I applied for pan card in Feb last week.On verifing status it says it is dispatched but till now i didnt receive it.Pls tell me what would have happened.

My self Sampat Devi Bucha, I had applied for changed to my Pan Card online through NSDL website about more than a month back. My ACKNOWLEDGMENT NUMBER: [protected]. I sent the relevant documents the next day through speed post.

I got an email from them about a week after i applied that they don't have the required documents and asked me to either send them again by post or to fax them. I faxed them the documents the very next day.

These are the documents i sent through FAX:

1. Address Proof:

ICICI Bank statement clearing stating my current residential address. The rules in the website say that bank statement is acceptable as address proof.

2. Father's name proof:

I have sent an affidavit mentioning my name change post marriage which clearly states my father's name. Is it not acceptable?

Since then i don't have any e-mails from them, neither have i received my PAN card. Please send my PAN card ASAP.

I have applied for pan card, I received my pan no. and it is AHDPT5692F but I did not receive PAN card and my PAN account no. is [protected].

My name is kavita and i have applied for PAN card 20 days back . After few days i got a letter stating that my first name, middle name and last name is not clear and asked to call me the number. I did the same called them and confirm me first, middle and last name.Til than i still donthave any status about me PAN number . Please let me know about me PAN card status . I only have the ACK number given by the agent

in status mode it is showing card despached on 30th april

I applied for the pan card in the month of June 2007 but till now i have not received my card.i had already given the application to the office in Patna but no response i received.through website i had got my pan no. i.e. BMMPS1695L.So far I had not yet received the PAN Card.I approached the office they said we have dispatched, its courier mistake.on 12th may again i went there they said nothing can be done.You have to apply for the pan card agian(new).I request you kindly look in to my complaint and arrange to send the PAN card.
for this i shall be always obeliged to you.

My name is Niraj Pareek. I have send across my filled up PAN application a long time back, still i haven't received my PAN card yet, but the status of the PAN card when logged in to the UTITSL website is shown as dispatched.
My PAN number thats been issued is AWCPP7210K AND MY Coupon no. and Application no. is 0261927. Kindly do the needful at the earliest, so that i can finishoff my remaining formailities.
