Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

TO NOKIA CUSTOMER CARE,
I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHETHER BATTERY REPLACEMENT FOR THE BL-5C SERIES IS POSSIBLE NOW OR NOT? I AM HAVING SAME SERIES BATTERY.IF POSSIBLE THEN HOW TO PROCEED?KINDLY GUIDE ME REGARDING THIS.

I brought Nokia 6233 model mobile phone on 12.02.2008 on madurai (Tamilnadu). This mobile is good working but this mobile Media player FF/Rew and Interval optionsare not working pls find a solution after pls give a technical for me.

nokia 3500(c) — camera

camera of this set is not saving the picture, as every times massage is coming that "camera is on stand bide mode"
memory card is having sufficient sapce to store.
I have shown to your "nokia priority dealer(pragati international) centre at russel street kolkata-71" but they are saying that some virus has effected the system so send it to the nearest service centre.
my point is that why should i handed over this new set to your service centre as i have purshase it on 24/10/2007 this is under the warranty period.
As this seems the fault of the system so kindly look into it and get it replace with new one at the eariest.

I have purchaged a mobile NOKIA N91, on 19/07/07, from Music Planet, Sector 15, Faridabad.
On 26/02/08, I found that MENU KEY of my mobile is not working. I visited Music Planet, SCF 71-72/15, faridabad, and told the problem.
They rectified the problem ,prehaps they replaced the MENU KEY and charged Rs 314/- from me. When I enquired about the charging of money , they replied that Rs 20/- to Rs 25/-( cost of new MENU KEY) + Rs 250/-( service charge) + Tax.
I am not satisfied with their answer.
In warranty period , how they can charge money?

iam rohit soni i had given my n73 music edision mobile on 28 jan -2008 at nokia care hcl infosystems.ltd near hyderabad central.they said you will get new handset within 15 days because it is in under warranty.From that date when i went and asked for my mobile then they said come after 10 days.i visited 5 time in there shop.Almost 2 months are going on still iam not received my mobile.they said it is delayed from noida.please help me

nokia -6233 — handset lying with the service centre

Dear Sir,

I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia 6233 for battery backup service in warranty to [protected]@nokiacareindia.com

([protected]@nokiacareindia.com ) on[protected]reporting minor battery backup problem . they returned the same on sometimes in[protected] without rectifying the error.Afterwards again it was given on[protected] .Since then i am following up on them giveing numerous call every alerternate day but what answer i get is that your handset has gone for the backend service repair and they are telling that the set is defective.

I am really frustrated to hear these answers from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is buy a new cell phone NOT of NOKIA BRAND definetly this time .I am unable to tell you what problem i am facing without the cell phone.I saimply apprehend that you are passing time to sarpass the warranty period(upto[protected]

Nokia Care - non replacement of cell phone
Hello, my name is Ghanshyam and i gave my head set for replacement in Nokia care at laxmi mandir, jaipur while they told me that you will get new one with in 7-9 days and then they said, please visit tomorrow while when i went to see then today, then they replied me , it will take more 10 days,and think they are making me fool and snatching my priceless time,due to same problem, i visited also Care but they just buttering me gave back my set said its fine. so please just try to help me getting my headset as possible.

I went to many shops to repair my set but they gave the suggestion that the set is being dead and its display is also damaged and they are telling a very high rate to repair that hand set
So, sir I request you very much to give me your best suggestion that what's the actual cost should come if i give the set to be repaired and at which price should i sell my set in this condition.

When i visit Nokia Care Pune regarding my mobile problem , there i saw after every 10min people are coming there and complaining there shouting on them , i am get surprised and hens i ask one of them he told me he purchased his handset 1 week before and due to some problem i bring it to Nokia Care and they told me to come after a week but when i got my handset repaired i find that was not my handset some of the parts of that handset are getting changed and duplicate parts are attached , and people over there have similar problems .
so i request Nokia people to please pay special attention regarding the staff over there because people over there are totally currepted they are placing duplicate parts to the handsets specially in Pune citys Nokia Care .
i am not blemming but its fact please take some immediate action regarding this as soon as possible.

Nokia 6300 — Customer service attitude & inaccurate information about handset delivery

