009 from Universal. When I purchased, they told me about the mobile damage/theft insurance, I paid additional 105+ as the premium of the new phone.

While catching the bus I lost my phone in bus stand. I tried to trace it but could not find it. I filed a compliant with Police and latter went to Univercel for claiming the Insurance.
I filled in a Form and attach all the docs like purchase receipt, police compliant copy, Non traceable copy etc. In ORIGINAL and send it to ALEgION Insurance Broking Ltd in Chennai. I had sent all documents through DTDC courier on 25.06.2010

Sir kindly accepts my documents and provides the Insurance amount. Kindly needful help.

I had purchased a Cell phone Nokia 5130(with Insurance) in dec 2009 from Universal, chaitanyapuri,hyd,ap.

Unfortunatelly, somebody stolent for my pocket. Later we couldn't trace it. Then we filed a compliant with chaitanyapuri Police and filed an FIR.
Then we directly went to ALEgION Insurance Broking Ltd in coimbed, Chennai and gave all documents for the claim(the docs like purchase recipt, police compliant copy, Non tracable copy etc...). Company told me that with in 50 days we will get the inusurance money. Two months over, now ALEgION is not picking the calls. They are not responding nor issuing the insurance.

Please let me know what needs to be done.

Nokia7210 Supernova — restart

hello sir i have nokia 7210 supernova .when i use to open any application or music player after some time the screen becomes white and returns to wallpaper screen.i had taken it to nokia care many times.they gave me by saying that it is ok now but after some time the same problem occured.what can i do please help me.

Nokia Handset X60 — Theft of Mobile Set

Subject: Theft of Handset and Nokia Customer care people not locking the handset.

As somebody had stolen my nokia handset X-60, my service provider has locked the sim and for locking the handset, i was advised to call Nokia customer care but after calling there they are not ready to lock the handset as they were telling that as per the guidelines they cann't do this.

Sir pls suggest, as if there is any process to lock the handst or not as it was 2 months old and i purchased with a valid bill. Pls suggest.

Nokia 3710 Fold — Bad service from Nokia Care outlet

I gave the above mentioned phone to the Nokia Care outlet ( Music Planet ), in sector 15 market faridabad.

The issue was that about 3 days back the phone display's backlight had suddenly gone dim, and though the text was being displayed correctly, it was so dim that nothing could be read. The phone was however working properly,i.e calls could be made and received, sms could be sent and received ( though it was virtually impossible to read ).

Upon submitting the phone to the rep sitting at the counter at about 12:10 in the afternoon ( rep name Sonu). It was confirmed that the display was faulty, the phone was under warranty, and that though the model was new ( it was purchased on 15th July, 2010 ) this was the first of the phone with this issue. The display LCD was confirmed whether was in stock or not, and i was given a delivery time of in the evening.

The working hours are till 1900 for the outlet, so i decided to call around 6pm ( 1800 ) to check the status of my phone.

First i spoke with a female with the name Mamta, and she started with mis-information that there is some network issue, and the problem is software related etc etc etc. When i confirmed that i was committed a time in the evening, the same day, then why is there a delay? She confirmed that the phone wont be delivered today, but by tomorrow. I was waiting all day in faridabad to receive the phone and go back home ( gurgaon ).

Anyhow, the second call also dint help after 15 mins, and then i received a call from her again, that this phone is under liquid damage or something. When i started the recording on my phone, and confirmed with her, that i am recording this conversation for my records, i was put online with a Mr. Tandon. He again stressed the point that there is corrosion and the phone is damaged due to liquid ingress. Whereas it had been confirmed that its a hardware failure and not foreign substance damage.

Upon no resolution or confirmation of repair from the outlet, i raise this complaint.

Also i would like to add, that people are discouraged to take receipts for repairs carried out, and paid for in cash, by saying that they will be charged tax on it.

This happened while i was waiting to give my phone for repair. The customer asked for a receipt or confirmation of the money being taken, but was discouraged. I suggested to ask for a receipt, and the person at the delivery counter, kept on harping on about paying tax, and increasing the cost etc.

IM sorry, but after more than 12 years, and more than 55 phones being bought in the family from the same brand, i dont expect Nokia to behave like this.

Nokia — E-71 microphone doesnot work even after repair

I have bought Nokia E-71 from Spice HotSpot, Spice mall, Noida on 8th August 2010 and my microphone works intermittently. I started facing this problem from the second day itself.
Even after giving the phone for repair twice, the problem persists, the service centre claims that they have physically replaced the microphone of the phone and now it is working fine. But sadly, it is still not. I am sorry to say but I never expected this from Nokia brand. Both from the service and product side. The spice hot spot staff is not at all friendly in receiving the after sale customers. Also there is no found entry of my jobsheet in the http://namscareonline.com/ which nokia claims to be their way of smooth management between associates and partners. The handset has been sent twice for repair and no entry is there for its acceptance for repair, let alone escalation of the issue. I have the handset with me and it doesnt even fulfill the basic function of phone of sending the voice to the other end. If this complaint is being read by a Nokia official dealing with this, I request to check for jobsheet no.[protected]/100819/36 . The Nokia service centre I approached is Mannat Telecoms,Noida. Kindly give a new handset if possible else satisfy the customer atleast

Nokia — SOFTWARE AND MESSAGING ISSUE

We had purchased a NOKIA E90 last year from NOIDA from one of the dealer. We have been regularly facing problem in sending SMS through our hand set. We have also visited the service center in Sector-10, NOIDA, U.P a couple of times and they used to temporarily fix the problem as the problem used to resurface after some time. We have been advised by the service center technicians to approach the company directly as the handset has a problem within the software which can be rectified by the company only.

There is no way to register our complaint with the company as they don't have any emai ID. This clearly indicates the lack of transparency and wrong intentions. You are requested to advise us how do we get compensation and replacement from NOKIA.

Nokia — Declared Physical Damage because of some marks on phone

Hello,

I don't know whether any one will take actions or not but still I have mentioned it. My handset E63 was working fine for 11months right on the 12th month it started some problem of Insert SIM card. I went to the Nokia Care RT Nagar Bangalore and they repaired it since it was under warranty now 15 days after I don't know why the phone is getting on.. then I went to Nokia Care same and now since there was a scratch on the top part which they have themselves declared Physical Damage.. Internally noting damaged could be shown to me. Now they are asking Rs 4000 (approx) for the screen and connector and they will not cover under warranty. 15 days earlier they did without saying just because they could not see any big money on to it and this time they have declared physical just because it of the Rs 4000 huge cost. Nokia's New Money Making Policy.

Nokia — Phone keeps hanging

It has been a year since we have bought nokia 3110c. we have encountered problems like sudden freezing of phone(hanging) many times. We have gone to nokia care 2 times regarding this two months before, but still the problem is not been completely solved. We have also complaint about this befre here and this is the second time..
