At the time I had a call for the verification of my PAN card the person on the phone (who said he was calling from delhi) mentioned that he needed my middle name. On which I told him that i dont have a middle name and even my Passport has been created like that. Upon which he said that I cannot process you PAN card without the middle name and then I had to give out my father first name which he used as my middle name.

in my last complaint i mentioned the name of the company as Fidelity Investments . That is actually the name of the compny that i working now.so please avoid that....

i would like to draw your kind attn. that few days ago I apllied for a PAN card in my Daughter's name (she is minor) and accordingly the IT Deptt. issued it. But surprisingly the surname of her father (me) has been missprinted on the card. Not only that the Date of Birth of my daughter has been printed as 29.01.2003 in stead of 29.10.2003. I want to take information relation of my Pan Card that when will be made come to my home. Pan application no[protected], Coupon No[protected]....

I was allotted a pan card AEOPM3580P. The department says that I was allotted another card to me, which has not reached me till date. The original card was allotted long back. As a Manager of Nationalised Bank, I was submitting my returns and had opened DP accounts and had done many transactions using the same. But now the department has unilaterally disabled my card and is asking me to get a duplicate of the card which i had never received....

There is a mismatch in my PAN card details and the online information(Tax Information Dept.) w.r.t to my First Name. My PAN Card details are absolutely correct , but the online details in (spelling of First Name) is incorrect.

I'm SABABATHI B. I've Applied for PAN Card on Jan 23 rd 2008.(One of my Friend also applied with me and he got PAN on Feb 9 th 2008) But Till now I didn't get my PAN Card.I saw my PAN status on Net, there were mentioned as PAN dispatched.
