Nokia Mobile (Model 2310) — Mobile not repair till date.
I give my mobile, model 2310 for repair at Nokia Care, B-36, Guru Nanak Pura, Radhu Place Road, Opp V3S Mall, Laxmi Nagar, Delhi-92, on 7/09/2010, job sheet no.[protected]/100907/89 but till date they not repair it even they not picking the phone ([protected]). When I personally visit the centre again yesterday(16/9/2010) after waiting (standing) on delivery counter aprox. 45 minutes they told me it has not done yet and come here after receiving our call. I am waiting for there call but neither they call me nor picking the phone. I found there was so many like customers, who face the same problems. Kindly do the needful. I have received massage from Nokia Uk saying that . Congralaions your mobile number has won 120, 000.00 Pounds in the ongoing Nokia Mobile promo

Nokia Mobile Phone 6303 Classic — charging socket defective in a 4 month old phone
i purchased a nokia 6303 classic phone IMEI NO-[protected] from MS Shree Mobile ,Cuttack on 9-3-2010.After 2 months i noticed that the charging socket of the hand set has become loose and the phone is not charging properly, Itook the phone to the shop from where i bought the set and aws advised to visit aNokia care center in Dolmundai ,Jaganath nokia care.I visited the establishment and after waiting there for 70mit. i was able to meet one of the ladies inside the counter who took my set and gave it to a service personnel.He examined the set and told me that charging socket needs to be changed.When i pointed to her that my phone is under warenty and let them chacge it.Iwas told that it can not be done due to nonavalibility of spares.I requested them to get the spare and i can come back after some time,To my uttersurprise i was told that it was possible because it takes 3 months to get a spare from Delhi,as it is the rule with the company and the nokiacare.They advised me to go to bhubaneswar and try my luck there.As i was not sure of the avalability of the spare at BHUBANESWAR, I requested them to speak to the service engineer in charge and cofirm about the spare so that i can visit them ,otherwise i have to take a days leave .I was told that it is not their job and when i asked them to provide me the code no of the part and tel no of Bhubaneswar Nokia care they refused to do that.I came back disappointed after waisting about 90mint of my time.Also Pl advise me how to get my set repaired withuot any more hassels.I want to point out that the waiting area was hot and humid without any airconditioning.There were a few people with cough and flu like symptoms,as we are coming across many swine flu cases in cuttack with maximum no deaths in this area the persons waiting inthe hot and humid condition are at a greater risk of getting the disease.Dr.S.N.Parida,Prof.Pediatrics,SCBMedical College

My display screen was broken and I gave my Mobile to Hello Telecom( Umayal Plaza, 1st floor, Y-214, 2nd Avenue, Anna Nagar, Chennai- 600040) on 6-Sep-2010. They said the screen is scratched and asked me to come and collect my mobile on 14-Sep-2010. They called me 3 days back and said that the track in the board has ruptured and they wouldn't be able to repair it. They asked me to take my mobile back and no payment need to be paid. Now today(19-Sep-2010), they called me to inform me that my mobile is in working condition and asked me to pay Rs. 1481. I am totally confused on their contradictory statements. I would like to be informed of the current actual status.

Nokia — Nokia is Cheating customers in India
my name is Peeyush Mathur and my contact # is [protected]. I have purchased a Nokia Mobile handset model number X6 IMEI# [protected] from M/S Samarth lifestyle retailing PVT LTD, 13 Jayanti Market, M.I. Road Jaipur ( A Nokia priority dealer) vide bill no. 1905 for rupees 15570 on 09/August/2010.After use of the same for few hours I realized that one of its speakers was not working properly, immediately on the second day I approached to the same Nokia Priority dealer from where I Had purchased it. He refused to do anything and suggested me that I should contact to Nokia service center.
On 16/August/2010 I went to Nokia service center and submitted my handset (job sheet # [protected]/100816/11) for the replacement but they told me that the same needs to be repaired as it is not in the policy of Nokia to get the handset replaced, any ways I submitted the handset for the repair and they given me the delivery time for the same day till the evening, when I called up in the evening they told me that it is still in repairing process and will be delivered to you by the second day evening, again on the second day when I called them up they told me that the engineer who supposed to repair the handset is on leave so have to wait for another couple of more days, on the same day I wrote a mail to the Nokia customer care center mail id given on the Box i.e. [protected]@nokia.com, the call attendant lady in service center was also very rude to me and replied me on phone by saying that there are 15-20 handsets lying here from 18-20 days and I don’t know what kind of fire is bursting out in you, next day on 18/August/2010 I went there and asked for my phone then they replied me that the part which is defective in the phone is not available with them and they have to get it Import which will take about 3-4 days and asked me to take the handset back till they receive the part and asked me to call service center on 21/August/2010, *any of the excuse was not related to each other in all these three days conversation with them. On 21/August/2010 I called service center and they asked me to bring me the handset for the repair process and asked me to leave the handset till the evening, when I called at evening they told me that there was no electricity through the day and I have to leave the handset for more time and after 2 days on 23/August/2010 they handed over my handset and at that time the sound was ok but not very clear due to heavy noise in the service center, as I reached home I saved some songs in it and when played I found that the problem was still the same but was not like the way it was coming before. I approached service center again on 25/August/2010 as 24/August/2010 was a holiday on the occasion of Raksha bandhan, they asked me to leave the handset so they can send the handset to their head office for the further advanced repair (job sheet # 2225 which was the manual job sheet as their printer had stopped working at that time) and asked me to wait for 7 days, on 2/September/2010 when I called they told me that the handset is still with the head office and will be handed over to you on 5/September/2010 which was Sunday and on Monday when I called them they told me that you have to wait for couple of more days and there is no need to call us again and again we will call you as we receive your handset, I haven’t received any call from service center and luckily on 13/September/2010 I called service center and they asked me to take the handset, I was very happy that my handset get repaired and working fine but was little upset that its power key get dislocated from its position and its keypad lock key get loose during the repairing process but I accepted the phone as I was waiting for it from past 21 days and get the warranty extended for the same cell phone for one more year in rupees 565, bill number 5768 on the same day for further security as suggested by them in the same service center.
The biggest blunder happened when after using it for 3 days I found that the same speaker had stopped working I again went to the same service center on 17/September/2010 and they again asked me to leave my handset for the repairing process and asked me to wait for couple of more days as they have to send the handset again to the head office where it get repaired before and gave me a job sheet (#[protected]/10917/9) and till now I am waiting for my handset.
I have e mailed to customer care of Nokia about 2 times with the same problem and they haven’t reverted back ever and I have called up the centralized care line number[protected] for about 15-16 times for the same problem and I am not getting any positive response from the Nokia company, last time when I had seen my handset I observed that the condition had gone worst with loose body, loose keys and dislocated buttons.
The only thing which I need is the Kind justice of replacement of the defective cell phone with the new box pack or refund of my money incurred in purchasing the phone, extended warranty, cost incurred in communicating them and wastage of my time which is more valuable.
nokia7210 supernova — audibility
we had purchased a Nokia7210 supernova on 20 sept. 2010 its audibility is not clear and the outgoing calls are not audible to the person recievingthere is another problem we had got a ovi music voucher it had been redeemed but the tracks weren't downloaded and now the pin is not being accepted and itis displayed that the voucher had been used

Nokia — disappointed with service
Dear sir/madami beg to state that i am the nokia hand set user,i had given my m.n.6110 nokia faulty mobile with mic problem at NOKIA CARE BILASPUR CENTER but i was return same mobile after 15 days and with no improvement.
