[Resolved]  Pan Card — Name Mistake

I checked status of My PAN card It was under PPC Objection. In status card the Appl name is not mine It was my father name and its also displayed wrong.
My name: Venkata Reddy Yelpatireddy
S/O : Satyanarayana Reddy. Y

The PAN card which I got in that my date of birth is wrong, I submitted an proof of my date birth.
