employer — not received pan card
I hav applied for it on 23-07-07 under app . no.[protected] but not yet received. plz consider tha matter. I am trying to reach PAN card guys but they are sitting in a "MACHLI BAZZAR". No one is ready to listen, they have only one thing to say "We are here to provide you information" but They dont have any centralised database.
When i mail to mumbai, they say we have dispatched it to Delhi Office and contact there. When I am trying to contact here in Delhi office, all the 7 numbers are busy.
Interesting point is these numbers are busy in outgoing. So these kamchors government officers solve their personal issues at office by making the office phones busy.
They take our phone numbers but never call us when they dispatch.
There is no transparancy. When you ask who is your manager? they simply say we cant provide.
When i mail to mumbai, they say we have dispatched it to Delhi Office and contact there. When I am trying to contact here in Delhi office, all the 7 numbers are busy.

The Pan Card was issued and I received it on 4th of March 2008 bearing No. AAJHS4147M. But instead of SITAB CHAND JAIN HUF, the card had the name wrongly printed as SATISH CHAND JAIN HUF. The Covering letter bearing no. 4DLA100/Coupon No.[protected] too had the following name and address :-

Her original name mentioned in the old Pan card was Chithraivelu Anbalagi. The application was submitted along with a copy of the notification issued by the Maharashtra Gazette and the original card No. ACTPA1007G and photos.
Unfortunately I misplaced the acknowledgement coupon which has made things difficult to trace the status of the application. I do not mind submitting another fresh application along with the fee but I request you to kindly arrange for tracing the old application before concluding that it is untraceable hence lost.