Hi,

I had lodged a complaint with Nokia customer care, District center, Janakpuri Branch.I had been given the jobsheet on 19th Feb 2008 with delivery date for handset as 29th Feb and handsfree delivery date as 12th Mar 2008.
Complaint - 1. I have been constantly calling up their shop tel no mentioned on the jobsheet for 2 weeks time several times, there phone either goes busy or either keeps on ringing.Not even once in 20 to 30 times have they picked up the phone. How can a customer know if the handset is ready or not, and i wanted to know the closing and opening times, but damn nobody picks up the call.
2. Post this frustation, I sent one of my friends to confrim if handset is ready for delivery and he was told yes we can collect it anytime.
3.I went yesterday to nokia service centre at 6:30pm and they refused to give me the handset and behaved badly with me saying we dont have any supervisors and you can do anything you like, we will not give your handset today. I asked them why dont u guys pick up the phone, they denied saying we do and showed me few entries of the calls in the register which i am sure are fake or not even 50% of the calls they get.
4. FInally, they told me we will keep your handset and handsfree ready, you can come and collect by 8:00pm tomorrow.
5. Today, when I called them, to my surprise they first time picked up the phone, lady called Sarita answered the call and she is a real pity to customer service. She said your phone has again gone yesterday to the service center back because the problem was not recitified. I asked her who sent it back without my permission, I didnt even checked the phone and I was not even informed the headset has gone back again.
6. This lady Sarita, gave me another no [protected], I asked whose number is this, she said i dont know, anyone who picks the phone, you can speak and ask him why your cell phone has gone back.She was extremely rude and doesnt even know ABC of customer service.
7. Finally, I was asked by MR. SURESH who picked the call on this no and claimed himself to be the manager and asked me to SMS my jobsheet and cell details and said we have sent this cell again back to repair centre..I said, but I was not informed, he didnt had any answer for the same.

***Your service center staff is pathetic and it has been almost a month that my headset and phone are lying with them. I am a busy professional and stay far, I dont have time, effort and money to spend again and again to come, because your guys on phone are useless.

***I want to claim a new handset - Nokia 6300 and handsfree from the company, else I as a customer have every right to go to higher authorities and lodge a case against NOKIA care.

Awaiting response on this escalation.

I had bought the N 72 from janta electronics Ultadanga kolkata in feb 2007. It was ok till 13 march 2008 then i have faced the problem. The screen becomes white on 14 march 2008 then i contacted nokia care center tele solutions dn-1 sector-5 salt lake kolkata-700091 and i have submitted my set to to them after 1 day i have got the response from them that there is a problem from display driver ic and they had returned my N72, i think so for any customer nokia care is the last option and they refused that it was not repairable at our center so what is the solution means customer has to roam around all the centers or their duty is to transfer the set to some other center.There is very poor customer service and i am really harrased.Kindly help

This is to bring to your kind notice that recently I have procured a Nokia 5200 on 25-Oct-2007. After three months of working the handset started giving strange kind of problems, which I am not clear. Infact previous to these I have procured Nokia 2300, which even now it is working good condition. From January 2008 my mobile (5200) started giving trouble one on the other, which I am not clear.

Following are the problems :

1st Time volume control and Network problem faced - rectified by your Nokia Care.

2nd time Display problem - rectified by your Nokia Care and

3rd Time again Display problem vide your Service Compliant Care (Job Sheet) Number[protected]/080303/13 dtd. 03/Mar/2008

For the above third complaint your service care even refused to repair saying that it display problem it is out of warranty, etc. and infact I even brided to repair. Finally the mobile is serviced. Now I want these particular handset to be exchanged as I find the Handset is not a genuine. And also way you Service personnel (Sakthi Communication, Fraser Town, Bangalore) deal with the customer his very horrible even they tend to fraud us saying all sort of problems, etc. I am not satisfied with your local Service Care Compared to your Other Service Centre which was in Infantry Road.

I even spoke to your Nokia Care regarding the above case infact no proper response.

Please arrange to replace my mobile or else I have to find other alternative to replace my Mobile.

Matter most urgent. I hope you will do the necessary at the earliest.

hi i m rajiv ...i got the cell NOKIA 1650.....but it has hanging problem......i went to the NOKIA CARE shakarpur but they are very irresponsible ....they don't know how to talk to the customer.....and they are unable to sort out the problem

I had purchased (gold)3230 mobile (IMEI no. [protected]) at Sangli of Pune Zone, on[protected].
Since my mobile handset is giving joy stick (key pad)problem during operating; I had given it for the servicing at NOKIA Care (Job sheet No:[protected]/080222/7), Shree communication, shop no. 1/2, yeshogita building, near matre bridge, yerdawana, pune on[protected] and after a 15 days gap they called me to collect my mobile. when i riched at nokia care to collect my mobile, i have seen that they were giving me damaged scratchy panel, used piece (black3230)and told that your mobile is replaced due to mother bord problem. But i had gave my mobile for Joystick operating problem(this is mechanical damage not hardware issue).
I refused to take it and asked about the new ones and at least my original mobile handset, which was 100 times best than that old handset. It is also very surprised that they don’t know where my handset went… this is the panic situation of mine I sincerely requesting you kindly look in to this and expedite matter, thinking You In My Position and arrange my own mobile handset or any new mobile, as it is under warranty.considering my original handset damaged, misplaced by NOKIA or whatever u understand. Kindly do the needful and oblige.
we also called to Nokia care [protected], but yet not get the response. if soon i will not get the response, i will definately go throw CONSUMER COURT.
