[Resolved]  Pan Card Application Status — Not received pan card

Dear sir,

My husband lost his pan card . His pan number is adkpp3061d he applied for same through uti lucknow

His processing fee coupon number is[protected] .His csf no is [protected] dated august 2007 . His name is om prakah so far we have not received the pan card.We approached the above said office they said address verification document not received i gave them required document on december 5, 2005 but same problem is remain .When he once received his pan card then what is the problem in address verification document i don’t understand
We request you kindly look in to our complaint and arrange to send the pan card. If i got your fax no. I can fax all the documents required by you .

My self SambaShiva Reddy, I had applied for Pan Card online through NSDL website on 18th Feb 2008, my transaction.no.is[protected] and ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected] .I had couriered the documents on 19th Feb.08.

the status is showing as in Process.

Pls.look into it & issue me the PAN Card at the earliest.

Dear Sir,
I had applied for a PAN card online on March 11th, 2008. I have already sent all the relevant supporting documents along with the fees cheque. But, till date, I have not received any information from your end regarding the status of my PAN card. My acknowledgement number is : [protected]. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest, as I need my PAN card urgently to enable me to invest money through the stock market.

Dear Sir,
I had applied for my PAN card online on the 3rd March, 2008 and also sent supporting documents and cheque for the fees. My acknowledgement number is:[protected]. Online status of my application mentions that my application is still under process.
Kindly ensure faster processing of my application so as to enble me to get my PAN card at the earliest.

I had applied for PAN card in the first week of march. Till date I havent got any response from the concerned department.

I am facing a lot of issues becuase of non availablility of PAN card. Can i apply (not online this time) again?

My husband applied for a PAN Card and had given his passport details for ID and address proof.

My husband received his PAN card on 8th April, 2008 and seen that his last name is spelt as ‘PERNANDES’ whereas the correct spelling is ‘FERNANDES’. His acknowledge No. is [protected]. Please verify the same. I have also couriered the letter for the same to NSDL at Lower parel
