Dear Sir,

I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N5610 1d expressMusic Edition for service in warranty to Care point Care point kolkata at everest mobicare, chandni chowk.from there i got another mobile that is swapped set in that set too i have started getting problem two days after receiving that swapped set.i have become fade up off going to nokia care from last 5 months.and in lieu of that i got nothing except false promises.on april 19 2009 my warranty will be finished and from last 5 month my set was lying there in the nokia care and the people over there just wasted my time and money.now i will go to the court and media if my set was not exchanged with in this month january 2009.
I am really frustrated to hear lame excuses and so long time to clear one small problem from a company which claims to be number one in Mobile phones. but sorry to say that the service which you provide to the customers is really pathetic...What im planning to do is to go to the media and consumer court to get back the due amount

Nokia N70m — fade up with the nokia care

i have purchased the nokia N70M mobile phone two months ago.
after ten days the mobile suddenly switched off and display a massage that phone startup failed contact retailer.that day i went to the nokia care near my home and given my mobile to him.after that nokia person said that it will take two or three days and then he prepared my job sheet.after three days when i again went there nokia person said that there is a major problem u will get it after one month.after one monts when i again went there he/she said that your mobile has been swaped and u will get the new mobile.after few mintus she gave the mobile and said this is ur new mobile.but when i chacked it was a too old look like used for six or seven months . when i said to her she said this is a new mobile. when i chacked the mobile it has already run 127 hours. she again prepared the new job sheet and agin said the same word u will get ur mobile after one months.
plz suggest me what to do .

i bought nokia 3100 before three years...
the battery was working well upto warrenty end...
but now the battery live only upto 2 min(maximum) when i calling...
nokia offered to replace battery free for defective battery...
i entered my batterty no and also address...
nokia offered me to replace for that they advised to contact nearest nokia priority show room...
i went (krishnagiri, tamilnadu)...
but they r not responding...
thry told to go with other priority show room...

what can i do??????????/

Nokia N70 Music Edition — improper functioning

sir,
I have buyed a new nokia N70 music edition phone on 10 jan. 2008 from a shop in Delhi. But after using it for 10 days i found that its speed goes down and also i found some hanging problem so on 25 th jan i went to nokia care in panipat as my residence is there. They told me that ur phone is having some virus. So they cleaned all my data in the phone and said ur 1 GB memory card is also infected. Then for this problem they give me two two solutions that either i format the card on my own or they will replace it with a new one. Then i tried it to format but it was not accessible. So i handed it over to Nokia care, Panipat(Haryana). They told me that i have to wait for 1 month for the replacement. Then after one month i called them then they said that i have to wait for few days due to shortage of supply. Then after few days i called again, they continue their same tone of shortage. this continues for another 20 days and after that they handed me with a used memory card and said "sir this is came from the nokia itself like this". Then i took it and went to my house but the memory is still giving me lot of problems as it is corrupted.

sir, please suggest me something as after buying this expensive product i am facing a lot of problems.

What mesures has taken against the burglery of cell . Generally these model cell pieces are expensive . Is there is any specific code to block entire cell . Please inform to the customers about that (block of entire cell, if stolen)at the time of purchasing create awareness about this aspect in focus.

even i had faced lot of problems with the nokia care fellows they charged rs 1650/- for replacing the vibrator in my mobile and did not even replace the vibrator, when i asked them they told it was relaced and gave an idotic i dont care reply.

I have faced this problem ever since I have bought this handset and have shown it to Nokia care centre time and again .All they tell me is that the cell has booting problems and reload the software again and again. As I Am a Church Priest I have valuable numbers in my mobile and due to the reinstalling of the software again and again I tend to loose valuable information

Sub: Poor Service & Irresponsible attitude of Nokia Authorize Service Center

Dear Sir,
I purchased one Nokia mobile Set (Type GSM, Model name 6233 and IMEI No. [protected]) of Rs. 9, 099.63 (Rupees Nine Thousand Ninety Nine and Sixty Three Paise) in the month of June’07. But after getting service for 3 to 4 months the set stopped functioning automatically few days ago and to solve the problem I approached towards my nearest Nokia Authorised Service Center, PD Electronics, Benachity, Durgapur, West Bengal [Phone No.[protected]]. After some days I was informed that my mobile set would not be repairable and then I asked them to replace the set with a new one because my set was covering warranty period but they refused to do so.

Thus this is to inform you that I am not happy, totally unsatisfied with such type of job being carried out and irresponsible, unprofessional attitude shown towards me being a valued customer as per your company’s vision by your Authorized Service Center. This is really shocking for me.

Now, my question is whether I will get proper service for my set from your end or you will replace the set? Otherwise, I will be forced to consider to approach towards “PROPER PLACE” because my set is enjoying warranty period till date.

Eagerly awaiting for your kind attention and proper answer.

Nokia / E65 — Worst Possible Service

I Purchased an E65 model in september 2007. Since then i am facing problem with the arrow keys and 7, 8, 9 digit buttons. They simply dont work. I have complianed the same 4 times before to the nokia care center and after i take it back from the servicing the work for a week and agian the same problem continues. I am really annoyed with your servicing and really pissed of after having paid INR 16000. Some body tell me what shoul i do.
