Nokia Mobile Telecommunications — True or not?

i received an email from Nokia Mobile Tele Communications last 01/12/11 informing that i won 950,000.00 GBP from their online lucky winners selection from their private computerized lottery drawn in London, through a random selection in their Computerized Email Selection System. In my email they are asking me to fill up the verifications and funds release form. and on the same day Mr Russ Harrison told me that i will send the amount of 220 GBP via western Union to enable them to dispatch my parcel in my location.and on the next day mr Russ Harrison send me an email again that i will send the amount of 250 GBP via western union for the express posting fees for my package containing the ATM and Access pin to Mr David Parker, orchard House, 11 Burrough End Great Dalby Melton Mowbray Leicentershire United Kintgdom.
