[Resolved]  Northern Indian Railway — misbehave from rpf persona ...

Respected Sir,
I used to travel from subzi mandi railway station to narela railway station via train 2nkm which comes on 8:20 am @ subzi mandi railway station. I am with my mom, sister in law n two nephews on 16th Aug. 2009. I am with them in the ladies compartment due to my mom n sister in law was not well. After sometime, Mr. Ram Kanwar Kanddu comes and asked me to change the compartment. I only used to say that "i am here with family" ... after listened that he used to beat me n used abusing language with my mom. I changed that on next station but what a cop did with me n my mom that's something irritating. I just wanna request you to plz learn cops abt a little bit humanity as they are not prohibits the same for unsocial persons. Why for us ..
plz do needful ... asap ...

SUBJECT: - TDR NO. 033061 DATED 7-4-2008 OF PNR NO. [protected] Rs. 3250/- SENT TO YOUR OFFICE ON DATED 1-5-2008 BY REGISTRRD POST DULY RECEIVED BY YOUR OFFICE ON DATED 5-5-2008.

You’re immediate attention is drawn to my said TDR duly received in your office but it is Very astonishing its refund has not been received.
Sir, in this connection we have sent repeated reminders to kindly expedite the refund of the said TDR but so far neither the refund order has been received though your office nor there is any response. I fail to understand why you are not informing the facts as to what happen to my said TDR when it was duly received in your office. I shall be highly thankful if you kindly look into the matter very seriously and oblige me by expediting the said Refund order immediately.

Northern Indian Railway — Ticket Windows at Bathinda

Dear Sir/Mam.

Namaskar

Buying a ticket from Ticket Windows available at Railway Station Bathinda is difficult espcially between 0600 hrs to 0700 hrs in the morning. People are forced to travel without ticket as the ticket clerks are not able to clear the traffic from their windows. This is causing big loss to the Railway as well as to the individual. I have faced problems personally and facing till date. please look into the issue seriously . You may open more windows when it is office going time or coming back from office.
